技术领域
本发明涉及一种电脑外围设备耗材，尤其是一种改进的色带结构。
背景技术
色带是电脑耗材的一种，使用量非常大。现有的色带在使用过程中容易出现断头抽丝的现象，不仅影响到了打印的质量，还有可能对打印头造成损伤。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进的色带结构，能够解决现有技术的不足，提高了色带的使用耐受度。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种改进的色带结构，结构中包括色带主体，色带主体的两侧分别设置有外包层，外包层的外侧间隔设置有凹位和凸位，凹位的表面设置有反光层，外包层的内侧上下两端分别设置有L型固定槽，L型固定槽内设置有若干个固定齿。
作为优选，所述凹位和凸位的长度比为1:3。
作为优选，所述色带主体的厚度为0.1mm。
作为优选，所述外包层的材质为聚四氟乙烯。
采用上述技术方案所带来的有益效果在于：本发明在色带主体的两侧设置外包层，提高了色带的使用耐受度。凹位和凸位的设计可以提高色带传送的精确度，反光层可以提高凹位的识别度。色带主体粘结固定在L型固定槽中，固定齿可以提高色带主体与外包层的接触面积，提高固定牢固度。凹位和凸位的长度比为1:3，兼顾了凹位的识别度和外包层的牢固度；若凹位过大，则外包层的牢固度将会快速下降；若凹位过小，则凹位识别的误差将增大，影响到色带主体的精确定位。色带主体的厚度为0.1mm，在保证牢固度的前提下尽量减小了厚度，节约了材料，便于安装，若厚度进一步减小，则其牢固度将会快速下降。外包层的材质为聚四氟乙烯，性质稳定，并且外表光滑、耐磨，适于在打印设备中长时间滑动使用。

具体实施方式
参照图1-2，本发明的结构中包括色带主体1，色带主体1的两侧分别设置有外包层2，外包层2的外侧间隔设置有凹位3和凸位4，凹位3的表面设置有反光层5，外包层2的内侧上下两端分别设置有L型固定槽6，L型固定槽6内设置有若干个固定齿7。
值得注意的是，所述凹位3和凸位4的长度比为1:3。
值得注意的是，所述色带主体1的厚度为0.1mm。
此外，所述外包层2的材质为聚四氟乙烯,所述反光层5的材质使用的是中国发明专利CN1090086C公开的反光层。
本发明的工作原理是：本发明在色带主体1的两侧设置外包层2，提高了色带的使用耐受度。凹位3和凸位4的设计可以提高色带传送的精确度，反光层5可以提高凹位3的识别度。色带主体1粘结固定在L型固定槽6中，固定齿7可以提高色带主体1与外包层2的接触面积，提高固定牢固度。凹位3和凸位4的长度比为1:3，兼顾了凹位3的识别度和外包层2的牢固度；若凹位3过大，则外包层2的牢固度将会快速下降；若凹位3过小，则凹位3识别的误差将增大，影响到色带主体1的精确定位。色带主体1的厚度为0.1mm，在保证牢固度的前提下尽量减小了厚度，节约了材料，便于安装，若厚度进一步减小，则其牢固度将会快速下降。外包层2的材质为聚四氟乙烯，性质稳定，并且外表光滑、耐磨，适于在打印设备中长时间滑动使用。

1.一种改进的色带结构，其特征在于：结构中包括色带主体(1)，色带主体(1)的两侧分别设置有外包层(2)，外包层(2)的外侧间隔设置有凹位(3)和凸位(4)，凹位(3)的表面设置有反光层(5)，外包层(2)的内侧上下两端分别设置有L型固定槽(6)，L型固定槽(6)内设置有若干个固定齿(7)；所述凹位(3)和凸位(4)的长度比为1:3；所述外包层(2)的材质为聚四氟乙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的色带结构，其特征在于：所述色带主体(1)的厚度为0.1mm。
