Abstract

本发明公开了一种模内埋入式光纤,包括:光纤和模具本体,所述模具本体内部开设有一阶梯孔和一用于放置五金件的通孔,所述阶梯孔包括第一阶梯孔、第二阶梯孔和第三阶梯孔,所述第二阶梯孔内放置有光纤导向块,所述第三阶梯孔内放置有光纤固定块,所述光纤导向块和光纤固定块的中部分别横向开设有插孔,所述光纤内置在光纤固定块和光纤导向块的插孔中,光纤的另一端延伸至模具本体外部。通过上述方式,本发明能够提高模具寿命,同时也提高了生产效率。

模内埋入式光纤
技术领域
 本发明涉及机械制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种模内埋入式光纤。
背景技术
模内埋入式成型技术现已普遍被塑胶制造行业广泛应用,埋入式成型主要是用于塑胶件带有五金类的产品,其原理是在注塑成型时,先将五金件放入模具型腔内,再合模注塑成型,在闭模过程中如果五金漏放或放偏,将会给产品五金部位变成胶体而无法导电或压伤模具无法生产等重大风险。现阶段,埋入式成型时,五金件主要是靠人工检查,当批量及长时间生产时,员工易疲劳,很容易漏放或五金未放到位,导致模腔进胶或压模,使模具寿命降低,同时也降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种模内埋入式光纤,能够提高模具寿命,同时也提高了生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种模内埋入式光纤,包括:光纤和模具本体,所述模具本体内部开设有一阶梯孔和一用于放置五金件的通孔,所述阶梯孔包括第一阶梯孔、第二阶梯孔和第三阶梯孔,所述第二阶梯孔内放置有光纤导向块,所述第三阶梯孔内放置有光纤固定块,所述光纤导向块和光纤固定块的中部分别横向开设有插孔,所述光纤内置在光纤固定块和光纤导向块的插孔中,光纤的另一端延伸至模具本体外部。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述光纤固定块和光纤导向块的插孔在同一轴线上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述用于放置五金件的通孔的一端开设有一V型开口,其通孔的另一端与第一阶梯孔贯穿接通。
本发明的有益效果是:减少了卸模及修模次数,生产稳定,品质提升;以往的低压保护只能对五金未放到位进行监测,但对漏放五金是完全无法监测的;加工简单、制造费用低能够广泛应用与埋入式制造行业。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:一种模内埋入式光纤,包括:光纤1和模具本体2,所述模具本体2内部开设有一阶梯孔20和一用于放置五金件10的通孔21,所述阶梯孔20包括第一阶梯孔201、第二阶梯孔202和第三阶梯孔203,所述第二阶梯孔202内放置有光纤导向块3,所述第三阶梯孔203内放置有光纤固定块4,所述光纤导向块3和光纤固定块4的中部分别横向开设有插孔5,所述光纤1的一端内置在光纤固定块3和光纤导向块4的插孔5中,光纤1的另一端延伸至模具本体1外部。
进一步说,所述光纤固定块3和光纤导向块4的插孔5在同一轴线上;所述用于放置五金件10的通孔21的一端开设有一V型开口210,其通孔21的另一端与第一阶梯孔201贯穿接通。
本发明模内埋入式光纤其在模内增加埋入式光纤会对放偏、歪斜和漏放五金的进行监测识别,若五金件放偏、歪斜和漏放,则机台收到光纤信号后会立即在指定的(3-5mm)位置中停止;而且该技术可以对不同的产品进行灵活应用。

1.一种模内埋入式光纤,其特征在于,包括:光纤和模具本体,所述模具本体内部开设有一阶梯孔和一用于放置五金件的通孔,所述阶梯孔包括第一阶梯孔、第二阶梯孔和第三阶梯孔,所述第二阶梯孔内放置有光纤导向块,所述第三阶梯孔内放置有光纤固定块,所述光纤导向块和光纤固定块的中部分别横向开设有插孔,所述光纤内置在光纤固定块和光纤导向块的插孔中,光纤的另一端延伸至模具本体外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模内埋入式光纤,其特征在于:所述光纤固定块和光纤导向块的插孔在同一轴线上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模内埋入式光纤,其特征在于:所述用于放置五金件的通孔的一端开设有一V型开口,其通孔的另一端与第一阶梯孔贯穿接通。
