本发明提供具有改善的可靠性的太阳能电池组件。太阳能电池组件(1)包括太阳能电池(12)、受光面侧保护部件(10)、背面侧保护部件(11)和密封件(13)。受光面侧保护部件(10)配置在太阳能电池(12)的受光面(12a)侧。背面侧保护部件(11)配置在太阳能电池(12)的背面12b)侧。背面侧保护部件(11)的乙酸透过度的比受光面侧保护部件(10)高。密封件(13)配置在受光面侧保护部件(10)与背面侧保护部件(11)之间。密封件(13)密封太阳能电池(12)。密封件(13)包括受光面侧密封件(13a)和背面侧密封件(13b)。受光面侧密封件(13a)位于太阳能电池(12)的受光面(12a)侧。受光面侧密封件(13a)不含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。背面侧密封件(13b)位于太阳能电池(12)的背面(12b)侧。背面侧密封件(13b)含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。

本发明涉及太阳能电池组件。
背景技术
专利文献1中记载有在含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的透明的受光面侧密封件与含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的白色的背面侧密封件之间配置有太阳能电池的太阳能电池组件。

发明想要解决的技术问题
期待进一步改善太阳能电池组件的可靠性。
本发明的主要目的在于提供具有改善的可靠性的太阳能电池组件。
用于解决问题的技术方案
本发明的太阳能电池组件包括太阳能电池、受光面侧保护部件、背面侧保护部件和密封件。受光面侧保护部件配置在太阳能电池的受光面侧。背面侧保护部件配置在太阳能电池的背面侧。背面侧保护部件的乙酸透过度比受光面侧保护部件的乙酸透过度高。密封件配置在受光面侧保护部件与背面侧保护部件之间。密封件密封太阳能电池。密封件包括受光面侧密封件和背面侧密封件。受光面侧密封件位于太阳能电池的受光面侧。受光面侧密封件不含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。背面侧密封件位于太阳能电池的背面侧。背面侧密封件含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提供具有改善的可靠性的太阳能电池组件。

具体实施方式
以下,对实施本发明的优选的方式的一个例子进行说明。但是,下述的实施方式仅仅是例示。本发明不限定于下述的任何实施方式。
另外,在实施方式等中参照的各附图中,实施上具有相同功能的部件用相同的附图标记进行参照。另外,在实施方式等中参照的各附图,是示意地记载的图,在附图中所描绘的物体的尺寸的比率等,有时与现实的物体的尺寸的比率等不同。在附图相互之间,有时物体的尺寸比率等也不同。具体的物体的尺寸比率等应参照以下的说明进行判断。
如图1和图2所示,太阳能电池组件1具有通过布线件15电连接的多个太阳能电池12。多个太阳能电池12彼此隔着间隔配置成矩阵状。但是,太阳能电池组件也可以仅具有一个太阳能电池。
太阳能电池12的种类不特别限定。太阳能电池12例如能够由晶体硅太阳能电池、薄膜太阳能电池等构成。太阳能电池12可以仅在受光面12a受光时发电。太阳能电池12也可以为不仅在受光面12a受光时发电而且在背面12b受光时也发电的两面受光型的太阳能电池。在此,“受光面”指主要受光的主面。
太阳能电池12的受光面12a侧配置有受光面侧保护部件10。受光面侧保护部件10例如能够由玻璃板、陶瓷板或者丙烯酸类树脂板构成。太阳能电池12的背面12b侧配置有背面侧保护部件11。背面侧保护部件11例如能够由树脂片构成。背面侧保护部件11不包含金属层、无机氧化物层等的阻挡层。受光面侧保护部件10和背面侧保护部件11之间配置有密封件13。利用该密封件13,将太阳能电池12密封。
密封件13具有受光面侧密封件13a和背面侧密封件13b。背面侧密封件13b位于太阳能电池12的背面12b侧。背面侧密封件13b含作为交联性树脂的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。背面侧密封件13b可以由乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物构成,也可以由含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的树脂组成物构成。
受光面侧密封件13a位于太阳能电池12的受光面12a侧。受光面侧密封件13a不含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。受光面侧密封件13a例如能够由作为非交联性树脂的聚烯烃、或含聚烯烃的树脂组成物构成。
在太阳能电池组件1中,背面侧密封件13b含作为交联性树脂的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。因此,背面侧密封件13b在高温下的流动性较低。由此,即使在太阳能电池组件1的温度上升的情况下,太阳能电池12也难以移位。所以,能够实现具有改善的可靠性的太阳能电池组件1。
在太阳能电池组件1中,背面侧保护部件11的乙酸透过度比受光面侧保护部件10的乙酸透过度高。因此,在包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的背面侧密封件13b中产生的乙酸容易透过背面侧保护部件11,排出到太阳能电池组件1外。另外,受光面侧密封件13a不含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。因此,在受光面侧密封件13a中实质上不产生乙酸。由此,密封件13中的乙酸的浓度难以变高。所以,太阳能电池12等难以因乙酸等而劣化。由此,能够实现改善的可靠性。
优选背面侧保护部件11的乙酸透过度比受光面侧密封件13a的乙酸透过度高。在该情况下,乙酸容易透过背面侧保护部件11排出,乙酸难以侵入受光面侧密封件13a中。因此,太阳能电池12等难以因乙酸等而劣化。由此,能够实现改善的可靠性。
图3的由实线表示的曲线是表示将下述的条件的实施例的太阳能电池组件保持在85℃、湿度85%的气氛中时的最大输出(Pmax)(最大输出功率)的曲线图。图3的由虚线表示的曲线是表示将只有背面侧保护部件与实施例的太阳能电池组件不同的比较例的太阳能电池组件保持在85℃、湿度85%的气氛中时的最大输出(最大输出功率)的图表。图3所示的图表的纵轴是以保持时间为零时的太阳能电池组件的Pmax为100%时的最大输出。横轴是85℃、湿度85%的气氛中的保持时间。

受光面侧保护部件:玻璃板
背面侧保护部件:单层的PET片
受光面侧密封件:聚烯烃
背面侧密封件:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物
(比较例)
背面侧保护部件:作为阻挡层的含无机氧化物层的叠层PET片
在实施例中,背面侧保护部件的乙酸透过度比受光面侧保护部件的乙酸透过度高。另外,背面侧保护部件的乙酸透过度比受光面侧密封件的乙酸透过度高。
另一方面,在比较例中,背面侧保护部件的乙酸透过度比受光面侧密封件的乙酸透过度低。
根据图3所示的结果可知,使背面侧保护部件的乙酸透过度高于受光面侧密封件的乙酸透过度,能够将太阳能电池组件的输出特性的经时的下降,能够实现改善的可靠性。
此外,背面保侧保护部件11和受光面侧密封件13a的乙酸透过度能够通过溶解度参数(SP值)判断。例如,背面侧保护部件11的乙酸透过度比受光面侧密封件13a的乙酸透过度高是指,背面侧保护部件11的SP值比受光面侧密封件13a的SP值更接近乙酸的SP值。
具体而言,乙酸的SP值为10.1(cal/cm3)1/2。所以,在受光面侧密封件13a含SP值为7.7~8.4(cal/cm3)1/2的聚烯烃的情况下,背面侧保护部件11可以由SP值为8.5~12(cal/cm3)1/2的材料构成。作为那样的材料,例如优选含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺和聚丙烯酸甲酯的至少一种。另外,在受光面侧密封件13a含SP值为9.0~9.2(cal/cm3)1/2的聚丙烯酸甲酯的情况下,背面侧保护部件11可以由SP值为9.5~11(cal/cm3)1/2的材料构成。作为那样的材料,例如优选含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚酰胺的至少一种。在这些情况下,背面侧保护部件11的SP值与受光面侧密封件13a的SP值相比更接近乙酸的SP值。所以,背面侧保护部件11的乙酸透过度变得比受光面侧密封件13a的乙酸透过度高。

Claims (6)

1.一种太阳能电池组件,其特征在于,包括:
太阳能电池;
配置在所述太阳能电池的受光面侧的受光面侧保护部件;
配置在所述太阳能电池的背面侧的乙酸透过度比所述受光面侧保护部件高的背面侧保护部件;和
配置在所述受光面侧保护部件与所述背面侧保护部件之间,密封所述太阳能电池的密封件,
所述密封件包括:
位于所述太阳能电池的受光面侧的不含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的受光面侧密封件;和
位于所述太阳能电池的背面侧的含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的背面侧密封件。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:
所述背面侧保护部件的乙酸透过度高于所述受光面侧密封件的乙酸透过度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:
所述背面侧保护部件由树脂片构成。
4.如权利要求3所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:
所述受光面侧密封件含聚烯烃,
所述背面侧保护部件含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺和聚丙烯酸甲酯的至少一种。
5.如权利要求3所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:
所述受光面侧密封件含聚丙烯酸甲酯,
所述背面侧保护部件含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚酰胺的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:
所述受光面侧保护部件由玻璃板、陶瓷板或者丙烯酸类树脂板构成。
