一种新型管道连接套结构,在连接套的两侧分别设置有单固板与平衡板;在连接套台阶的端面之间设置有硅胶密封圈,将平面压板与定孔压板分别套装在连接套两端的管部,用固定螺栓通过定孔将单固板、平衡板、平面板与定孔压板紧紧地压在一起固定,使两个连接套与硅胶密封圈之间紧密结合,本发明具有密封效果好、管道不易泄漏、固定牢靠、使用寿命长、组装方便的优点,有效的克服了现有的管道连接法兰所存在的密封效果差、易使管道泄漏、固定不牢靠、使用寿命短、组装困难的缺陷。

本发明涉及一种管道连接套结构,特别是一种新型管道连接套结构,属于管道附件技术领域。
背景技术
目前,用于管道连接的法兰,由于结构上面的原因,法兰部位一般要与管道直接焊接后,再通过螺栓将两端连接固定的方式,将两部分管道连接固定,这种结构的法兰,由于,预先要与管道直接焊接,而管道有时的位置相对固定,在较小的外力下不易移动,所以,现有的管道法兰不方便管道的连接与固定,同时,现有的管道两边的法兰基本上呈平面状,安装在两片法兰之间的密封圈呈开放的状态,密封圈所能承受的压力较差,长时间运行后,容易损坏密封圈,造成管道的泄漏,所以,现有的管道连接法兰存在着密封效果差、易使管道泄漏、固定不牢靠、使用寿命短、组装困难的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种密封效果好、管道不易泄漏、固定牢靠、使用寿命长、组装方便的一种新型管道连接套结构,克服现有的管道连接法兰所存在的上述缺陷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型管道连接套结构,它是由连接套、单固板、固定螺栓、平衡板、平面压板、硅胶密封圈、定孔压板、定孔组成,所述的管道连接套结构在连接套的两侧分别设置有单固板与平衡板;在连接套台阶的端面之间设置有硅胶密封圈,将平面压板与定孔压板分别套装在连接套两端的管部,用固定螺栓通过定孔将单固板、平衡板、平面板与定孔压板紧紧地压在一起固定,使两个连接套与硅胶密封圈之间紧密结合。
本发明的有益效果:本发明由于在安装时可以预先将焊接套与需要连接的管道焊接在一起,通过固定螺栓、平衡板、平面压板、单固板、沉孔压板将焊接套压紧在一起的方式,所以,本发明安装于维修管道十分方便,同时,由于密封圈完全镶嵌在沉孔压板的沉孔内部,所以,密封圈所能承受的压力较高、密封圈不容易损坏,管道不容易泄漏,本发明具有密封效果好、管道不易泄漏、固定牢靠、使用寿命长、组装方便的优点,有效的克服了现有的管道连接法兰所存在的密封效果差、易使管道泄漏、固定不牢靠、使用寿命短、组装困难的缺陷。

法兰连接套机构有一连接套(1),在连接套(1)的两侧分别设置有单固板(2)与平衡板(4);在连接套(1)台阶的端面之间设置有硅胶密封圈(6),将平面压板(5)与定孔压板(7)分别套装在连接套(1)两端的管部,用固定螺栓(3)通过定孔(8)将单固板(2)、平衡板(4)、平面板(5)与定孔压板(7)紧紧地压在一起固定,使两个连接套(1)与硅胶密封圈(6)之间紧密结合。
