本发明属于颗粒雾化领域,涉及工业用雾化器,具体地说是一种雾化器传动装置,包括底座板、轴承座,所述底座板与轴承座之间通过调节螺杆相连接,轴承偏心设置于所述轴承座上,轴承上端通过轴承盖压紧固定,在所述轴承内圈设置一套筒,套筒上偏心设置一贯穿通孔,所述套筒底部支撑于轴承座上,套筒上端固定有电机座板。使用本发明产品能有效避免因皮带拉长而导致的皮带打滑现象,具体是通过将轴承及电机进行偏心设置,并通过弹簧来对轴承进行微调,进而实现对于皮带盘的调节,使得皮带始终保持张紧状态。

本发明属于颗粒雾化领域,涉及工业用雾化器,具体地说是一种雾化器传动装置。
背景技术
工业用雾化器主要用于将各类颗粒物料转变成粉体,雾化盘是各类工业用雾化器必不可少的组成部件。目前,常用的雾化器在工作时,雾化器作高速旋转,带动雾化器高速旋转的传动装置,主要包括电机、皮带及皮带盘,在长期工作过程中,皮带与皮带盘之间会由于摩擦起热而使得皮带拉长,而产生皮带打滑现象,造成生产安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的雾化器传动装置,使用该传动装置能有效避免因皮带拉长而导致的皮带打滑现象。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种雾化器传动装置,其特征在于:包括底座板、轴承座,所述底座板与轴承座之间通过调节螺杆相连接,轴承偏心设置于所述轴承座上,轴承上端通过轴承盖压紧固定,在所述轴承内圈设置一套筒,套筒上偏心设置一贯穿通孔,所述套筒底部支撑于轴承座上,套筒上端固定有电机座板,电机固定于所述电机座板上,电机输出轴从电机座板、通孔中依次穿出,并在电机输出轴上固定连接皮带盘,所述轴承座上表面对应于轴承外侧固定设有弹簧块,所述弹簧块上设置有弹簧,所述弹簧一端置于弹簧块内,另一端顶紧于轴承外圈。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述电机座板与轴承之间设有隔套。
本发明与现有技术相比,优点在于:本发明产品针对现有技术中常用的雾化器传动装置在长期工作过程中,产生的皮带拉长现象而特别开发设计。使用本发明产品能有效避免因皮带拉长而导致的皮带打滑现象,具体是通过将轴承及电机进行偏心设置,并通过弹簧来对轴承进行微调,进而实现对于皮带盘的调节,使得皮带始终保持张紧状态。

下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,包括电机1、电机座板2、轴承盖3、轴承4、皮带盘5、底座板6、压板7、轴承座8、弹簧9、隔套10、套筒11、通孔12、弹簧块13等。
如图1所示,本发明一种雾化器传动装置,包括底座板6、轴承座8,所述底座板6与轴承座8之间通过调节螺杆相连接,轴承4偏心设置于所述轴承座8上,轴承4上端通过轴承盖3压紧固定,在所述轴承4内圈设置一套筒11,套筒11上偏心设置一贯穿通孔12,所述套筒11底部支撑于轴承座8上,套筒11上端固定有电机座板2,电机1固定于所述电机座板2上,电机1输出轴从电机座板2、通孔12中依次穿出,并在电机1输出轴上固定连接皮带盘5,所述轴承座8上表面对应于轴承4外侧固定设有弹簧块13,所述弹簧块13上设置有弹簧9,所述弹簧9一端置于弹簧块13内,另一端顶紧于轴承4外圈。
所述电机座板2与轴承4之间设有隔套10,隔套10套设于套筒11上,用于将电机座板2与轴承4之间实现有效隔开。
皮带盘5通过压板7固定于电机1输出轴上。
本发明产品在使用时,用于带动雾化器进行高速旋转,通过皮带将皮带盘5与雾化器输入轴相连接,实现动力的传动;为了有效避免雾化器长时间高速转动过程中,皮带与皮带盘之间摩擦起热而使得皮带拉长,最终导致皮带打滑的现象。本发明产品在结构上作了特殊改进,主要是将电机1及皮带盘5进行偏心设置,同时通过弹簧张紧装置来对轴承4及皮带盘5进行微调,实现皮带张紧的目的。

1. 一种雾化器传动装置,其特征在于:包括底座板(6)、轴承座(8),所述底座板(6)与轴承座(8)之间通过调节螺杆相连接,轴承(4)偏心设置于所述轴承座(8)上,轴承(4)上端通过轴承盖(3)压紧固定,在所述轴承(4)内圈设置一套筒(11),套筒(11)上偏心设置一贯穿通孔(12),所述套筒(11)底部支撑于轴承座(8)上,套筒(11)上端固定有电机座板(2),电机(1)固定于所述电机座板(2)上,电机(1)输出轴从电机座板(2)、通孔(12)中依次穿出,并在电机(1)输出轴上固定连接皮带盘(5),所述轴承座(8)上表面对应于轴承(4)外侧固定设有弹簧块(13),所述弹簧块(13)上设置有弹簧(9),所述弹簧(9)一端置于弹簧块(13)内,另一端顶紧于轴承(4)外圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的雾化器传动装置,其特征在于:所述电机座板(2)与轴承(4)之间设有隔套(10)。
