本发明公开了一种燃烧火药旋转发动机,其特征在于,由火药燃烧器(1),与火药燃烧器(1)相通的贮气筒(4),与贮气筒(4)出端相通的旋转发动机进气口(9),在旋转发动机内有双啮合齿轮构成的旋转式齿轮转子(6),旋转式齿轮转子上安装有动力输出轴(7),在废气的排出端有废气出口(8)通入火药燃烧器(1)内的燃料管(2)组成。本发明使用火药作燃料,变革了发动机结构,可做任何运动机械的动力。

Description

燃烧火药旋转发动机
本发明为一种利用火药作为燃料的发动机领域。
传统的发动机是利用煤碳、木材、油料等能源为燃料提供动力的,近年来更主要依靠燃油提供动力,在地球资源不断减少的今天,能源供应紧张更迫使人们研究和利用新的替代能源。
本发明的目的就是研究一种不使用煤碳、木材、燃油等传统燃料的,使用其它替代能源的发动机。
本发明的发明内容是这样的,由发动机外壳,火药燃烧器,与火药燃烧器相通的贮气筒,与贮气筒出端相通的旋转发动机进气口,在旋转发动机内有双啮合齿轮构成的旋转式齿轮转子,旋转式齿轮转子可由一组或多组组成,旋转式齿轮转子上安装有动力输出轴,在废气的排出端为废气出口及通入火药燃烧器内的燃料管组成。发动机外壳的内腔与旋转式齿轮转子的外缘滑配合,旋转式齿轮转子的啮合一侧与进气口相通,在旋转齿轮转子啮合的另一端与废气出口相通。在火药燃烧器内燃料管的出口有点火器,点火器可为电热式,由电源供电。在贮气筒上安装有安全阀及压力表。在进气口上安装有控制进气量的开关。燃料注入燃料管进入火药燃烧器并通过点火器点燃。
本发明的效果是这样的,火药一直被用于爆炸等用途,由于火药本身的巨大能量,如果能够加以利用,将能更好的造福人类,本发明就是利用经过处理后成胶体状的安全火药燃料,通过燃料管进入火药燃烧器,通过点火器点火在火药燃烧器内产生巨大能量的高压燃气,高压燃气经贮气筒进入进气口,与其巨大的气流推动旋转式齿轮转子,使旋转式齿轮转子高速旋转,由于通过一组旋转式齿轮转子后,还有相当的剩余能量,可设多组旋转式齿轮转子,通过旋转式齿轮转子做功后的废气从排气口排出,动力通过动力输出轴输出。通过调节开关可调节进气量,控制转速,安全阀及压力表可控制贮气筒内压力保障安全及显示压力大小。

本发明的实施例是这样的,由发动机外壳10,火药燃烧器1,与火药燃烧器1相通的贮气筒4,与贮气筒4出端相通的旋转发动机进气口9,在旋转发动机内有双啮合齿轮构成的旋转式齿轮转子6,旋转式齿轮转子由一组组成,旋转式齿轮转子上安装有动力输出轴7,在废气的排出端为废气出口8及通入火药燃烧器1内的燃料管2组成。发动机外壳的内腔与旋转式齿轮转子的外缘滑配合,旋转式齿轮转子的啮合一侧与进气口相通,在旋转齿轮转子啮合的另一端与废气出口相通。在火药燃烧器1内燃料管2的出口有点火器3,点火器可为电热式,由电源5供电。在贮气筒4上安装有安全阀12及压力表13。在进气口9上安装有控制进气量的开关11。燃料14注入燃料管进入火药燃烧器并通过点火器点燃,在火药燃烧器内产生巨大能量的高压燃气,高压燃气经贮气筒进入进气口,与其巨大的气流推动旋转式齿轮转子,使旋转式齿轮转子高速旋转,通过旋转式齿轮转子做功后的废气从排气口排出,动力通过动力输出轴输出。通过调节开关可调节进气量,控制转速,安全阀及压力表可控制贮气筒内压力,保障安全及显示压力大小。

Claims (4)

1.一种由发动机外壳(10),在旋转发动机内的双啮合齿轮构成的旋转式齿轮转子(6),旋转式齿轮转子上安装有动力输出轴(7)构成的燃烧火药旋转发动机,其特征在于由火药燃烧器(1),与火药燃烧器(1)相通的贮气筒(4),与贮气筒(4)出端相通的旋转发动机进气口(9),在废气的排出端有废气出口(8),通入火药燃烧器(1)内的燃料管(2)组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃烧火药旋转发动机,其特征在于在火药燃烧器(1)内燃料管(2)的出口有点火器(3)。
3.如权利要求1所述的燃烧火药旋转发动机,其特征在于贮气筒(4)上安装有安全阀(12)及压力表(13)。
4.如权利要求1所述的燃烧火药旋转发动机,其特征在于进气口(9)上安装有控制进气量的开关(11)。
