Abstract

一种硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,属于高分子材料技术领域。其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂36.5~43.3份;增塑剂21.2~26.4份;大豆油2.1~4.3份;增韧剂6~11份;硅酸盐7~12份;稳定剂0.7~1.5份;玻璃纤维5~10.2份;润滑剂0.4~1.0份。经测试具有如下性能指标:拉伸强度大于27~36MPa,弯曲强度35~48MPa,缺口冲击强度大于8.7~11.6kj/m2,热变形温度90~105℃。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯是一种性能优异的热塑性塑料,它具有绝缘性能好、阻燃、力学性能优异和耐化学腐蚀强等优点,被广泛用于工业和日常民用领域。但是由于聚氯乙烯具有耐热性能脆弱、稳定性差和不耐冲击的缺点,因而在一定程度上限制了其更广泛的使用。硅酸盐是一类具有层状结构的无机粒子,独特的层状结构能大大提高复合材料刚性、尺寸稳定性和耐热性。因此,本发明人提出硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料便是在这种背景下产生的。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种具有强度高、耐热好、耐冲击性能优异的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述的聚氯乙烯树脂为聚合度在2500-4000的氯化聚乙烯树脂。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,所述的大豆油为环氧大豆油。
在本发明的再一个实施例中,所述的增韧剂为粉末丁腈橡胶。
在本发明的还有一个实施例中,所述的硅酸盐为有机蒙脱土。
在本发明的更而一个实施例中,所述的稳定剂为有机锡稳定剂。
在本发明的进而一个实施例中,所述的玻璃纤维为长度6mm的无碱玻璃纤维。
在本发明的又更而一个实施例中,所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
本发明提供的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料经测试具有如下性能指标:拉伸强度大于27~36MPa,弯曲强度 35~48MPa,缺口冲击强度大于8.7~11.6kj/m2,热变形温度90~105℃。

上述实施例1至4所述的有机锡稳定剂优选使用由中国上海沪新塑料助剂有限公司生产的并且在本申请提出以前在市场广为销售的牌号为HXOS塑料助剂。
由上述实施例1至4得到的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料经测试具有如下技术效果:

Claims (9)

1.一种硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:
         聚氯乙烯树脂        36.5~43.3份;
          增塑剂             21.2~26.4份;
          大豆油              2.1~4.3份;
          增韧剂              6~11份;
          硅酸盐              7~12份;
          稳定剂              0.7~1.5份;
         玻璃纤维             5~10.2份;
         润滑剂               0.4~1.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于所述的聚氯乙烯树脂为聚合度在2500-4000的氯化聚乙烯树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于所述的大豆油为环氧大豆油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于所述的增韧剂为粉末丁腈橡胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于所述的硅酸盐为有机蒙脱土。
7.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于所述的稳定剂为有机锡稳定剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维为长度6mm的无碱玻璃纤维。
9.根据权利要求1所述的硅酸盐改性的聚氯乙烯复合材料,其特征在于所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
