本发明公开了一种钢带增强波纹管,包括管体,管体包括外波纹管和内管,外波纹管和内管间沿圆周均匀设置有多条轴向设置的钢带,钢带和内管间沿轴向按波纹状均匀分布有钢环,钢环的截面为圆弧状。该钢带增强波纹管的外波纹管和内管间沿圆周均匀设置有多条轴向设置的钢带,钢带和内管间沿轴向按波纹状均匀分布有钢环,钢环的截面为圆弧状,通过钢带和波纹状分布的钢环的设计大大增强该波纹管的强度,内管和外波纹管的受力可以通过波纹状的钢环进行弹性的缓冲,提升了波纹管面对冲击的抵抗力,钢带提升波纹管横向强度,可防止波纹管横向断裂,全面提升该波纹管的强度,延长波纹管的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管材,尤其涉及一种钢带增强波纹管。
 
背景技术
塑料波纹管产品美观、轻便耐用,广泛用于多种领域,经过近三十年的发展,在设备、成型技术、工艺以及原料方面都已经相对成熟,塑料波纹管的材质从 PVC 逐渐拓展到PE、PP 等原料,塑料波纹管的管径也逐步向大口径方向发展。由于塑料自身强度的有限,因此,制备得到的波纹管强度也有限。所以出现了钢带增强波纹管,尽管已经使用了钢带对塑料波纹管进行了增强,但是在对强度要求更高的场合和一些需要较高冲击强度的场合中,现有的钢带增强波纹管仍不能满足使用要求,需要进一步对波纹管结构进行改进。
 
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明设计了一种钢带增强波纹管。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种钢带增强波纹管,包括管体,管体包括外波纹管和内管,外波纹管和内管间沿圆周均匀设置有多条轴向设置的钢带,钢带和内管间沿轴向按波纹状均匀分布有钢环,钢环的截面为圆弧状。
作为优选,所述钢环外套接有PE波纹环,PE波纹环与内管、钢环和钢带分别固定连接,钢环和钢带固定连接,钢带和外波纹管固定连接。
作为优选,所述PE波纹环与钢带和钢环分别通过粘结树脂粘结固定。
与现有技术相比,该钢带增强波纹管的外波纹管和内管间沿圆周均匀设置有多条轴向设置的钢带,钢带和内管间沿轴向按波纹状均匀分布有钢环,钢环的截面为圆弧状,通过钢带和波纹状分布的钢环的设计大大增强该波纹管的强度,内管和外波纹管的受力可以通过波纹状的钢环进行弹性的缓冲,提升了波纹管面对冲击的抵抗力,钢带提升波纹管横向强度,可防止波纹管横向断裂,全面提升该波纹管的强度,延长波纹管的使用寿命。

实施例:如附图1和附图2所示,一种钢带增强波纹管,包括管体,管体包括外波纹管1和内管2,外波纹管和内管间沿圆周均匀设置有八条轴向设置的钢带3,钢带和内管间沿轴向按波纹状均匀分布有钢环4,钢环的截面为圆弧状,钢环外套接有PE波纹环5,PE波纹环与内管、钢环和钢带分别固定连接,钢环和钢带固定连接,钢带和外波纹管固定连接,PE波纹环与钢带和钢环分别通过粘结树脂粘结固定。
该钢带增强波纹管的外波纹管和内管间沿圆周均匀设置有八条轴向设置的钢带,钢带和内管间沿轴向按波纹状均匀分布有钢环,钢环的截面为圆弧状,通过钢带和波纹状分布的钢环的设计大大增强该波纹管的强度,内管和外波纹管的受力可以通过波纹状的钢环进行弹性的缓冲,提升了波纹管面对冲击的抵抗力,钢带提升波纹管横向强度,可防止波纹管横向断裂,全面提升该波纹管的强度,延长波纹管的使用寿命。

1. 一种钢带增强波纹管,包括管体,管体包括外波纹管和内管,其特征是,所述外波纹管和内管间沿圆周均匀设置有多条轴向设置的钢带,钢带和内管间沿轴向按波纹状均匀分布有钢环,钢环的截面为圆弧状。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的钢带增强波纹管,其特征是,所述钢环外套接有PE波纹环,PE波纹环与内管、钢环和钢带分别固定连接,钢环和钢带固定连接,钢带和外波纹管固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钢带增强波纹管,其特征是,所述PE波纹环与钢带和钢环分别通过粘结树脂粘结固定。
