Abstract

本发明公开了一种磁力环保阀门,包括阀体,阀体内设有阀座以及阀座上设置的用于调节磁力环保阀门启闭状态的球形阀芯,球形阀芯转动固定在下轴体与阀杆之间,阀体中部侧壁上开设的通孔处设置填料函,阀杆的杆身上固设有内磁轭,填料函套设在阀杆和内磁轭上,填料函的外端设置有连接盘,连接盘、填料函、阀体通过螺栓组件固接为一体,连接盘外侧设置用于驱动内磁轭和阀杆进行转动的驱动组件;阀体与阀座的交接处、阀体与填料函的交接处、填料函与连接盘的交接处、阀杆与填料函的交接处以及阀杆与连接盘的交接处分别设置密封组件进行密封。上述方案可有效解决传统球阀输送介质容易泄露的问题。

一种磁力环保阀门
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种磁力环保阀门。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送过程中常用的一种零部件,其中球阀是最常用的一种阀门,其具有结构简单,流动阻力小等优点,但其也存在一些缺陷,由于需要依靠手动或自动转动阀杆来带动球形阀芯转动实现阀门的关闭和开启,阀杆与阀体之间为动密封结构,因此容易产生流体介质的外泄,产生污染。如在石油化工、医药、电影、电镀、核动力等行业中,其输送的液体介质大都具有腐蚀性、易燃、易爆、有毒、贵重等特点,一旦泄漏会带来工作液体的浪费与严重环境污染;在真空、半导体行业其会导致外界气体的侵入。另外,目前所提供的阀门也主要用于常压工况,而对于一些压力较大的工况中,往往难以适用,如深海潜艇。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种磁力环保阀门,其可有效解决传统球阀输送介质容易泄露的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案进行实施:
一种磁力环保阀门,其特征在于:包括阀体,阀体内设有阀座以及阀座上设置的用于调节阀门启闭状态的球形阀芯,球形阀芯转动固定在下轴体与阀杆之间,阀体中部侧壁上开设的通孔处设置填料函,阀杆的杆身上固设有内磁轭,填料函套设在阀杆和内磁轭上,填料函的外端设置有连接盘,连接盘、填料函、阀体通过螺栓组件固接为一体,连接盘外侧设置用于驱动内磁轭和阀杆进行转动的驱动组件;阀体与阀座的交接处、阀体与填料函的交接处、填料函与连接盘的交接处、阀杆与填料函的交接处以及阀杆与连接盘的交接处分别设置密封组件进行密封。
进一步的方案为:
阀座由位于球形阀芯两侧的第一、二管体构成,第一、二管体远离球形阀芯的一端撑托在阀体内设置的台面上,台面与第一、二管体端面之间设置有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧抵撑第一、二管体的另一端与球形阀芯相贴合,第一、二管体远离球形阀芯一端的外管壁上开设有环形槽、该环形槽内设置对阀体与阀座交接处进行密封密的封圈。
所述的填料函包括一变径的管形件,管形件靠近阀体一端的内、外管壁上分别开设第一、二环形槽,第一、二环形槽内分别设置对阀体与填料函交接处以及阀杆与填料函交接处进行密封的密封圈,管形件远离阀体一端的端部端面上开设第三环形槽,第三环形槽内设置对填料函与连接盘交接处进行密封的密封圈。
法兰盘上构成中部通孔的侧壁上开设有环形槽、该环形槽内设置对阀杆与连接盘的交接处进行密封的密封圈。
填料函、连接盘、阀杆、阀体、下轴体均为Hy-130钢材料制成。阀座和球形阀芯为钛材料制成。密封圈为弹簧致动聚四氟乙烯密封件。填料函上沿其轴向开设有螺栓孔以及定位销孔,定位销孔和螺栓孔在填料函上沿同一半径的环向分别均匀设置。
本发明中驱动机构带动内磁轭、阀杆旋转,完成阀门的启闭。由于启闭机构封闭在阀门内部,从而起到防止输送介质外泄,起到零泄露和环保输送作用。

具体实施方式  
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明采取的方案如图1、2、3、4、5、6所示,一种磁力环保阀门,包括阀体11,阀体11内设有阀座12以及阀座12上设置的用于调节阀门启闭状态的球形阀芯13,球形阀芯13转动固定在下轴体14与阀杆15之间,阀体11中部侧壁上开设的通孔处设置填料函16,阀杆15的杆身上固设有内磁轭17,填料函16套设在阀杆15和内磁轭17上,填料函16的外端设置有连接盘18,连接盘18、填料函16、阀体11通过螺栓组件161固接为一体,连接盘18外侧设置用于驱动内磁轭17和阀杆15进行转动的驱动组件;阀体11与阀座12的交接处、阀体11与填料函16的交接处、填料函16与连接盘18的交接处、阀杆15与填料函16的交接处以及阀杆15与连接盘18的交接处分别设置密封组件进行密封。本发明中驱动机构带动内磁轭17、阀杆15旋转,完成阀门的启闭。由于启闭机构封闭在阀门内部,从而起到防止输送介质外泄,起到零泄露和环保输送作用。内磁轭17是硅钢片垒叠制成的轭铁,它均匀对称的分布在感应圈的四周,它的作用是约束感应圈漏磁向外扩散,另外作为磁屏蔽减少炉架等金属构件的发热,还起到加固感应器的作用。驱动组件包括电机20和外磁轭。
具体的方案如图2、3、4、5、6、7、8所示:阀座12由位于球形阀芯13两侧的第一、二管体构成,第一、二管体远离球形阀芯13的一端撑托在阀体11内设置的台面上,台面与第一、二管体端面之间设置有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧抵撑第一、二管体的另一端与球形阀芯13相贴合,第一、二管体远离球形阀芯13一端的外管壁上开设有环形槽、该环形槽内设置对阀体11与阀座12交接处进行密封密的封圈。所述的填料函16包括一变径的管形件,管形件靠近阀体11一端的内、外管壁上分别开设第一、二环形槽,第一、二环形槽内分别设置对阀体11与填料函16交接处以及阀杆15与填料函16交接处进行密封的密封圈,管形件远离阀体11一端的端部端面上开设第三环形槽,第三环形槽内设置对填料函16与连接盘18交接处进行密封的密封圈。法兰盘上构成中部通孔的侧壁上开设有环形槽、该环形槽内设置对阀杆15与连接盘18的交接处进行密封的密封圈。阀座12和球形阀芯13为钛材料制成。密封圈为弹簧致动聚四氟乙烯密封件。弹簧致动聚四氟乙烯密封件是一种U型聚四氟乙烯内装配特殊弹簧的高性能密封件。由适当的弹簧力加上系统流体压力,将其密封工作唇顶出而轻轻压住被密封的面,以产生非常优异的密封效果。其密封工作唇有短而厚的特点,从而降低了摩擦,延长了寿命。聚四氟乙烯是一种耐化学性优异,耐热性良好的密封材料,可应用于绝大多数的化学流体、溶剂、以及液压油、润滑油,其压缩形变很小故可长期发挥密封性能。使用温度范围可由冷媒至300℃,压力由真空至超高压力700kg/cm(约70MPa),移动速度高达20m/s。弹簧根据使用环境的不同,选用不锈钢、 耐蚀合金等,故可应用于各种高温腐蚀流体的场合。
填料函16上沿其轴向开设有螺栓孔以及定位销孔,定位销孔和螺栓孔在填料函16上沿同一半径的环向分别均匀设置,定位销孔内插设圆柱销162进行定位。填料函16、连接盘18、阀杆15、阀体11、下轴体14均为Hy-130钢材料制成。Hy-130钢材料具有良好的耐腐蚀和耐压性能,制作的阀们可用于下潜深度为6100m的潜艇上。
阀座12和球形阀芯13为钛材料制成。钛是一种非常活泼的金属,其平衡电位很低,在介质中的热力学腐蚀倾向大。但实际上钛在许多介质中很稳定,如钛在氧化性、中性和弱还原性等介质中是耐腐蚀的。这是因为钛和氧有很大的亲和力,在空气中或含氧的介质中,钛表面生成一层致密的、附着力强、惰性大的氧化膜,保护了钛基体不被腐蚀。即使由于机械磨损也会很快自愈或重新再生。这表明了钛是具有强烈钝化倾向的金属。介质温度在315℃以下钛的氧化膜始终保持这一特性。另外钛还具有良好的耐热性、耐低温性、抗阻尼性、无磁性、无毒、换热性能、弹性模量低、吸气性能以及抗拉强度与其屈服强度接近,因此将其制作球形阀芯13和阀座12可起到环保等良好的效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种磁力环保阀门,其特征在于:包括阀体,阀体内设有阀座以及阀座上设置的用于调节阀门启闭状态的球形阀芯,球形阀芯转动固定在下轴体与阀杆之间,阀体中部侧壁上开设的通孔处设置填料函,阀杆的杆身上固设有内磁轭,填料函套设在阀杆和内磁轭上,填料函的外端设置有连接盘,连接盘、填料函、阀体通过螺栓组件固接为一体,连接盘外侧设置用于驱动内磁轭和阀杆进行转动的驱动组件;阀体与阀座的交接处、阀体与填料函的交接处、填料函与连接盘的交接处、阀杆与填料函的交接处以及阀杆与连接盘的交接处分别设置密封组件进行密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的磁力环保阀门,其特征在于:阀座由位于球形阀芯两侧的第一、二管体构成,第一、二管体远离球形阀芯的一端撑托在阀体内设置的台面上,台面与第一、二管体端面之间设置有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧抵撑第一、二管体的另一端与球形阀芯相贴合,第一、二管体远离球形阀芯一端的外管壁上开设有环形槽、该环形槽内设置对阀体与阀座交接处进行密封的密封圈。
3.如权利要求1所述的磁力环保阀门,其特征在于:所述的填料函包括一变径的管形件,管形件靠近阀体一端的内、外管壁上分别开设第一、二环形槽,第一、二环形槽内分别设置对阀体与填料函交接处以及阀杆与填料函交接处进行密封的密封圈,管形件远离阀体一端的端部端面上开设第三环形槽,第三环形槽内设置对填料函与连接盘交接处进行密封的密封圈。
4.如权利要求1所述的磁力环保阀门,其特征在于:法兰盘上构成中部通孔的侧壁上开设有环形槽、该环形槽内设置对阀杆与连接盘的交接处进行密封的密封圈。
5.如权利要求1所述的磁力环保阀门,其特征在于:填料函、连接盘、阀杆、阀体、下轴体均为Hy-130钢材料制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的磁力环保阀门,其特征在于:阀座和球形阀芯为钛材料制成。
7.如权利要求2或3或4所述的磁力环保阀门,其特征在于:密封圈为弹簧致动聚四氟乙烯密封件。
8.如权利要求3所述的磁力环保阀门,其特征在于:填料函上沿其轴向开设有螺栓孔以及定位销孔,定位销孔和螺栓孔在填料函上沿同一半径的环向分别均匀设置。
