本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维,由SiO2、CaF2、B2O3、SrO、Fe2O3、TiO2、SO3、MgO、ZnO组成,各组分所占的质量百分比为,SiO2为48-58%,ZnO为10-16%,B2O3为5-10%,SrO为20-23%,Fe2O3为0.1-0.3%,TiO2为0.1-1.2%,SO3为0.05-0.1%,MgO为0.5-1%,CaF2为0.1-0.7%。本发明具有良好的机械性能和纤维成型率。

本发明涉及一种无机非金属材料技术领域,特别涉及一种玻璃纤维。 
背景技术
玻璃属于无机非金属材料,其具有绝缘性好,耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高等诸多优点吗、,因此成为增强复合材料中应用量最大的一类基体材料。随着无机非金属材料的广泛应用,工业设计对玻璃纤维的要求也不断提高。作为增强材料,玻璃纤维力学性能需要更好。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种玻璃纤维。

一种玻璃纤维,由SiO2、CaF2、B2O3、SrO、Fe2O3、TiO2、SO3、MgO、ZnO组成,各组分所占的质量百分比为,

各组分的功效: 
SiO2:提高了玻璃纤维的机械强度、化学稳定性和热稳定性。 
ZnO:降低玻璃析晶倾向,提高玻璃纤维的机械性能。 
TiO2:提高玻璃的耐酸性。 
Fe2O3:利于热量传递。 
本发明的有益效果是:具有良好的机械性能和纤维成型率。
