本发明涉及一种胶水循环装置，具体的说是用于保持胶水循环流动的装置，属于包装材料技术领域。
背景技术
在包装材料的生产过程中需要用到胶水，随着胶水托盘中溶剂的挥发和胶水的堆积，造成胶水粘度过大，导致上胶量偏大，浪费胶水；同时，也更容易堵住网线辊的网穴，产生刀线，影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种胶水循环装置，能使胶水循环流动，充分与溶剂混合，使胶水保持在一定的粘度。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，胶水循环装置包括胶水桶、双隔泵和胶水托盘，其特征是：在胶水桶上连接取胶管和回胶管，取胶管一端连接双隔泵，双隔泵上连接送胶管，送胶管一端连接胶水托盘，胶水托盘中设有分隔板；胶水托盘下端连接回胶管。
进一步的，分隔板将胶水托盘分成上下两个区。
进一步的，分隔板采用白铁皮材料制作。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点：
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，使用方便、可靠，成本较低；能使胶水循环流动，充分与溶剂混合，使胶水保持在一定的粘度。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
如图1所示，本发明主要包括胶水桶1、双隔泵3和胶水托盘7，在胶水桶1上连接取胶管2和回胶管5。
取胶管2一端连接双隔泵3，双隔泵3上连接送胶管4，送胶管4一端连接胶水托盘7。
所述胶水托盘7中设有分隔板6，分隔板6将胶水托盘7分成上下两个区。胶水进入胶水托盘7中后，先到达分隔板6上方区域然后流到分隔板6下方区域。分隔板6采用白铁皮材料制作。
胶水托盘7下端连接回胶管5。
本发明的工作原理是：工作时，胶水从胶水桶1中通过取胶管2进入双隔泵3。然后从双隔泵3中通过送胶管4进入胶水托盘7中，先到达分隔板6上方区域然后流到分隔板6下方区域。最后通过回胶管5流回胶水桶。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，使用方便、可靠，成本较低；能使胶水循环流动，充分与溶剂混合，使胶水保持在一定的粘度。

Claims (2)

1. 一种胶水循环装置，包括胶水桶（1）和胶水托盘（7），在胶水桶（1）上连接取胶管（2）和回胶管(5)，送胶管(4)一端连接胶水托盘(7)，胶水托盘(7)中设有分隔板(6)；胶水托盘（7）下端连接回胶管（5）；
其特征是：还包括双隔泵（3），取胶管（2）一端连接双隔泵（3），双隔泵(3)上连接送胶管(4)，所述分隔板(6)将胶水托盘（7）分成上下两个区。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶水循环装置，其特征是：所述分隔板（6）采用白铁皮材料制作。
