Abstract

一种电子标签腕带,包括射频识别部、连接件、底座、锁扣和腕带。该射频识别部容置于该底座内,该底座上开设收容槽,该锁扣卡固在该收容槽内,该连接件一端抵持该锁扣,另一端抵持该射频识别部,该腕带可调节长度的固定在该锁扣上。该射频识别部、该连接件、该锁扣和该腕带共同组成一闭合回路。该电子标签腕带方便使用者组装和拆卸。

电子标签腕带
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电子标签腕带。
【背景技术】
由于物联网行业的飞速发展,无线射频技术已广泛应用。现有的一种电子标签腕带包括射频识别部(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)和腕带本体,腕带本体一端设置有卡榫装置,腕带本体的另一端设置有至少一个与卡榫装置相匹配的卡槽。该电子标签腕带虽可以满足使用者的需要,但是该腕带本体易在使用过程中受损,该卡榫装置因不断磨损和反复拆卸,导致卡固不牢,且该射频识别部和该腕带本体为一体设计,一旦该腕带本体损坏,该电子标签腕带即不可使用。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便组装、拆卸的电子标签腕带。
一种电子标签腕带,包括射频识别部和连接件,该连接件与该射频识别部连接,该电子标签腕带进一步包括底座、锁扣和腕带,该射频识别部容置于该底座内,该底座上开设收容槽,该锁扣卡固在该收容槽内,该锁扣抵持该连接件,该腕带可调节长度的固定在该锁扣上;该射频识别部、该连接件、该锁扣和该腕带共同组成一闭合回路。
本发明的电子标签腕带通过该锁扣可活动卡固在该底座上,该腕带可根据使用者的需要调节长度后固定在该锁扣内,进而方便使用者组装和拆卸,且该腕带的损坏不会破坏该射频识别部,更换新腕带后即可重新使用。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1和图2,本发明的电子标签腕带100包括底座11、上盖12、射频识别部(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)13、连接件14、锁扣20和腕带30。
请结合参阅图3,该底座11包括底板111和侧壁112,该侧壁112垂直固接在该底板111的周缘上,且该侧壁112与该底板111围接形成容置腔113。该侧壁112上相对两侧分别向内凹设收容槽1121,每一收容槽1121的二相对侧壁上分别开设一卡槽1122,每一收容槽1121的连接该二相对侧壁的连接壁上开设承载槽1123。临近该收容槽1121且位于该容置腔113内开设若干定位孔114。该底板111对应于收容槽1121的部分开设有一容置槽1111。
该上盖12的形状与该底座11的形状相对应,该上盖12内设有若干定位销121,每一定位销121卡固在与其相对应的一定位孔114中。该射频识别部13容置于该容置腔113内,该射频识别部13两侧分别开设T型配合槽131,该配合槽131内设有导电触点(图未示)。本实施方式中该连接件14为一种精密连接器(pogo pin),该连接件14包括第一连接端141和第二连接端142,该第一连接端141卡合在该配合槽131内且抵持该导电触点。
请结合参阅图4和图5,该锁扣20包括卡合件21、收容件22和金属片23。该卡合件21包括顶板211、卡持板212和二相对平行的连接部213。该卡持板212的两相对侧面上分别凸设一凸台2121,使得该卡持板212大致呈“T”形。每一连接部213大致呈梯形棱台状,该二连接部213间隔垂直固接在该顶板211上,该卡持板212通过该二凸台2121搭接在该二连接部213上。该二连接部213、该卡持板212和该顶板211共同围接形成通槽214。
请结合参阅图6,所述收容件22包括主体220和二连接臂222。该主体220中部开设卡配槽221,该卡配槽221由依次连接的第一连接壁2201、第二连接壁2202、第三连接壁2203和第四连接壁2204围接而成。该第一连接壁2201和与其相对的该第三连接壁2203上分别开设凹槽2211,该凹槽2211与该凸台2121形状相对应。该卡配槽221用于收容该卡持板212,该凸台2121卡固在该凹槽2211内。该第二连接壁2202上间隔开设二开口2241。该第二连接壁2202的两端分别垂直延伸出该连接臂222,每一连接臂222凸设卡扣223。临近该该第一连接壁2201的该连接臂222与该第一连接壁2201平行间隔设置,临近该第三连接壁2203的该连接臂222与该第三连接壁2203平行间隔设置。该二连接臂222的自由端与该第四连接壁2204保持齐平。
该金属片23包括卡合板231和连接板232,该卡合板231大致呈“U”型,该卡合板231的每一末端朝相反方向垂直延伸出该连接板232。该卡合板231的二末端的间距大致等于该二开口2241的间距,该金属片23通过该卡合板231卡固在该二开口2241之间。该卡合板231外露于该收容件22,该连接板232容置于该卡配槽221内。
所述腕带30由导体材料外包裹柔性绝缘材料制成,本实施例中该柔性材料为硅胶,导体材料可以是金属。该腕带30包括大致呈U型的本体31,该U型本体31的两端分别弯折形成调节端32,该调节端32的导体材料外露于柔性绝缘材料的部分形成导电端子33。
下面进一步说明该电子标签腕带100的组装及使用过程。该射频识别部13容置于该底座11上的容置腔113内。该腕带30的每一调节端32依次穿过该卡配槽221和卡合件21上的通槽214,此时可根据使用者的需求调节该调节端32穿过该通槽214部分的长度。将带有该腕带30的卡合件21卡固在该收容件22上的凹槽2211上。该金属片23的卡合板231与该二开口2241卡固,此时,该调节端32抵持该连接板232,该导电端子33贴紧该连接板232。该收容件22容置于该收容槽1121内,该卡扣223卡固在该卡槽1122内。该连接件14卡固在该承载槽1123上,第一连接端141卡持于该射频识别部13上的配合槽131内,该第二连接端142抵持该金属片23,上述该射频识别部13、该连接件14、该锁扣20的金属片23和该腕带30共同组成一闭合回路。该定位销121卡固在该定位孔114内,使得该上盖12固定至该底座11上,该容置槽1111容纳部分该本体31。分别朝向该第四连接壁2204的方向扳动该二连接臂222,扳动后导致该卡扣223与该卡槽1122不再卡合,向远离该底座11的方向移动该收容件22,该锁扣20即可从该底座11上拆卸。
使用时,可先将一侧锁扣20卡固至底座11上,调节该腕带30佩戴至手腕或脚腕后,再将另一侧锁扣20卡固至底座11上。当该腕带30脱离该锁扣20时,上述闭合回路断开,该射频识别部13发出警报信号,提示使用者出现异常。
本发明的电子标签腕带100通过该锁扣20可活动卡固在该底座11上,该腕带30可根据使用者的需要调节长度后固定在该锁扣20内,进而方便使用者组装和拆卸。且该腕带30的损坏不会破坏该射频识别部13,更换新腕带30后即可重新使用。

Claims (10)

1.一种电子标签腕带,包括射频识别部和连接件,该连接件与该射频识别部连接,其特征在于:该电子标签腕带进一步包括底座、锁扣和腕带,该射频识别部容置于该底座内,该底座上开设收容槽,该锁扣卡固在该收容槽内,该锁扣抵持该连接件,该腕带可调节长度的固定在该锁扣上;该射频识别部、该连接件、该锁扣和该腕带共同组成一闭合回路。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子标签腕带,其特征在于:该电子标签腕带包括上盖,该上盖与该底座相对应,该底座包括底板和侧壁,该侧壁与该底板围接形成容置腔,该射频识别部容置于该容置腔内。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子标签腕带,其特征在于:该侧壁垂直固接在该底板的周缘上,该侧壁上相对两侧分别向内凹设收容槽,每一该收容槽的二相对侧壁上分别开设一卡槽,每一该收容槽的连接该二相对侧壁的连接壁上开设承载槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子标签腕带,其特征在于:临近该收容槽且位于该容置腔内开设若干定位孔,该上盖内设有若干定位销,该若干定位销分别卡固在与其相对应的该若干定位孔中。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子标签腕带,其特征在于:该锁扣包括卡合件,该卡合件包括顶板、卡持板和二连接部,该卡持板的两相对侧面上分别凸设凸台,该二连接部间隔垂直固接在该顶板上,该卡持板通过该二凸台搭接在该二连接部上。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子标签腕带,其特征在于:该锁扣包括收容件,该收容件包括主体和二连接臂,该主体中部开设卡配槽,该卡配槽由依次连接的第一连接壁、第二连接壁、第三连接壁和第四连接壁围接而成,该卡配槽与该卡持板相对应,该第一连接壁和该第三连接壁上分别开设凹槽,该凹槽与该凸台相对应,该卡配槽用于收容该卡持板,该凸台卡固在该凹槽内,该第二连接壁的两端分别垂直延伸出二连接臂。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子标签腕带,其特征在于:该锁扣包括金属片,该金属片包括卡合板和连接板,该卡合板的每一末端朝相反方向垂直延伸出连接板,该第二连接壁上间隔开设二开口,该金属片卡固在该开口上,该连接板收容在该卡配槽内,该卡合板外露于该收容件。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子标签腕带,其特征在于:该二连接部、该卡持板和该顶板共同围接形成通槽,该腕带由导体材料外包裹柔性绝缘材料制成,该腕带包括本体,该本体的两端分别弯折形成调节端,该调节端穿过该通槽,该调节端的导体材料外露于柔性绝缘材料的部分形成导电端子。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子标签腕带,其特征在于:每一该连接臂凸设卡扣,该卡扣卡固在该卡槽内,该调节端抵压在该连接板上,该导电端子贴紧该连接板,该连接件卡固在该承载槽上。
10.如权利要求7所述的电子标签腕带,其特征在于:该连接件包括第一连接端和第二连接端,该射频识别部两侧分别开设配合槽,该配合槽内设有导电触点,该第一连接端卡持于该配合槽内,该第二连接端抵持该金属片,该腕带脱离该锁扣时,该闭合回路断开,该射频识别部发出警报信号,提示使用者出现异常。
