本发明涉及—种调节圆周方向活动间隙的弹簧托辊,尤其涉及一种长大管道在活动过程中的重心下垂而引起的通过配合孔时,需要保持间隙,纠正下垂量的调整。
背景技术
长大管道在活动过程中的重心下垂而引起的通过配合孔时,保持间隙、纠正下垂量的调整目前均只能做单向的调整,尚无调节圆周方向活动间隙的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以长大管道在活动过程中的重心下垂而引起的通过配合孔时,可以调节圆周方向间隙、纠正下垂量或偏移量活动间隙的装置。
为了实现发明目的,采用以下技术方案:本发明涉及—种调节圆周方向活动间隙的弹簧托辊,尤其涉及一种长大管道在活动过程中的重心下垂而引起的通过配合孔时,需要保持间隙,纠正下垂量的情况,其特征在于弹簧托辊包括螺母1、压板2、调整螺杆3、压缩弹簧4、连接板5、连接套6、连接螺母7、连接轴8、压缩弹簧9、孔用弹性挡圈10、托辊11、加强筋板12、限位板13,其特征在于所述的弹簧托辊是通过连接板5与需要调节、纠正下垂量的长大管道焊接在一起的。所述的压缩弹簧4是耐磨弹簧,安装在连接板5上。所述的压缩弹簧9、孔用弹性挡圈10、托辊11安装在连接轴8上。所述的螺母1、压板2、调整螺杆3、压缩弹簧4、连接板5、连接套6、连接螺母7依次组装在一起与连接轴8组装,并且对称分布在托辊两侧。
本发明的有益效果:
1、装置结构简单,成本低廉,实用可靠;
2、设计简单,适合各种空间安装。

实施例1纵向间隙的调整: 
当产生纵向间隙时,压缩弹簧4在重力的作用下会产生反作用力,使得下垂量减小。
实施例2横向或侧向间隙的调整: 
当产生横向间隙时,压缩弹簧9在重力的作用下会产生反作用力,使得横向、侧向偏移量减小。

1.本发明涉及—种调节圆周方向活动间隙的弹簧托辊,尤其涉及一种长大管道在活动过程中的重心下垂而引起的通过配合孔时,需要保持间隙,纠正下垂量的情况,其特征在于弹簧托辊包括螺母1、压板2、调整螺杆3、压缩弹簧4、连接板5、连接套6、连接螺母7、连接轴8、压缩弹簧9、孔用弹性挡圈10、托辊11、加强筋板10、限位板13,其特征在于所述的弹簧托辊是通过连接板5与需要调节、纠正下垂量的长大管道焊接在一起的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的—种调节圆周方向活动间隙的弹簧托辊,其特征在于所述的压缩弹簧4是耐磨弹簧,安装在连接板5上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的—种调节圆周方向活动间隙的弹簧托辊,其特征在于所述的压缩弹簧9、孔用弹性挡圈10、托辊11安装在连接轴8上。
