本发明公开了一种管端倒角夹具,包括有安装在锯床台面的定位块,所述定位块旁设置有一支撑圆管的支撑块,所述支撑块的支撑圆管的支撑面倾斜于所述定位块,所述支撑块旁设有一块与所述支撑块共同夹紧圆管的挡块;有一摆杆一端连接在所述定位块上,所述摆杆的另一端活动安装在所述定位块和所述支撑块之间的圆弧长槽处。本发明可以解决现有为圆管管端倒角难度大,倒角成本高,生产效率低的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工工装技术领域,尤其是一种安装在锯床台面上为圆管倒角的夹具。
背景技术
圆管的下料一般使用锯床按所需长度将圆管横截锯断,这样圆管管端端面与圆管的轴线总是成直角,而很多组件需要圆管管端端面与圆管的轴线形成的角度成小于90°。加工这种管端非直角的圆管,需要先横截锯断下料,之后再磨床磨削或车床车成所需的角度,磨车这类圆管,难度都大于一般零件,成本较高,且生产效率很低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种管端倒角夹具,以解决现有为圆管管端倒角难度大,倒角成本高,生产效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本管端倒角夹具包括有安装在锯床台面的定位块,所述定位块旁设置有一支撑圆管的支撑块,所述支撑块的支撑圆管的支撑面倾斜于所述定位块,所述支撑块旁设有一块与所述支撑块共同夹紧圆管的挡块;有一摆杆一端连接在所述定位块上,所述摆杆的另一端活动安装在所述定位块和所述支撑块之间的圆弧长槽处。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本管端倒角夹具的安装在定位块与支撑块之间的圆弧长槽上的摆杆控制圆管轴线与锯片的角度,可以按所需的任意角度锯下管端,使用本管端倒角夹具,使一步下料即可完成管端倒角,省去了管端倒角的工序,既降低了成本,又大大提高了生产效率。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
如图1所示的本管端倒角夹具,它包括有安装在锯床台面的定位块3,定位块3的最左端的定位面与锯床上的锯片11垂直,定位块3旁设置有一支撑圆管10的支撑块6,支撑块6的支撑圆管10的支撑面倾斜于定位块5,支撑块6旁设有一块与支撑块6共同夹紧圆管10的挡块11,支撑块6与挡块11夹紧圆管10并使圆管10的轴线与锯片11成一定角度,锯片11锯下,即可为圆管10倒角;有一摆杆4一端通过螺栓连接在定位块6上,该摆杆4的另一端通过螺帽和螺栓5活动安装在定位块3和支撑块6之间的圆弧长槽7处,圆弧长槽7开设在一块平板2上。改变摆杆4圆弧长槽7内的位置,即可改变支撑块6的支撑面与锯片11的倾斜角度,实现了通过安装在定位块3与支撑块6之间的圆弧长槽7上的摆杆4控制圆管轴线与锯片的角度,可以按所需的任意角度锯下管端。使用本管端倒角夹具,使一步下料即可完成管端倒角,省去了管端倒角的工序,既降低了成本,又大大提高了生产效率。

1.一种管端倒角夹具,其特征在于:包括有安装在锯床台面的定位块,所述定位块旁设置有一支撑圆管的支撑块,所述支撑块的支撑圆管的支撑面倾斜于所述定位块,所述支撑块旁设有一块与所述支撑块共同夹紧圆管的挡块;有一摆杆一端连接在所述定位块上,所述摆杆的另一端活动安装在所述定位块和所述支撑块之间的圆弧长槽处。
