Abstract

本发明公开了一种可用于橡胶轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料。制作该材料所需要原料的组份为:高活性聚异丁烯60-80份,白炭黑8-12份,交联剂3-5份,催化剂2-4份,炭黑2-3份,玻璃纤维5-8份。考虑到天然橡胶产量日渐稀缺、气密层氯化丁基橡胶长期受国外控制,本材料是以综合科学合理目标为标的而开展的设计研发,所制得的强粘性交联体材料粘度高、密度低、强度大,低生热、并且具有收缩回弹记忆韧性。在气密性、延展性、均匀性,抗冲击能力上可以替代天然橡胶、氯化丁基橡胶。本发明可在民用、军事国防工业广泛应用。特别是自封式安全轮胎上的应用带来了前所未有的技术变革。本材料可以回收利用,无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可用于橡胶轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料。
背景技术
轮胎,是汽车上唯一接触地面的配件,也是工作时间最长的配件之一。它的安危直接影响人、车的生命财产安全。最近3年,中国国内交通事故死亡人数突破10万人。其中,高速路上交通事故由爆胎引发的就占65%以上。美国每年有2.6万起交通事故与轮胎有关。
汽车轮胎爆胎的原因有很多,超载、轮胎气压过高、温度过高等。一般的乘用车不存在超载问题,为何也是事故频频?还有一种原因是轮胎气压偏低,缺气行驶也是爆胎的祸根,当胎压低于标准气压时,在这种状况下行驶,轮胎与地面的摩擦成倍增加,胎温急剧升高,胎体变软,强度下降。特别是子午线轮胎帘布层外围加有一层钢丝,缺气行驶时钢丝与胎体也会摩擦生热,过热状态会加速钢丝与橡胶的老化、变形,甚至内部断裂断层,积聚后形成爆胎。根据统计,一般的乘用车爆胎以缺气行驶造成的居多。
而我国轮胎行业在后备研发上目前基本还是人有我也有的状态,没有创新,最终靠价格相互打压取胜。在国际市场上没有技术竞争力。许多新产品都是墙外先开花,墙内再香。中国轮胎行业的创新且实用显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提高轮胎的安全性,发明一种可用于橡胶轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种可用于橡胶轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料,制作该材料所需原料为:
高活性聚异丁烯,白炭黑、交联剂、催化剂、炭黑、玻璃纤维。
本发明的优点是:
本发明所述的专有材料在气密性、延展性、均匀性,抗冲击能力上可以取代轮胎气密层橡胶,能大幅提升轮胎的整体性、安全防护性。本材料的特点是低密度、高强度、高粘性,低生热、低成本、收缩韧性与弹性兼具。考虑到天然橡胶产量日渐稀缺、气密层氯化丁基橡胶长期受国外控制,本材料是以综合科学合理目标为标的而开展的设计研发,在一款材料上实现多元覆盖是相当不易的,以子午线轮胎为例,由专有材料制得的轮胎产品,材料与钢丝层、内层橡胶间结合紧密,在受到直径8mm的异物刺扎后不会发生漏气与慢漏气,8mm标准锥20枚静态刺扎轮胎30天,拔出后所有创口无漏气与慢漏气现象。并能有效减少胎侧撞击产生的鼓包现象。经样品试验,在高温165℃高速300km/h情况下,扎8毫米钢钉每条胎9枚,连续跑4440km(耐久试验国标执行),试验完毕取出所有钢钉没有漏气与慢漏气现象、解剖后性能层没有流变,性能稳定,市场同类防扎防漏气轮胎远非能比。即使有不可抗力产生爆胎也同比普通轮胎产生的爆胎所带来的伤害小。
具体实施方式
本发明是一种可用于橡胶轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
高活性聚异丁烯75份,白炭黑10份,交联剂3份,炭黑3份,玻璃纤维7份,催化剂2份。
所述的高活性聚异丁烯选自不饱和双键含量24%、55%中的一种;
所述的白炭黑选自白炭黑150、200、250、300中的一种;
所述的交联剂选自交联剂TAIC、DCP、TGIC中的一种;
所述的炭黑选自炭黑N220、N234、N326、N550中的一种;
所述的玻璃纤维选自玻璃纤维的高强玻纤、高模量玻纤、耐碱玻纤、耐酸玻纤中的一种;
所述的催化剂选自催化剂AIBN、Ziegler-Natta系列中的一种。
本发明还提出一种可用于橡胶轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料的制备方法,使用上述原料制作,包括以下步骤:
1.将高活性聚异丁烯、白炭黑、交联剂、催化剂、炭黑、玻璃纤维放入双螺旋搅拌反应釜内均匀搅拌;
2.在150一170℃温度下搅拌炼制90分钟;
3.将生成物均匀注入模型槽内,冷却后即为该强粘性交联体材料。

Claims (9)

1.一种可用于轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料,制作该材料所需要的原料为:高活性聚异丁烯,白炭黑、交联剂、催化剂、炭黑、玻璃纤维。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的可用于轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料,制作该材料所需要原料的重量份为: 
高活性聚异丁烯 60-80份, 
白炭黑 8-12份, 
交联剂 3-5份, 
炭黑   2-3份, 
催化剂 2-4份, 
玻璃纤维 5-8份。 
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可用于轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料,所述的高活性聚异丁烯选自不饱和双键含量24%、55%中的一种。 
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可用于轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料,所述的白炭黑选自白炭黑150、200、250、300中的一种。 
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的可用于轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料,所述的交联剂选自交联剂TAIC、DCP、TGIC中的一种。 
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的可用于轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料,所述的炭黑选自炭黑N220、N234、N326、N550中的一种。 
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的可用于轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料,所述的玻璃纤维选自玻璃纤维的高强玻纤、高模量玻纤、耐碱玻纤、耐酸玻纤中的一种。 
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的可用于轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料,所述的催化剂选自催化剂AIBN、Ziegler-Natta系列中的一种。 
9.一种可用于轮胎工业的强粘性交联体材料的制作方法,包括以下步骤: 
(1)将高活性聚异丁烯、白炭黑、交联剂、催化剂、炭黑、玻璃纤维放入双螺旋搅拌反应釜内均匀搅拌; 
(2)在150-170℃温度下搅拌炼制90分钟; 
(3)将炼制生成物均匀注入模型槽内,冷却后即为该强粘性交联体材料。
