Abstract
本发明公开了液晶盒以及包含该液晶盒的液晶显示装置,还公开了红外材料表面改性方法;所述液晶盒中设置有包含红外材料的组件,因此当为液晶盒提供光照的背光源或外界光向液晶盒发射光线时,液晶盒可发出较强渗透力和辐射力的红外光线,红外光线被人体吸收后,可使人体内水分子共振,使水分子活化,增强水分子间结合力,活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物细胞处于高振动能级。由于生物细胞产生共振效应,可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,因此深层温度上升,产生的热量由内向外散发,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体免疫能力,有利于健康,也能尽量减轻电磁辐射对身体健康的影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶技术领域,具体涉及一种液晶盒、液晶显示装置以及红外材料表面改性方法。
背景技术
随着显示技术的快速发展,人们不仅要求显示器件能实现高清晰、高对比度和高的亮度等显示效果,同时还对显示器件的功能多元化有了进一步要求,例如显示器件的娱乐性和保健性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种液晶盒、液晶显示装置以及红外材料表面改性方法,以发出红外线。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种液晶盒,该液晶盒中设置有包含红外材料的组件。所述包含红外材料的组件是红外材料层。所述红外材料层设置于所述液晶盒的彩膜基板上。所述红外材料层涂布在整个彩膜基板上,或,所述红外材料层涂布在彩膜基板的黑矩阵所在区域或红绿蓝子像素所在区域。所述红外材料层设置于所述液晶盒的上偏光片与彩膜基板所包含的玻璃基板之间,或,所述红外材料层设置于彩膜基板所包含的玻璃基板与彩膜之间。所述红外材料层设置于液晶盒的彩膜与公共电极之间,或,所述红外材料层设置于液晶盒的阵列基板所包含的像素电极与玻璃基板之间,或,所述红外材料层设置于液晶盒的下偏光片与阵列基板所包含的玻璃基板之间。
进一步地,所述包含红外材料的组件包括以下组件中至少之一:上偏光片、彩膜基板所包含的玻璃基板、彩膜、公共电极、像素电极、阵列基板所包含的玻璃基板、下偏光片。
进一步地,所述红外材料为:生物炭、电气石、远红外陶瓷、玉石粉、氧化铝、氧化铜、氧化银以及碳化硅中的一种或一种以上的混合物。所述红外材料的粒径分布在纳米级至微米级。所述红外材料是经过表面改性处理的提高了热交换能力的红外材料,该红外材料以高的比辐射率放射特定波长的远红外线。
一种液晶显示装置,包含背光源,还包含如上述记载的液晶盒。
一种红外材料表面改性方法,该方法包括:对红外材料进行纳米化处理,获得红外材料的纳米粒子;改变进行纳米化处理后的纳米粒子的表面特性,使其与液晶盒相应结构层相容、并与其性能匹配,由此保证在不影响液晶显示装置性能的情况下实现红外材料与背光及外界光的热交换,以高的比辐射率发射特定波长的远红外线。
进一步地,所述对红外材料进行纳米化处理,包括:将红外材料研磨、分散,获得平均粒径为1nm~200nm的红外材料纳米分散溶液;所述改变进行纳米化处理后的纳米粒子的表面特性,包括:对红外材料的纳米分散溶液进行搅拌、震荡或摇动,并将单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、马来酰亚胺在有机溶剂中的溶液加入上述红外材料的纳米分散溶液中;还将偶氮类引发剂溶液加入上述红外材料的纳米分散溶液中,搅拌、震荡或摇动该纳米分散溶液;在所述纳米分散溶液反应结束后加入有机溶剂进行冷却处理,同时搅拌直至反应产物冷却后过滤,干燥滤出的固体,得到表面改性的红外材料。
进一步地,进行表面改性处理过程,满足以下条件:
进行所述震荡时,震荡的频率高于50Hz;
所述单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、马来酰亚胺的比例为1∶1~2∶1~2/mol;
所述红外材料占混合溶液总重量的8~25%;
加入所述偶氮类引发剂溶液时,偶氮类引发剂溶液以基于单体总重量的1~5%的引发剂的量逐滴加入;
所述表面改性的反应条件是在35℃~60℃温度下、同时在氮气保护下;
所述反应的时长为30min~90min;
所述冷却处理为:在反应结束后加入5~10℃的有机溶剂进行冷却处理,同时搅拌直至反应产物冷却至室温;
进行所述过滤的次数为三次;
进行所述干燥时,在70~100℃下干燥5~20min。
由于本发明的液晶盒中设置有包含红外材料的组件,因此当为液晶盒提供光照的背光源或者是外界光,如太阳光等向液晶盒发射光线时,液晶盒可以发出较强渗透力和辐射力的红外光线,红外光线被人体吸收后,可使人体内水分子产生共振,使水分子活化,增强水分子间的结合力,从而活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物细胞处于高振动能级。由于生物细胞产生共振效应,可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,因此深层温度上升,产生的热量由内向外散发,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,有利于健康再有,经过表面改性的红外材料能够实现与液晶盒结构的相容以及性能的最佳匹配,在不影响液晶显示器件性能的情况下提高红外材料与背光及外界光的热交换能力,经过表面改性的红外材料以高的比辐射率放射特定波长的远红外线。

具体实施方式
在实际应用中,可以设置如图1所示的液晶盒,图1所示液晶盒可以包含目前常见的偏光片1、玻璃基板2、彩膜3、公共电极4、液晶5、像素电极6、玻璃基板7、偏光片8等。其中,通常将偏光片1称为上偏光片,将偏光片8称为下偏光片;通常将玻璃基板2称为上玻璃基板,将玻璃基板7称为下玻璃基板;玻璃基板2与彩膜3共同形成彩膜基板,玻璃基板7与像素电极6共同形成阵列基板。本发明中,包含图1所示液晶盒的液晶显示装置可以是电脑显示器、手机显示器等。当然,实际应用中的液晶盒中各组件关系不一定如图1所示,本发明只是以图1为例进行描述。
在图1所示液晶盒中,还包含红外材料层9,红外材料层9包含能够通过热交换产生红外光线的材料(简称红外材料),该红外材料可以在光照时通过吸收能量从而产生红外光线,产生的红外光线的波长通常为0.77μm~1mm;并且,红外光线的强弱可以通过红外材料有效成分的粒径、表面形态和含量来控制。
上述的该红外材料可以是:生物炭、电气石([Na,K,Ca][Mg,F,Mn,Li,Al]3[Al,Cr,Fe,V]6[BO3]3[Si6O1)、远红外陶瓷、玉石粉、氧化铝、氧化铜、氧化银以及碳化硅中的一种或一种以上的混合物,红外材料的粒径分布在纳米级至微米级。
如图1所示,红外材料层9可以设置于偏光片1与玻璃基板2之间,这种设置方式可以基于如下工艺实现:
清洗玻璃基板2;
在彩膜基板的背面(即如图所示的偏光片1与玻璃基板2之间)涂布红外材料层9,并固化红外材料层9;
制取彩膜3,具体过程包括:
黑矩阵形成;
红绿蓝(R\G\B)子像素形成;
隔垫物形成。
至此,彩膜基板形成。
在上述操作中,还可以在涂布完红外材料层9之后,在红外材料层9上涂布保护层,该保护层的功能是防止红外材料层9在彩膜3的制取过程受到损伤。并且,在制取完彩膜3后,可以将红外材料层9上的保护层剥离。
除了图1所示的将红外材料层9设置于偏光片1与玻璃基板2之间这种方式以外,还可以将红外材料层9设置于玻璃基板2与彩膜3之间,这种设置方式可以基于如下工艺实现:
清洗玻璃基板2;
在彩膜基板的正面(即玻璃基板2相对于偏光片1的另一面)涂布红外材料层9,并固化红外材料层9;
制取彩膜3,具体过程包括:
黑矩阵形成;
R\G\B子像素形成;
隔垫物形成。
至此,彩膜基板形成。
无论是将红外材料层9设置于偏光片1与玻璃基板2之间,还是将红外材料层9设置于玻璃基板2与彩膜3之间,均可以认为是将红外材料层9设置于彩膜基板上。这时,可以将红外材料层9涂布在整个彩膜基板上,也可以将红外材料层9分别涂布在彩膜基板的黑矩阵所在的区域或涂布在彩膜基板的R\G\B子像素所在区域,以实现相应区域发出红外光线或者是增强相应区域的红外光线强度。
需要说明的是,在实际应用时,也可以将红外材料层9设置于液晶盒中的其它位置,如:将红外材料层9设置于彩膜3与公共电极4之间,或者将红外材料层9设置于像素电极6与玻璃基板7之间,或者将红外材料层9设置于玻璃基板7与偏光片8之间等。
另外,无论是否设置有红外材料层9,均可在生产液晶盒的各组件时,将红外材料层9所包含的红外材料掺杂在至少一个组件中,如:将红外材料层9所包含的红外材料掺杂在以下组件中至少之一中:偏光片1、玻璃基板2、彩膜3、公共电极4、像素电极6、玻璃基板7、偏光片8。
再有,上述的红外材料层9中的红外材料可以是经过表面改性处理的,这样该红外材料就能够实现与液晶盒相应结构相容以及最佳的性能匹配,避免因红外材料的引入而影响液晶显示器件的性能。所述表面改性处理的目的在于改变所述红外材料的表面形态、晶界结构,从而实现使其与液晶盒相应结构相容,不影响显示器件的性能;同时表面改性处理的目的还在于通过改变所述红外材料的表面形态、晶界结构,从而改变红外材料的活性,提高热交换能力,以高的比辐射率放射特定波长的远红外线。
对红外材料的表面改性过程可包括:
1)将红外材料研磨、分散,获得平均粒径为1nm~200nm的红外材料纳米分散溶液,该步骤的主要目的是对红外材料进行纳米化处理,以获得红外材料的纳米粒子。该研磨、分散方法可用制备纳米材料的常用方法进行,例如可采用常规的研磨装置(例如球磨机、砂磨机等)和分散剂在有机溶剂中进行。该纳米分散溶液中的红外材料的重量百分比可为10~15%。
2)将经过纳米化处理的红外材料进行进一步的表面改性,该步骤的目的是改变步骤1)中分散后的纳米粒子的表面特性,使其与液晶盒相应结构相容,不影响显示器件的性能;同时该步骤的目的还在于通过将经过纳米化处理的红外材料进行进一步的表面改性,从而改变红外材料的活性,提高热交换能力,以高的比辐射率放射特定波长的远红外线。具体包括:
将诸如偶氮二异戊腈、偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异己腈、偶氮二异庚腈等的偶氮类引发剂溶解在有机溶剂中待用;
将红外材料的纳米分散溶液放入四口瓶内,同时对其进行搅拌、震荡(频率高于50Hz)或摇动等处理;
将单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、马来酰亚胺(1∶1~2∶1~2/mol)在有机溶剂(单体∶溶剂=1∶1~3/vol)中的溶液加入上述四口瓶内,其中红外材料占四口瓶内混合溶液总重量的8~25%,优选10~20%,更优选12~17%;
所述改变进行纳米化处理后纳米粒子表面特性的反应条件是在35℃~60℃温度下、同时在氮气保护下,使偶氮类引发剂溶液以基于单体总重量的1~5%的引发剂的量逐滴加入上述四口瓶内,在搅拌、震荡或摇动等处理下进行反应30min~90min;
反应结束后加入5~10℃的冷却用有机溶剂进行冷却处理,同时搅拌直至反应产物冷却至室温;
过滤后,用上述有机溶剂清洗滤出的固体三次,在70~100℃下干燥5~20min,得到表面改性的红外材料。
以上步骤中所用溶剂可为脂肪醇、乙二醇醚、乙酸乙酯、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮、单甲基醚乙二醇酯、γ-丁内酯、丙酸-3-乙醚乙酯、丁基卡必醇、丁基卡必醇醋酸酯、丙二醇单甲基醚、丙二醇单甲基醚醋酸酯、环己烷、二甲苯、异丙醇中的一种或多种。
以上步骤中所用分散剂为常用分散剂,例如BYK410、BYK110、BYK163、BYK161、BYK2000等。分散剂占纳米分散溶液的重量百分比为5%~15%,优选为7~12%。
可见,由于本发明的液晶盒中设置有包含红外材料的组件,因此当为液晶盒提供光照的背光源或者是外界光,如太阳光等对向液晶盒发射光线时,液晶盒可以发出较强渗透力和辐射力的红外光线,红外光线被人体吸收后,可使人体内水分子产生共振,使水分子活化,增强水分子间的结合力,从而活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物细胞处于高振动能级。由于生物细胞产生共振效应,可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,因此深层温度上升,产生的热量由内向外散发,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,有利于健康,也能尽量减轻电磁辐射对身体健康的影响。同理,在包含本发明的所述液晶盒的液晶显示装置中,背光源或者外界光,如太阳光等向液晶盒发射光线时,液晶盒可以向液晶显示装置外部发出红外光线,因此所述液晶显示装置有利于健康,也能尽量减轻电磁辐射对身体健康的影响。再有,经过表面改性的红外材料能够实现与液晶盒结构的相容以及性能的最佳匹配,在不影响液晶显示器件性能的情况下提高红外材料与背光及外界光的热交换能力,经过表面改性的红外材料以高的比辐射率放射特定波长的远红外线。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。
Claims (12)
1.一种液晶盒,其特征在于,该液晶盒中设置有包含红外材料的组件;其中,所述红外材料是经过表面改性处理的提高了热交换能力的红外材料;
其中,所述表面改性处理包括:
将红外材料研磨、分散,获得平均粒径为1nm~200nm的红外材料纳米分散溶液;
对红外材料的纳米分散溶液进行搅拌、震荡或摇动,并将单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、马来酰亚胺在有机溶剂中的溶液加入上述红外材料的纳米分散溶液中;还将偶氮类引发剂溶液加入上述红外材料的纳米分散溶液中,搅拌、震荡或摇动该纳米分散溶液;
在所述纳米分散溶液反应结束后加入有机溶剂进行冷却处理,同时搅拌直至反应产物冷却后过滤,干燥滤出的固体,得到表面改性的红外材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶盒,其特征在于,所述包含红外材料的组件是红外材料层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液晶盒,其特征在于,所述红外材料层设置于所述液晶盒的彩膜基板上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液晶盒,其特征在于,
所述红外材料层涂布在整个彩膜基板上,或,
所述红外材料层涂布在彩膜基板的黑矩阵所在区域或红绿蓝子像素所在区域。
5.根据权利要求3所述的液晶盒,其特征在于,
所述红外材料层设置于所述液晶盒的上偏光片与彩膜基板所包含的玻璃基板之间,或,
所述红外材料层设置于彩膜基板所包含的玻璃基板与彩膜之间。
6.根据权利要求2所述的液晶盒,其特征在于,
所述红外材料层设置于液晶盒的彩膜与公共电极之间,或,
所述红外材料层设置于液晶盒的阵列基板所包含的像素电极与玻璃基板之间,或,
所述红外材料层设置于液晶盒的下偏光片与阵列基板所包含的玻璃基板之间。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的液晶盒,其特征在于,所述包含红外材料的组件包括以下组件中至少之一:上偏光片、彩膜基板所包含的玻璃基板、彩膜、公共电极、像素电极、阵列基板所包含的玻璃基板、下偏光片。
8.根据权利要求1所述的液晶盒,其特征在于,所述红外材料为:生物炭、电气石、远红外陶瓷、玉石粉、氧化铝、氧化铜、氧化银以及碳化硅中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的液晶盒,其特征在于,所述红外材料的粒径分布在纳米级至微米级。
10.根据权利要求1所述的液晶盒,其特征在于,所述红外材料以高的比辐射率放射特定波长的远红外线。
11.一种液晶显示装置,包含背光源,其特征在于,还包含如权利要求1至10任一项所述的液晶盒。
12.一种红外材料表面改性方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
对红外材料进行纳米化处理,获得红外材料的纳米粒子;
改变进行纳米化处理后的纳米粒子的表面特性,使其与液晶盒相应结构层相容、并与其性能匹配,由此保证在不影响液晶显示装置性能的情况下实现红外材料与背光及外界光的热交换,以高的比辐射率发射特定波长的远红外线;
其中,所述对红外材料进行纳米化处理,包括:将红外材料研磨、分散,获得平均粒径为1nm~200nm的红外材料纳米分散溶液;
所述改变进行纳米化处理后的纳米粒子的表面特性,包括:
对红外材料的纳米分散溶液进行搅拌、震荡或摇动,并将单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、马来酰亚胺在有机溶剂中的溶液加入上述红外材料的纳米分散溶液中;还将偶氮类引发剂溶液加入上述红外材料的纳米分散溶液中,搅拌、震荡或摇动该纳米分散溶液;
在所述纳米分散溶液反应结束后加入有机溶剂进行冷却处理,同时搅拌直至反应产物冷却后过滤,干燥滤出的固体,得到表面改性的红外材料;
进行表面改性处理过程中,满足以下条件:
所述改变进行纳米化处理后纳米粒子表面特性的反应条件是在35℃~60℃温度下、同时在氮气保护下;
对红外材料的纳米分散溶液进行所述震荡时,震荡的频率高于50Hz;
所述单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、马来酰亚胺的比例为1:1~2:1~2/mol;
所述红外材料占混合溶液总重量的8~25%;
加入所述偶氮类引发剂溶液时,偶氮类引发剂溶液以基于单体总重量的1~5%的引发剂的量逐滴加入;
所述反应的时长为30min~90min;
所述冷却用有机溶剂的温度为5~10℃;
所述冷却为冷却至室温;
进行所述过滤的次数为三次;
进行所述干燥时,在70~100℃下干燥5~20min。
