本发明公开了一种膨胀节,该膨胀节包括膨胀节本体和安装在膨胀节两端的连接法兰,膨胀节本体包括左接套筒、右接套筒、内套筒、外套筒、弹簧管和膨胀管,内套筒套在右接套筒内部,右接套筒连接进口法兰,左接套筒连接出口法兰,左接套筒和右接套筒内径相同且均由耐热材料制成,连接处成锯齿状啮合并留有膨胀间隙,外套筒由橡胶材料制成,套在左接套筒和右接套筒外部,弹簧管由弹簧钢制成外层包裹橡胶,卷成弹簧状,套在外套筒外部,紧固外套筒,膨胀节外部装有弹簧钢制成的膨胀管,膨胀管内部装有耐热物质制造的填充料。本发明设计合理,容易制造安装,在膨胀节不同区域采用了不同材料,大幅度增加了膨胀节的耐高温能力,通过保温隔热结构设计,提高了膨胀节的使用性能和寿命。

本发明涉及环保机械领域,特别涉及一种膨胀节。 
 
背景技术
膨胀节是为补偿因温度差与机械振动引起的附加应力,而设置在容器壳体或管道上的一种挠性结构。利用膨胀节工作主体的有效伸缩变形,以吸收管线、导管、容器等由热胀冷缩等原因而产生的尺寸变化,或补偿管线、导管、容器等的轴向、横向和角向位移,也可用于降噪减振。已广泛应用与环保、化工、冶金等领域。在环保领域中,为了防止供热管道升温时,由于热伸长或温度应力而引起管道变形或破坏,需要在管道上设置膨胀节,以补偿管道的热伸长,从而减小管壁的应力和作用在阀件或支架结构上的作用力。
现有的膨胀节大多采用单一材料制造,抗高温效果差,使用寿命短。某些老式膨胀节还存在漏气等缺陷,对巡视人员和周围环境存在巨大安全隐患。
 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种膨胀节,左接套筒和右接套筒可拆卸连接,便于膨胀节进行安装和清理,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种膨胀节,包括膨胀节本体和安装在膨胀节两端的连接法兰,所述膨胀节本体包括左接套筒、右接套筒、内套筒、外套筒、弹簧管和膨胀管,所述的内套筒套在右接套筒内部,右接套筒连接进口法兰,左接套筒连接出口法兰,左接套筒和右接套筒内径相同且均由耐热材料制成,连接处成锯齿状啮合并留有膨胀间隙,外套筒由橡胶材料制成,套在左接套筒和右接套筒外部,弹簧管由弹簧钢制成外层包裹橡胶,卷成弹簧状,套在外套筒外部,紧固外套筒,膨胀节外部装有弹簧钢制成的膨胀管,膨胀管内部装有耐热物质制造的填充料。
优选的,所述右接套筒连接进口法兰,左接套筒连接出口法兰,左接套筒和右接套筒内径相同且均由耐热材料制成,连接处成锯齿状啮合并留有膨胀间隙。
优选的,所述外套筒由橡胶材料制成,套在左接套筒和右接套筒外部,并留有膨胀间隙。
优选的,所述弹簧管由弹簧钢制成外层包裹橡胶,卷成弹簧状,套在外套筒外部,紧固外套筒。
优选的,所述膨胀节外部装有弹簧钢制成的膨胀管,膨胀管内部装有耐热物质制造的填充料。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,安装方便,结构紧凑,左接套筒和右接套筒由耐热材料制成,提高了设备的耐高温性,膨胀节外部设有膨胀管,并填充耐热物质,提高了膨胀节的安全性和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明一种膨胀节的优选实施方式。
图1出示本发明一种膨胀节的具体实施方式:该膨胀节,包括包括膨胀节本体和安装在膨胀节两端的连接法兰,所述膨胀节本体包括内套筒3、左接套筒4、右接套筒5、外套筒6、弹簧管7和膨胀管8,所述的内套筒套3在右接套筒5内部,右接套筒5连接进口法兰2,左接套筒4连接出口法兰1,左接套筒4和右接套筒5内径相同且均由耐热材料制成,从而确保高温度介质进入膨胀节时,外套筒不被烧坏,左接套筒4和右接套筒5的连接处成锯齿状啮合并留有膨胀间隙,一般间隙范围在10mm至50mm之间。外套筒6由橡胶材料制成,保障了其很好的变形弹力,外套筒6套在左接套筒4和右接套筒5外部,并留有10mm至100mm的膨胀间隙。弹簧管7由弹簧钢制成外层包裹橡胶,卷成弹簧状,套在外套筒6外部,紧固外套筒6,膨胀节外部通过螺钉10固定有弹簧钢制成的膨胀管8,膨胀管8内部装有耐热物质制造的填充料9,可采用陶瓷纤维、石棉或者玻璃纤维等材料。介质由膨胀节右端的进口法兰2进入管内,由左端的出口法兰1出膨胀节。
图2出示弹簧管7内部结构,心部为弹簧钢制成的弹簧,外表包裹橡胶外套,结构紧凑,在受热时可自由膨胀收缩,比传统波纹管耐压性高。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种膨胀节,其特征在于:所述膨胀节包括膨胀节本体和安装在膨胀节两端的连接法兰,所述膨胀节本体包括左接套筒、右接套筒、内套筒、外套筒、弹簧管和膨胀管,所述的内套筒套在右接套筒内部,右接套筒连接进口法兰,左接套筒连接出口法兰,左接套筒和右接套筒内径相互啮合,外套筒套在左接套筒和右接套筒外部,弹簧管套住外套筒,膨胀节外部设有膨胀管,膨胀管内与弹簧管之间装有耐热物质制造的填充料。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的膨胀节,其特征在于:所述右接套筒连接进口法兰,左接套筒连接出口法兰,左接套筒和右接套筒内径相同且均由耐热材料制成,连接处成锯齿状啮合并留有膨胀间隙。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的膨胀节,其特征在于:所述外套筒由橡胶材料制成,套在左接套筒和右接套筒外部,并留有膨胀间隙。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的膨胀节,其特征在于:所述弹簧管由弹簧钢制成外层包裹橡胶,卷成弹簧状,套在外套筒外部,紧固外套筒。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的膨胀节,其特征在于:所述膨胀节外部装有弹簧钢制成的膨胀管,膨胀管内部装有耐热物质制造的填充料。
