本发明公开了一种汽车内饰件用抗静电PP/HDPE塑料及制备方法。所述汽车内饰件用PP/HDPE塑料,包括下述重量份的组分:聚丙烯100份,高密度聚乙烯20-30份,三元乙丙橡胶10-20份,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-3份,抗静电剂0.5-1.5份。按配比称取各原料,混合均匀后,熔融混炼、挤出造粒,即可制得。本发明的汽车内饰件用抗静电PP/HDPE塑料,具有较好的抗静电性能,可以用注塑工艺轻易加工成各种形状的汽车内饰件。

汽车内饰件用抗静电PP/HDPE塑料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料材料及制备方法,尤其涉及一种汽车内饰件用抗静电PP/HDPE塑料及制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯,英文缩写为PP,是1957年于意大利首先投入工业生产,是继聚乙烯(PE)之后的又一个重要的塑料品种。它有较好的耐热性,在135℃蒸煮1000h也不会被破坏,PP的比热容、热导率皆小于PE,但绝热性优于PE。PP属于非极性聚合物,具有优异的介电性和电绝缘性,电性能基本不受环境湿度及电场频率的影响,在允许的工作范围内,温度升高会使电性能降低,它的耐电弧性较高。
高密度聚乙烯(HighDensityPolyethylene,简称为“HDPE”),是一种结晶度高、非极性的热塑性树脂。原态HDPE的外表呈乳白色,在微薄截面呈一定程度的半透明状。
PP/HDPE塑料,具有良好的耐热性和耐寒性,化学稳定性好,但抗静电性不佳。
发明内容
一种汽车内饰件用抗静电PP/HDPE塑料,包括下述重量份的组分:聚丙烯100份,高密度聚乙烯20-30份,三元乙丙橡胶10-20份,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-3份,抗静电剂0.5-1.5份。
优选地,所述抗静电剂为丙三醇单硬脂酸酯、烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐、N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)-N-(3’-十二烷氧基-2’-羟基丙基)甲基硫酸甲酯铵和甘油单棕榈酸酯中的一种或其混合物。
最优地,所述抗静电剂由下述重量份的组分组成:所述抗静电剂由下述重量份的组分组成:丙三醇单硬脂酸酯20-30份,烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐20-30份,N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)-N-(3’-十二烷氧基-2’-羟基丙基)甲基硫酸甲酯铵20-30份,甘油单棕榈酸酯20-30份。
丙三醇单硬脂酸酯,CAS号:123-94-4。烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐,即抗静电剂P,英文名:Alkylphosphatediethanolaminesalt。甘油单棕榈酸酯,CAS号:26657-96-5。N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)-N-(3’-十二烷氧基-2’-羟基丙基)甲基硫酸甲酯铵,别名:抗静电剂609,英文名:N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-N-(3’-dodecyloxy-2’-hydroxypropyl)methylammoniummethosulfate。
进一步的,本发明还提供了一种汽车内饰件用抗静电PP/HDPE塑料的制备方法:按配比称取各原料,混合均匀后,熔融混炼、挤出造粒。
本发明的汽车内饰件用抗静电PP/HDPE塑料,具有较好的抗静电性能,可以用注塑工艺轻易加工成各种形状的汽车内饰件。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。聚丙烯为广东茂名石化公司生产的T30S,熔体流动速率MFR为2.0g/10min;高密度聚乙烯选用台湾塑胶公司牌号9001的HDPE树脂;三元乙丙橡胶选用日本三井公司牌号为4095的EPDM树脂。
实施例1-5
分别按照表1中对应实施例1-5数据称取各原料后,加入混合器中搅拌,控制转速在350r/min、搅拌温度80℃、搅拌时间3分钟,再经螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,挤出温度200℃,在15℃的冷水中冷却成型,即获得所述汽车内饰件用抗静电PP/HDPE塑料。

对实施例1~5的PP/HDPE塑料表面电阻率进行测试,表面电阻率的测试方法按照GB/T1410-2006进行。

1.一种汽车内饰件用抗静电PP/HDPE塑料,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:聚丙烯100份,高密度聚乙烯20-30份,三元乙丙橡胶10-20份,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-3份,抗静电剂0.5-1.5份;所述抗静电剂由下述重量份的组分组成:丙三醇单硬脂酸酯20-30份,烷基磷酸酯二乙醇铵盐20-30份,N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)-N-(3’-十二烷氧基-2’-羟基丙基)甲基硫酸甲酯铵20-30份,甘油单棕榈酸酯20-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车内饰件用抗静电PP/HDPE塑料的制备方法,其特征在于:按配比称取各原料,混合均匀后,熔融混炼、挤出造粒。
