In order to simplify the design, reduce the equipment cost and improve the use reliability of the equipment, the intelligent battery replacing vehicle can be provided with no intelligent transfer vehicle, but two sets of grabbing mechanisms for replacing the batteries are arranged in the charging and control system, wherein one set of grabbing mechanisms stores the replaced battery with full charge, and the other set of grabbing mechanisms is empty.

The large-scale battery replacement station is provided with a plurality of charging units, a mobile replacement elevator, an intelligent battery replacement vehicle, a self-generating power supply, a power grid power supply and a plurality of replacement batteries.

The mobile reloading elevator is automatically butted with the intelligent battery replacing vehicle through a butting and locking device on the lifting platform, the replacing battery with the seriously insufficient electric quantity is pushed onto the first lifting platform or the second lifting platform by the intelligent battery replacing vehicle, then the replacing battery with the full electric quantity is transferred to the corresponding position on the intelligent battery replacing vehicle, and the reloading of the electric vehicle entering the station is prepared.
The self-generating power source comprises wind power, solar power or other self-generating energy.

All roadside buildings can become small-sized battery replacement stations, and battery replacement and charging operations can be implemented only by one intelligent battery replacement vehicle. Therefore, any charging pile does not need to be built, and the electric automobile can supplement electric quantity at any place.
The roadside building is connected with a self-generating power supply, such as wind power, solar power or other self-generating energy. In this way, the small battery replacement station can make money not only in replacing the replacement battery, but also in generating electricity.
Therefore, the roadside building is simultaneously connected with the self-generating power supply and the power grid power supply, and the intelligent battery replacement vehicle is connected with the self-generating power supply and the power grid power supply, so that the intelligent battery replacement vehicle and the power grid power supply can both supply power for the replacement battery.
Therefore, when the batteries of the electric automobile need to be replaced, the automatic door or the cover (5) is opened only by stopping before the small-sized battery replacement station, and the intelligent battery replacement vehicle is automatically butted with the electric automobile, so that the replaced batteries with seriously insufficient electric quantity on the electric automobile can be replaced quickly.

An electricity conversion device is arranged between the standby battery and the replacement battery. When the electric motorcycle runs, the electric energy in the replacement battery is firstly used. When the electric quantity of the replacement battery in the electric motorcycle is exhausted or the electric power is seriously insufficient, the electric motorcycle is converted into a standby battery power supply mode, the replacement battery enters a state to be replaced, and the electric motorcycle enters a battery replacement station to replace the battery, so that the electric quantity can be quickly supplemented.
The replacement battery of the electric motorcycle is replaced by adopting a mechanical arm grabbing replacement mode.

the small-sized battery replacement station comprises a roadside building, an intelligent battery replacement vehicle, a self-generated power supply, a power grid power supply and a replacement battery;
the electric motorcycle comprises a motorcycle body, a standby battery and a replaceable battery;
the intelligent battery replacing vehicle, the large battery replacing station or the small battery replacing station is used for replacing the replacing battery with full electric quantity in advance, when the electric energy is supplemented to the electric vehicle or the electric motorcycle, the replacing battery with the full electric quantity is used up, or the replacing battery with the serious electric quantity is replaced, and therefore the electric quantity is supplemented to the electric vehicle or the electric motorcycle quickly.

The intelligent power-on system for electric vehicles as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the electric vehicle is provided with a replacement battery and one or more standby batteries, a power utilization conversion device is arranged between the replacement battery and the standby battery, the power utilization conversion device is converted into a standby battery power supply mode when the electric quantity of the replacement battery is exhausted or is seriously insufficient, and the standby battery relays to replace the battery to provide power for the electric vehicle.

(5) the intelligent battery replacing vehicle puts the replacing battery which is charged with electricity in advance on the intelligent battery vehicle, then the intelligent battery vehicle is driven out of the intelligent battery replacing vehicle, enters the intelligent battery vehicle parking chassis of the electric vehicle again and completes necessary butt joint actions, then the intelligent battery vehicle and the replacing battery locking and fixing device lock and fix the intelligent battery vehicle and the newly replaced replacing battery, then the butt joint guiding device on the intelligent battery vehicle parking chassis is closed, and meanwhile, the automatic door or cover is closed, so that the electric vehicle completes battery replacing operation;
(6) the intelligent transfer cart on the intelligent battery replacement cart conveys the replacement batteries with exhausted electric quantity or seriously insufficient electric quantity to a specified position, and the charging and control system of the intelligent battery replacement cart charges the replacement batteries.
4. The intelligent powering system for electric vehicle as recited in claim 1, wherein said intelligent battery replacement vehicle comprises:

an intelligent transfer car;
a charging and control system;

replacing the battery;
