本发明公开了一种低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜,由下述组分按重量份组成:LDPE100份,已二酸二壬酯1-2份,山梨醇油酸单甘油脂0.5-1.5份,环氧大豆油0.5-1.5份,二(3,4-二甲基苯亚甲基)山梨醇0.2-0.4份。按本行业通用方法即可制备该低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜。例如,按照配方将各原料在190-210℃混合,T型口模挤出流延薄膜,得到厚度为30-40μm的低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜。本发明的低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜,拉升强度大,雾度低,防雾滴性好。

Description

低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料,尤其涉及一种低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜。 
背景技术
缠绕包装膜,又叫拉伸膜(stretch fllm),还叫弹性膜或拉伸膜,通常是采用进口线性聚乙烯LLDPE树脂及增粘剂特种助剂比例配方生产。国内最早以PVC为基材,DOA为增塑剂兼起自粘作用生产PVC缠绕膜。由于环保问题、成本高(相对PE比重大,单位包装面积少)、拉伸性差等原因,当1994-1995年国内开始生产PE拉伸膜时逐步被淘汰。PE拉伸膜先是以EVA为自粘材料,但其成本高,又有味道,后发展用PIB、VLDPE为自粘材料,基材现在以LLDPE为方,包括C4、C6、C8及茂金属PE(MPE)。 
早期LLDPE拉伸膜以吹膜为多,从单层发展到二层、三层;现在以流延法生产LLDPE拉伸膜为主,这是因为流延线生产具有厚薄均匀、透明度高等优点,可适用于高倍率预拉伸的要求。由于单层流延做不到单面粘,应用领域受到局限。单、双层流延在材料选择上没有三层流延的广,配方成本也高,所以还是以三层共挤的结构较为理想。优质的拉伸膜应具有透明度高,纵向伸长率高,屈服点高,横向撕裂强度高,穿刺性能好等特点。 
缠绕膜用途及通用性质,如下: 
单元化:这是缠绕膜包装的最大特性之一。借助薄膜超强的缠绕力和回缩性,将产品紧凑地、固定地捆扎成一个单元,使零散小件成为一个整体,即使在不利的环境下产品也无任何松散与分离,度且没有尖锐的边缘和粘性,以免造成损伤。 
初级保护性:初级保护性提供产品的表面保护,在产品周围形成一个很轻的、保护性外表,从而达到防尘、防油、防潮、防水、防盗的目的。尤为重要的是缠绕膜包装使包装物品均匀受力,避免受力不均对物品造成损伤,这是传统包装方式(捆扎、打包、胶带等包装)无法做到的。 
压缩固定性:借助缠绕膜拉伸后的回缩力将产品进行缠绕包装,形成一个紧凑的、不占空间的单元整体,使产品各托盘紧密地包裹在一起,可有效地防止运输过程中产品的相互错位与移动,拉伸缠绕膜同时可调整的拉伸力可以使硬质产品紧贴,使软质产品紧缩,尤其是在烟草业以及纺织业中有独特的包装效果。 
成本节约性:利用缠绕膜进行产品包装,可以有效降低使用成本,采用缠绕膜只有原本箱包装的15%左右,热收缩膜的35%左右,纸箱包装的50%左右。同时可以降低工人劳动强度,提高包装效率以及包装档次。 
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜。 
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是通过如下技术方案实现的: 
一种低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜,由下述组分按重量份组成:LDPE100份,己二酸二壬酯1-2份,山梨醇油酸单甘油脂0.5-1.5份,环氧大豆油0.5-1.5份,二(3,4-二甲基苯亚甲基)山梨醇0.2-0.4份。 
按本行业通用方法即可制备该低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜。例如,按照配方将各原料在190-210℃混合,T型口模挤出流延薄膜,得到厚度为30-40μm的低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜。 
本发明的低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜,拉升强度大,雾度低,防雾滴性好。 
具体实施方式
通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不受以下实施例所限定。 
实施例1 
称取:LDPE100公斤,己二酸二壬酯1.5公斤,山梨醇油酸单甘油脂1公斤,环氧大豆油1公斤,二(3,4-二甲基苯亚甲基)山梨醇0.3公斤。 
按本行业通用方法即可制备该低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜。例如,按照配方将各原料在200℃混合,T型口模挤出流延薄膜,得到厚度为30-40μm的低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜。 
测试:纵拉伸强度为26.2MPa,横拉伸强度为12.4MPa,雾度1.2%。 
本发明的低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜,拉升强度大,雾度低,防雾滴性好。

1.一种低雾度LDPE缠绕包装膜,其特征在于,由下述组分按重量份组成:LDPE100份,已二酸二壬酯1-2份,山梨醇油酸单甘油脂0.5-1.5份,环氧大豆油0.5-1.5份,二(3,4-二甲基苯亚甲基)山梨醇0.2-0.4份。
