Abstract

本发明数字显示外径加工组合刀具,用于在普通机床上不移动刀杆体盒(2),经在线精确测试、调整加工出高精度工件的外径及吃刀深度调整与精确测量。其主要由活动刀杆体(1),刀杆体盒(2),调整螺杆(3),数字显示器(4),紧定螺钉(5),弹簧(7),导向杆(8),调整压块(9),数字显示器(4)的自动伸缩杆(10),专用涂层刀头(13)所组成。正反方向旋转调整螺杆(3)使调整压块(9)前后移动,进而通过导向杆(8)使活动刀杆体(1)前后移动,同时自动伸缩杆(10)随同调整压块(9)自动前后移动,数字显示器(4)就能准确显示固定在活动刀杆体(1)上专用涂层刀头(13)的位移距离,实现了在线测试和精确调整吃刀深度,从而能加工出精度要求为1/100mm和1/1000mm的高精度工件。

技术领域
本发明属于装备机械制造领域,它涉及机床精加工工件外径时,用于精准测量和调整刀具位置的一种装置,特别是涉及一种不从机床刀架上拆御刀具,而能对刀具吃刀量进行精准调整、在线测定和数字显示吃刀深度的数字显示外经加工组合刀具。
背景技术
装备制造业中,普通机床对于加工大量零星、小批量或维修高精度工件外径时,还是靠人工操作横向手柄、眼睛观测刻度盘来调整尺寸。不但效率低下、劳动强度大,而且精度也很难保证。每加工一刀都给操作人员造成极大的心理压力。
目前世界各主要工业发达国家为争夺装备制造业和特殊领域的需要,都采用高精度和超高精度设计。普通机床无法满足这种高精度要求的加工需要。如何利用数字显示技术在普通机床上高效率地加工出高精度的工件,已成为世界上各工业国急需解决的问题。本发明就是针对上述情况,而设计的安全可靠、经济实用,在普通机床上能高效率加工出高精度工件的数字显示外径加工组合刀具。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种数字显示外径加工组合刀具,本发明就是针对上述情况,而设计的安全可靠、经济实用,在普通机床上能高效率加工出高精度工件的数字显示外径加工组合刀具。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
数字显示外径加工组合刀具,主要由活动刀杆体(1),刀杆体盒(2),调整螺杆(3),数字显示器(4),紧定螺钉(5),弹簧(7),导向杆(8),调整压块(9),自动伸缩杆(10),涂层刀头(13)所组成,其特征在于:刀杆体盒(2)固定在机床刀架(G)上,活动刀杆体(1)套装在刀杆体盒(2)内,调整螺杆(3)也安装在刀杆体盒(2)内,它可以顺时针和反时针方向自由旋转,弹簧(7)套在导向杆(8)上,调整螺杆(3)和调整压块(9)依靠螺纹连接,导向杆(8)和活动刀杆体(1)固定连接,数字显示器(4)的自动伸缩杆(10)插装在调整螺杆(3)的中心轴向通孔中,其端部靠压在调整压块(9)的内孔端部,当要加工高精度工件最后尺寸时,涂层刀头的刀尖不离开工件(C),不使刀架横向移动,首先把数字显示器(4)的数据调整为零,再使刀尖沿工件(C)的轴向移动离开工件(C),松开紧定螺钉(5),正反向旋转调整螺杆(3),使数字显示器(4)的数据达到需要的数值,再拧紧紧定螺钉(5),然后对工件(C)进行切削加工,其整个过程实现了在线测试精确调整。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明数字显示外径加工组合刀具,能精确确定加工工件外径时刀具的吃刀深度,能实现在普通机床上高效率加工出高精度的工件,工件精度可达到1/100mm和/1000mm。

具体实施方式
下面依据附图详细说明本发明的实施例。(参看图1、图2、图3)固定安装在普通机床刀架G上的本发明数字显示外径加工组合刀具D,当将要加工高精度工件最后尺寸时,刀尖不离开工件C,不使刀架G横向移动,首先把数字显示器4的显示数据调整到零位,再使刀尖沿被加工工件C的轴向移动离开工件,然后松开紧定螺钉5,用手顺时针方向轻轻旋转调整螺杆3的外露端部,调整压块9随着调整螺杆3的转动而向前移动,向前移动的调整压块9,推动导向杆8一起向前移动,由于导向杆8和活动刀杆体1为一体,故而活动刀杆体1和导向杆8一起同时同向移动。数字显示器4的自动伸缩杆10的端部紧靠调整压块9也随动向前伸出,数字显示器4的数字从零开始增加而变化。当数字显示器4的数值达到需要的数值时,即是涂层刀头13的刀尖加工工件C的吃刀量。此时便可拧紧紧定螺钉5,开动机床按原试刀时选择的切削速度、进给量加工工件C。
当顺时针方向旋转调整螺杆3,数字显示器4所显示的刀头13吃刀量超过需要的吃刀量时,可逆时针方向旋转调整螺杆3,使调整压块9后退,在弹簧7的作用下,导向杆8和活动刀杆体1随调整压块9一起后移,调整压块9又推动数字显示器4的自动伸缩杆10反方向移动,数字显示器4所显示的数据逐渐减少,当显示的数据达到要求时,再拧紧紧定螺钉5,即可进行工件的切削加工。此过程均在在线状态下测试调整和整个机构的无隙连接,不产生操作和间隙误差,保证了调节吃刀深度的准确性。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,本领域技术人员在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种数字显示外径加工组合刀具,主要由活动刀杆体(1),刀杆体盒(2),调整螺杆(3),数字显示器(4),紧定螺钉(5),弹簧(7),导向杆(8),调整压块(9),自动伸缩杆(10),涂层刀头(13)所组成,其特征在于:刀杆体盒(2)固定在机床刀架(G)上,活动刀杆体(1)套装在刀杆体盒(2)内,调整螺杆(3)也安装在刀杆体盒(2)内,它可以顺时针和反时针方向自由旋转,弹簧(7)套在导向杆(8)上,调整螺杆(3)和调整压块(9)依靠螺纹连接,导向杆(8)和活动刀杆体(1)固定连接,数字显示器(4)的自动伸缩杆(10)插装在调整螺杆(3)的中心轴向通孔中,其端部靠压在调整压块(9)的内孔端部,当要加工高精度工件最后尺寸时,涂层刀头的刀尖不离开工件(C),不使刀架横向移动,首先把数字显示器(4)的数据调整为零,再使刀尖沿工件(C)的轴向移动离开工件(C),松开紧定螺钉(5),正反向旋转调整螺杆(3),使数字显示器(4)的数据达到需要的数值,再拧紧紧定螺钉(5),然后对工件(C)进行切削加工,其整个过程实现了在线测试精确调整。
