本发明公开了一种反冲式二通电磁阀,包括顶盖、插座、外壳、线圈、静铁芯、动铁芯、弹簧、阀体,还包括上腔、辅阀、活塞,阀体内设置有上腔,活塞设置于上腔内,活塞底部设置于阀腔口上方,活塞底部设置有缺口,所述缺口与阀腔口相联通;动铁芯底部连接有辅阀,辅阀底部设置于活塞内,辅阀末端与缺口移动连接;所述辅阀上设置有挡块,用于提起活塞,所述挡块与活塞顶部设置有空隙。本发明提供的反冲式二通电磁阀,集合了直动式电磁阀的“零压差”启闭和先导阀的高压差启闭的优点,另外压力传感器还可是反馈电磁阀启闭的信号,使用更方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种反冲式二通电磁阀,属于电磁阀技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在高温高压和其他可靠性要求高的自控管路系统中使用先导阀,常常因为使用时间过长后,产生阀前与阀后的压差不足,导致阀门启闭出现故障。另外,无法反馈阀门启闭的信号,在使用时也很不方便。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种反冲式二通电磁阀。 
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种反冲式二通电磁阀,包括顶盖、插座、外壳、线圈、静铁芯、动铁芯、弹簧、阀体,还包括上腔、辅阀、活塞,所述外壳顶部设置有顶盖、外壳侧壁设置有插座;外壳内设置有线圈,线圈内设置静铁芯,静铁芯通过弹簧与动铁芯相连接;阀体内设置有上腔,活塞设置于上腔内,活塞底部设置于阀腔口上方,活塞底部设置有缺口,所述缺口与阀腔口相联通;动铁芯底部连接有辅阀,辅阀底部设置于活塞内,辅阀末端与缺口移动连接;所述辅阀上设置有挡块,用于提起活塞,所述挡块与活塞顶部设置有空隙。
还包括顶杆、压力传感器,所述辅阀末端设置有顶杆,顶杆底部设置有压力传感器;所述压力传感器设置于阀体底部。
还包括活塞环,所述活塞环设置于活塞底部。所述活塞环采用球墨铸铁材质。
作为优选方案,所述阀体两端设置为法兰接口。
作为优选方案,所述空隙设置为1-2mm。
有益效果:本发明提供的反冲式二通电磁阀,集合了直动式电磁阀的“零压差”启闭和先导阀的高压差启闭的优点,另外压力传感器还可是反馈电磁阀启闭的信号,使用更方便。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种反冲式二通电磁阀,包括顶盖1、插座2、外壳3、线圈4、静铁芯5、动铁芯6、弹簧7、阀体11,还包括上腔8、辅阀9、活塞10,所述外壳3顶部设置有顶盖1、外壳3侧壁设置有插座2;外壳3内设置有线圈4,线圈4内设置静铁芯5,静铁芯5通过弹簧7与动铁芯6相连接;阀体11内设置有上腔8,活塞10设置于上腔8内,活塞10底部设置于阀腔口上方,活塞10底部设置有缺口,所述缺口与阀腔口相联通;动铁芯6底部连接有辅阀9,辅阀9底部设置于活塞10内,辅阀9末端与缺口移动连接;所述辅阀9上设置有挡块,用于提起活塞10,所述挡块与活塞10顶部设置有空隙。
还包括顶杆13、压力传感器12,所述辅阀9末端设置有顶杆13,顶杆13底部设置有压力传感器12;所述压力传感器12设置于阀体11底部。
还包括活塞环,所述活塞环设置于活塞底部。所述活塞环采用球墨铸铁材质。
作为优选方案,所述阀体11两端设置为法兰接口。
作为优选方案,所述空隙设置为1-2mm。
具体方式如下:插座2通电时,线圈4产生磁力,吸起动铁芯6,动铁芯6带过辅阀9开启,活塞10内的上腔8高压介质瞬间从活塞10上的缺口喷出形成反作用力,此时,活塞10在反作用力、辅阀9挡块向上拉力、介质压差三力的共同作用下,活塞10被抬起,阀门导通。断电时,在弹簧7的作用力下,辅阀9关闭,辅阀9末端的顶杆13与压力传感器12相接触,从而触发阀门关闭信号反馈电路。

1.一种反冲式二通电磁阀,包括顶盖、插座、外壳、线圈、静铁芯、动铁芯、弹簧、阀体,其特征在于:还包括上腔、辅阀、活塞,所述外壳顶部设置有顶盖、外壳侧壁设置有插座;外壳内设置有线圈,线圈内设置静铁芯,静铁芯通过弹簧与动铁芯相连接;阀体内设置有上腔,活塞设置于上腔内,活塞底部设置于阀腔口上方,活塞底部设置有缺口,所述缺口与阀腔口相联通;动铁芯底部连接有辅阀,辅阀底部设置于活塞内,辅阀末端与缺口移动连接;所述辅阀上设置有挡块,用于提起活塞,所述挡块与活塞顶部设置有空隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反冲式二通电磁阀,其特征在于:还包括顶杆、压力传感器,所述辅阀末端设置有顶杆,顶杆底部设置有压力传感器;所述压力传感器设置于阀体底部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的反冲式二通电磁阀,其特征在于:还包括活塞环,所述活塞环设置于活塞底部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的反冲式二通电磁阀,其特征在于:所述活塞环采用球墨铸铁材质。
5.根据权利要求3所述的反冲式二通电磁阀,其特征在于:所述阀体两端设置为法兰接口。
