技术领域
本发明涉及包装膜领域,具体的为卫生巾外袋自动包装膜。 
背景技术
传统的卫生巾外袋,一般采用PE熔边插边制袋的方式。卫生巾生产厂家需要手工包装,耗时、耗人工,效率低下。现有的外袋自动包装膜又存在熔边效果不佳,卫生巾生产时因起封温度高,造成生产速度不高,头封、尾封效果不佳的现象,不但浪费了时间,还浪费了人力、物力,生产效率不高。 
因此,有必要设计一种新型的卫生巾外袋自动包装膜,来解决生产厂家在生产时不方便包装的问题。 
发明内容
本发明提出的卫生巾外袋自动包装膜,包装膜收卷成卷料后整齐、美观,熔边效果佳,卫生巾厂家在生产时生产速度快,包装外观精美,节约了人力、物力,大大提高了生产效率。 
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:卫生巾外袋自动包装膜,所述包装膜为PE塑料膜,所述PE塑料膜的原料组份重量配比为:增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2230:55%~65%,增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2310:15%~25%,弹性料1085S:5%~15%,低压料5000S:5%~15%,开口剂:为上述所有材料总重量的5‰。 
进一步的,所述PE塑料膜的原料组份重量配比为:增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2230:58%~62%,增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2310:18%~22%,弹性料1085S:8%~12%,低压料5000S:8%~12%,开口剂为上述所有材料总重量的5‰。 
进一步的,所述PE塑料膜的原料组份重量配比为:增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2230:60%,增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2310:20%,弹性料1085S:10%,低压料5000S:10%,开口剂:为上述所有材料总重量的5‰。 
进一步的,所述开口剂为二氧化硅开口剂。 
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的卫生巾外袋自动包装膜,在热熔边过程中,收卷整齐,熔边效果佳,卫生巾厂家在生产时包装速度快,包装成型精美,节省了工人的工作量,节约了时间,提高了生产效率。本发明使用方便,适合推广。

增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2310具有优越的抗环境应力开裂性。 
增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2230具有优良的热封性能,特殊的表面效果,耐低温韧性,耐腐蚀,优良抗跌落和耐穿刺性能,更好的刚性和摩擦系数。 
而二氧化硅开口剂有效改善了“末端黄变”的现象二氧化硅多孔的结构吸附了金属离子,同时对雾度上升的影响非常小,透明度高。 
本发明中实用二氧化硅开口剂,使得增强聚乙烯薄膜均有优良的牵引性能,极佳的印刷性能。 
实施例1,所述包装膜为PE塑料膜,所述PE塑料膜的原料组份重量配比为:增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2230:55%,增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2310:25%,弹性料1085S:5%,低压料5000S:15%,开口剂:为上述所有材料总重量的5‰。 
其制作方法为:通过传统的吹塑工艺制成。 
然后进行热熔边测试,在热熔边过程中,收卷整齐、美观,不起皱。 
实施例2,所述包装膜为PE塑料膜,所述PE塑料膜的原料组份重量配比为:增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2230:60%,增强聚乙烯薄膜FB2310:20%,弹性料1085S:10%,低压料5000S:10%,开口剂:为上述所有材料总重量的5‰。 
其制作方法与实施例1相同。 
然后进行热熔边测试,在热熔边过程中,收卷整齐、美观,不起皱。 
采用本发明的卫生巾外装自动包装膜生产时,节省了工人的工作量,节约了时间,包装速度快,提高了生产效率。 
本发明使用方便,适合推广。
