本发明涉及一种压片机,尤其是能同时放置多个样品和方便取样的压片机。
背景技术
目前,公知的压片机只能一次放置一个样品并且取样不方便。
发明内容
为了使压片机能同时放置多个样品和方便取样,本发明提供一种具有上转板和下转板的压片机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种压片机,包括支架1、螺纹柱2、转动柄3、上转板4和下转板5,其特征是螺纹柱2与支架1通过螺纹孔11连接,转动柄3与螺纹柱2连接,上转板4、下转板5与固定轴12通过球体123、弹簧122、定位孔42和沟槽43连接;支架1设置有螺纹孔11、固定轴12和支撑台13;固定轴12上的弹簧定位孔121为上下两层360度均布,数量为12个或多于12个,球体123与弹簧122连接后放置在弹簧定位孔121中;上转板4和下转板5上的定位孔42为360度均布,数量为6个或多于6个,上转板4和下转板5上的载物孔41为360度均布,数量为3个或多于3个,并分别设置有沟槽43;下转板5的下表面与支撑台13上表面接触。
    本发明的有益效果是:使压片机能同时放置多个样品和方便取样。

具体实施方式
为使本发明目的、技术方案更加清楚明白,下面结合附图具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参见附图1-4,一种压片机,包括支架1、螺纹柱2、转动柄3、上转板4和下转板5,其特征是螺纹柱2与支架1通过螺纹孔11连接,转动柄3与螺纹柱2连接,上转板4、下转板5与固定轴12通过球体123、弹簧122、定位孔42和沟槽43连接;支架1设置有螺纹孔11、固定轴12和支撑台13;固定轴12上的弹簧定位孔121为上下两层360度均布,数量为12个或多于12个,球体123与弹簧122连接后放置在弹簧定位孔121中;上转板4和下转板5上的定位孔42为360度均布,数量为6个或多于6个,上转板4和下转板5上的载物孔41为360度均布,数量为3个或多于3个,并分别设置有沟槽43;下转板5的下表面与支撑台13上表面接触。
放置样品前,转动上转板4和下转板5,使他们的载物孔41相差60度错开,此时螺纹柱2的下底面与上转板4的载物孔41对准,接着往载物孔41放置样品,旋扭转动柄3使螺纹柱往下运动,直到压好样品后反方向旋扭转动柄3使螺纹柱往上运动,同时转动上转板4和下转板5,使螺纹柱下底面对准另一个载物孔,重复上面的步骤,完成对三个样品的压制,压制完成后,转动上转板4和下转板5,使他们的载物孔41对准,此时上转板4载物孔41中的样品就会通过下转板5载物孔41下落,从而取到样品,如果样品没有自动下落,可以用棒子从上往下推动样品,使样品从下转板5载物孔41下落。

Claims (5)

1.一种压片机,包括支架(1)、螺纹柱(2)、转动柄(3)、上转板(4)和下转板(5),其特征是螺纹柱(2)与支架(1)通过螺纹孔(11)连接,转动柄(3)与螺纹柱(2)连接,上转板(4)、下转板(5)与固定轴(12)通过球体(123)、弹簧(122)、定位孔(42)和沟槽(43)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压片机,其特征是支架(1)设置有螺纹孔(11)、固定轴(12)和支撑台(13)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的固定轴,其特征是固定轴(12)上的弹簧定位孔(121)为上下两层360度均布,数量为12个或多于12个,球体(123)与弹簧(122)连接后放置在弹簧定位孔(121)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种压片机,其特征是上转板(4)和下转板(5)上的定位孔(42)为360度均布,数量为6个或多于6个,上转板(4)和下转板(5)上的载物孔(41)为360度均布,数量为3个或多于3个,并分别设置有沟槽(43)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种压片机,其特征是下转板(5)的下表面与支撑台(13)上表面接触。
