[0002] 氯碱工业是国民经济的重要组成部分,是基础化工原材料行业,在整个国家工业 体系中占据着十分重要的基础性地位,氯碱生产工艺有水银电解、隔膜电解和离子膜法,其 中水银法电流效率高,产品质量好,在上世纪90年代以前,一直是我国各个氯碱厂采用的 主要生产工艺,但该工艺会产生大量的含汞污染土壤,直接或间接造成了土壤和地下水污 染,存在环境污染隐患,亟待治理。
[0003] 目前,国内针对汞及其化合物污染土壤的修复技术主要包括植物修复技术、稳定 化固化技术、电动修复和淋洗技术。如冯新斌等于2010年申请的CN101786098A专利,采用 油菜对汞污染土壤进行修复;仇荣亮等申请的CN101362145B专利采用化学淋洗技术对汞 污染土壤进行修复;这些技术一方面修复速度较慢,如植物修复和电动修复技术,难以在一 个较短时间内对高污染土壤进行修复;二者修复风险大,如稳定化技术修复后,稳定化和固 化后的汞及其化合物仍然存在土壤中,在一定的环境变化下(如酸雨影响),土壤中的汞仍 有溶出的可能,存在环境风险。
[0004] 热脱附技术是修复污染土壤的主要技术之一,该技术是用直接或间接的热交换加 热,使土壤中污染组分达到足够高的温度,使其蒸发并与土壤媒介相分离的过程。热脱附器 中的热量传递媒介为空气、燃烧气、惰性气体等,热脱附过程是土壤中污染组分从固相(液 相)热传递进入气相的物理过程。
[0005] 国内目前开发的热脱附修复系统主要是针对挥发性有机物和半挥发性有机物污 染土壤,由于有机物在理化特征上与汞及其化合物有较大差异,这些热脱附设备难以用于 汞污染土壤的修复。

[0006] 有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于修复汞污染土壤的热脱附装置,该装 置可以高效、经济地修复汞污染土壤,并且实施过程中实现污水零排放,废渣零排放,汞综 合利用,尾气达标排放的目的;是国内第一套专门针对汞及其化合物污染土壤处置的热脱 附修复装置,该装置可以最大程度回收污染土壤中的汞及其化合物,处置后土壤中汞及其 化合物的浓度低于〇. 5 mg/kg ;并且实现废水和废渔零排放,尾气达标排放。

[0010] 优选地,其中所述回转窑加热系统包括回转窑、烟箱和燃气供应装置,所述回转窑 为单筒式间接燃烧加热回转炉结构,炉体直径约200-350cm,长约1200-2000cm,主炉体采 用耐腐蚀、耐高温、高硬度金属合金。所述烟箱部分约1000-1800cm,包裹在所述回转窑的外 侦牝污染土壤主要通过烟箱中的高温燃烧烟气进行加热,热源来自烟箱外5-6只均匀分布 式烧嘴,所述燃气供应装置通过管道连接于回转窑的下方。烟箱采用角铁固定架构支撑,内 置耐高温隔热材料和耐火砖,外表面采用不锈钢薄板覆盖,可以实现烟箱外表面温度不超 过60°C。热脱附器炉体动力源于三相异步驱动电机(功率为22. 5-70KW),并经减速机变速 后的齿轮拖动实现转动,炉体转速控制在l_5rpm范围内,炉体的位置定位通过安装在基座 上的转动挡轮实现,所述回转窑系统下端通向土壤冷却系统,上端通向除尘系统。

[0017] 优选地,其中所述沉淀过滤系统包括化学反应釜和板框压滤机,所述化学反应釜 通向所述板框压滤机,所述板框压滤机通向土壤冷却系统。所述沉淀过滤系统将冷凝液收 集系统回收的上清液添加定量的沉淀剂,将水体系中的溶解态汞进行沉淀反应,沉淀后的 物质通向所述板框压滤机,所述板框压滤机对其进行压滤,压滤后的固态作为滤饼回收,压 滤后的滤液通向土壤冷却系统。

[0020] 所述用于修复汞污染土壤的热脱附装置为自动控制系统,自动控制系统主要由现 场监测仪表、数据信号传输线、控制柜、操控电脑等原件组成主要功能是通过数据信号传 输,实现整套热脱附设备的自动化控制,并通过现场监测数据信号反馈,对设备运行情况及 运行技术参数进行实施监控、连锁、预警和记录,确保设备稳定运行。
[0021] 本发明专门为汞及其化合物污染土壤设计,为国内首套工业化装置,具有以下有 益效果: 采用简洁燃烧热脱附工艺,大幅度降低直接热脱附产生的尾气量和综合处置的难度和 潜在的环保风险; 采用旋风、高温布袋方式除尘,相对传统的喷淋、洗涤工艺方案,完全避免了大量粉尘 进入废水,大大简化了废水中汞及其化合物的处置难度和风险; 对单质汞采取分液分离,二价汞采取沉淀、沉降、过滤分离,工艺和操作工程简便、成 熟,单质汞和汞化合物去除率和回收纯度高; 尾气采取特制氯化活性炭吸附,该吸附剂对汞及其化合物吸附效果好,活性炭吸附器 被污染物击穿风险大为降低; 废水处置后作为干燥土壤加湿使用,没有外排废水,工艺上做到废水零排放,环境风险 低; 尾气采取微尘过滤,出料高温土壤和粉尘采取间接冷却、封闭微负压喷雾除尘等技术 措施,确保处置现场扬尘的高效率控制。

[0024] 如图1所示,一种用于修复汞污染土壤的热脱附装置,包括:进料系统1、回转窑加 热系统2、除尘系统3、降温冷凝系统4、尾气过滤系统5、气体排放系统6、冷凝液收集系统 7、沉淀过滤系统8、土壤冷却系统10和出料系统11。进料系统1连接回转窑加热系统2,回 转窑加热系统2的下端出口(土壤出料)连接土壤冷却系统10, 土壤冷却系统10连接所述 出料系统11 ;回转窑加热系统2的上端出口(气相)连接除尘系统3,除尘系统3的下端出 口(脱除的粉尘)连接土壤冷却系统10,除尘系统3的上端出口(气相)连接降温冷凝系 统4,降温冷凝系统4的下端出口(冷凝液)连接冷凝液收集系统7,降温冷凝系统4的上 端出口(气相)连接尾气过滤系统5,尾气过滤系统5的出口连接气体排放系统6。冷凝液 收集系统7的出口连接沉淀过滤系统8,沉淀过滤系统8的一端出口(滤液)连接土壤冷却 系统10,沉淀过滤系统8的另一端出口(压滤物)生产的滤饼直接回收综合利用;回转窑 加热系统2热脱附后的土壤和除尘系统3脱除的粉尘连接土壤冷却系统10,冷却加湿后作 为干净土壤出料。
[0025] 本发明中汞污染土壤通过回转窑加热系统2处置后,分为上端气体处置和下端土 壤固体处置两部分,因此下面分开说明。
[0026] 如图2所示,所述进料系统2包括进料斗12、皮带输送机和振动筛,所述进料斗 12通向所述振动筛,且所述振动筛通过下方出料口通向所述皮带输送机,所述皮带输送机 通向回转窑加热系统;所述进料斗12包括有底座,所述底座上安装有四个立柱,每个立柱 上分别铰接有一个支撑轴,所述振动筛的筛体分别与四个支撑轴铰接,所述底座上安装有 一凸轮,所述凸轮的偏心位置铰接有一连杆,所述连杆的一端与与所述振动筛的筛体铰接, 所述连杆的另一端连接有电机。所述回转窑加热系统2包括回转窑14、烟箱15和燃气 供应装置13,所述回转窑14为单筒式间接燃烧加热回转炉结构,炉体直径200-350cm,长 1200-2000cm ;所述烟箱15为1000-1800cm,包裹在回转窑14的外侧,所述燃气供应装置13 通过管道连接于回转窑14的下方。回转窑加热系统2中设置的回转窑14由五至六个均布 的燃烧嘴在烟箱15中燃烧产生高温烟气对回转窑14内的土壤进行加热(可采用轻质柴 油、天然气、丙烷、煤气等多种燃料间接式加热,可以大幅度降低脱附过程中粉尘的产生,降 低末端尾气处置压力,保障现场操作环境安全)。土壤在回转窑14内利用内部合理设置的 抄板和筒体(可以最大程度增加换热面积,处置后土壤中总汞的浓度低于〇. 5 mg/kg)具有 一定的倾角稳定走料,经过20-49分钟停留时间后,土壤加热到500°C,土壤中的水分和汞 污染物全部进入气相。由回转窑14排出的尾气分别经过旋风分离器16、布袋除尘器17除 尘,再经过空气冷凝器18、间接水冷凝器19和冷冻干燥机20降温冷凝,使气体温度降低到 8°C以下,尾气再经过活性炭吸附塔21和微尘过滤器22后达标排放。
[0027] 尾气中水蒸气、汞及其化合物经过空气冷凝器18、间接水冷凝器19和冷冻干燥机 20冷凝后,99. 999%全部进入沉淀池23,将汞沉淀回收,沉淀池23的上清液转入化学反应釜 24,加入计量的硫化钠,将其中的汞及其化合物全部转化为硫化汞沉淀,通过板框压滤机25 压滤后直接回收滤饼26,滤饼26中硫化汞含量超过95%。且所述板框压滤机25通向所述 活性炭吸附塔30,所述活性炭吸附塔30内部填充有特制的氯化活性炭,对汞及其化合物具 有特效的吸附性。所述活性炭吸附塔30通向喷雾除尘器29。
[0028] 经过回转窑14充分热脱附后的土壤联合旋风除尘器16、布袋除尘器17脱除的 粉尘,一起进入螺旋出土器28,且螺旋出土器28采用间接水冷器27冷却至100°C,冷却到 KKTC的干净土壤进入喷雾除尘器29,并用板框压滤机25的滤液进行喷淋干燥土壤,并补 充一定的新水,经过皮带输送机31排入干净土堆32,等待装车运输或回填,最终处置后土 壤中总汞的浓度彡〇. 5mg/kg,可以做到全部回收利用,达到修复治理和经济效应的有机统 一;而且该装置在板框压滤机25处置后产生少量滤液,滤液通向喷雾除尘器29作为干燥土 壤加湿使用,没有废水外排,全部工艺废水循环利用,做到污水零排放。
