本发明涉及一种加强的恒力弹簧支吊架,包括壳体、壳体内设有弹簧、拉板及拉杆,所述拉杆与拉板通过连接组件连接,所述连接组件包括锁紧轴,所述锁紧轴横穿过所述拉板及拉杆,所述锁紧轴两端设有复合轴承,其中,所述复合轴承包括第一轴承和第二轴承,所述第一轴承套合在所述第二轴承外壁,所述第一轴承与第二轴承之间设有承重层,所述承重层由若干弹性支撑元件组成,所述弹性支撑元件包括顶板和底板,顶板和底板之间设有两个侧板,所述弹性支撑元件由弹性钢板组成,结构简单,增加了强度和韧性,提高了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种恒力弹簧支吊架,属于支吊架技术领域。
背景技术
恒力弹簧支吊架是给设备提供随其上下位移状态下恒定载荷的一种机构,主要用于电力、冶金、石油化工等行业。现行恒力弹簧支吊架主要采用力矩平衡式,但摩擦力会破坏支吊架的力矩平衡关系,从而对恒力支吊架的恒定度产生影响。
本公司现有的一种恒力弹簧支吊架,包括壳体、壳体内设有弹簧、拉板及拉杆,所述拉杆与拉板通过连接组件连接,所述连接组件包括锁紧轴,所述锁紧轴横穿过所述拉板及拉杆,所述锁紧轴两端设有复合轴承,虽然采用复合轴承改点接触为面接触,减少了摩擦,但是其强度不够,易折断,使用寿命不高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种加强的恒力弹簧支吊架,结构简单,增加了强度和韧性,提高了使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种加强的恒力弹簧支吊架,包括壳体、壳体内设有弹簧、拉板及拉杆,所述拉杆与拉板通过连接组件连接,所述连接组件包括锁紧轴,所述锁紧轴横穿过所述拉板及拉杆,所述锁紧轴两端设有复合轴承,其中,所述复合轴承包括第一轴承和第二轴承,所述第一轴承套合在所述第二轴承外壁,所述第一轴承与第二轴承之间设有承重层,所述承重层由若干弹性支撑元件组成,所述弹性支撑元件包括顶板和底板,顶板和底板之间设有两个侧板,所述弹性支撑元件由弹性钢板组成。
本发明的有益效果为:结构简单,将轴承设置为双层结构,在两层之间设有承重层,承重层由弹性钢板构成,大大增加了强度和韧性,提高了支吊架的使用寿命。

如图所示,一种新型恒力弹簧支吊架,包括壳体1、壳体1内设有弹簧2、拉板3及拉杆4,所述拉杆4与拉板3通过连接组件连接,所述连接组件包括锁紧轴5,所述锁紧轴5横穿过所述拉板4及拉杆3,所述锁紧轴5两端设有复合轴承6,其中,所述复合轴承6包括第一轴承7和第二轴承8,所述第一轴承7套合在所述第二轴承8外壁,所述第一轴承7与第二轴承8之间设有承重层9,所述承重层9由若干弹性支撑元件10组成,所述弹性支撑元件10包括顶板11和底板12,顶板11和底板12之间设有两个侧板13,所述顶板11和底板12为圆弧形结构,顶板11的弧长小于底板12的弧长,所述弹性支撑元件由弹性钢板组成。
本发明的有益效果为:结构简单,将轴承设置为双层结构,在两层之间设有承重层,承重层由弹性钢板构成,大大增加了强度和韧性,提高了支吊架的使用寿命。
