Abstract

本发明公开了一种卡位轴铣夹具,涉及机械加工技术领域,包括两侧分别设有限位挡板的支承台,所述支承台的中间装有螺柱,在所述螺柱的上部依次套装有压板和锁紧螺母,所述压板的两侧均设有朝向向下的斜面。与现有技术相比,本发明卡位轴铣夹具每次可以装夹两个卡位轴进行轴向槽加工,生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工技术领域,尤其是一种用于卡位轴的轴向槽加工的铣夹具。
背景技术
卡位轴的轴向槽加工通常是在铣床上进行,如图1所示的卡位轴5具有一个轴向槽,轴向槽的一侧设有螺纹孔。目前使用的卡位轴铣夹具一次只能装夹一个卡位轴进行加工,造成加工卡位轴的生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种卡位轴铣夹具,以解决卡位轴加工生产效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种卡位轴铣夹具,包括两侧分别设有限位挡板的支承台,所述支承台的中间装有螺柱,在所述螺柱的上部依次套装有压板和锁紧螺母,所述压板的两侧均设有朝向向下的斜面。
上述卡位轴铣夹具技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述限位挡板的上部设有向内侧折弯的折弯部。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明包括两侧分别设有限位挡板的支承台,支承台的中间装有螺柱,在螺柱的上部依次套装有压板和锁紧螺母,压板的两侧均设有朝向向下的斜面;螺柱将支承台分成左右两部分,在左右两部分均装夹一个卡位轴,压板的两斜面分别压紧两个卡位轴并通过锁紧螺母固紧,每次可以装夹两个卡位轴进行轴向槽加工,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1所示的卡位轴5具有一个轴向槽,轴向槽的一侧设有螺纹孔;轴向槽为待加工槽。
如图2所示的卡位轴铣夹具,包括两侧分别连结有限位挡板1-1的支承台1,两个限位挡板1-1的上部均具有向内侧折弯的折弯部,支承台1的中间装有螺柱2,螺柱2将支承台1分成左右两部分,在螺柱2的上部依次套装有压板3和锁紧螺母4,压板3的两侧均具有朝向向下的斜面。
工作时,将两个卡位轴5分别装在支承台1位于螺柱2的左右两侧,压板3套装在螺柱2上并用锁紧螺母4固紧,即可依次对两个卡位轴5的轴向槽进行加工,每次可装夹两个卡位轴5,生产效率高。

1.一种卡位轴铣夹具,其特征在于:包括两侧分别设有限位挡板(1-1)的支承台(1),所述支承台(1)的中间装有螺柱(2),在所述螺柱(2)的上部依次套装有压板(3)和锁紧螺母(4),所述压板(3)的两侧均设有朝向向下的斜面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡位轴铣夹具,其特征在于:所述限位挡板(1-1)的上部设有向内侧折弯的折弯部。
