本发明公开了一种四氟、橡胶复合式波纹管补偿器,包括法兰、波纹管、四氟内衬、橡胶外衬;波纹管与两端的法兰固定连接,构成波纹管补偿结构;四氟内衬贴合在波纹管内表面;橡胶外衬贴合在波纹管外壁;进一步改进之处:在波纹管内壁环槽内设有弹性负压环;负压环为圆环状构件,与波纹管内壁环槽内四氟内衬之间小间隙配合;负压环由弹性金属丝围成的环圈、包覆在环圈上的四氟外衬组成;环圈由弹簧钢丝围成。本发明具有复合波纹管结构,能显著减少波纹管磨损,显著延长波纹管补偿器使用寿命;在负压作用下四氟内衬不会变形,保证了四氟波纹管补偿器的正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道安全设备,具体地说,涉及一种衬四氟波纹管补偿器。
背景技术
现有技术的衬四氟波纹管补偿器包括法兰、波纹管、四氟内衬,波纹管与两端的法兰固定连接,构成波纹管补偿结构,四氟内衬贴合在波纹管内表面。这种衬四氟波纹管补偿器不仅能用于管路系统,起到长度、温度、位置和角度补偿作用,而且由于其内衬四氟,使得其又具有较好的耐腐蚀性,可广泛地应用于输送腐蚀性介质的管路系统中。但这种衬四氟波纹管补偿器在比较差的环境中使用时,波纹管受到飞沙、泥石流等的磨损,由于波纹管是薄壁件,波纹管很容易磨穿而失效,波纹管补偿器使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种显著减少波纹管磨损,显著延长波纹管补偿器使用寿命的四氟、橡胶复合式波纹管补偿器。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
四氟、橡胶复合式波纹管补偿器,包括法兰、波纹管、四氟内衬;所述波纹管与两端的法兰固定连接,构成波纹管补偿结构;所述四氟内衬贴合在波纹管内表面;其改进之处在于:还包括橡胶外衬;所述橡胶外衬贴合在波纹管外壁。
本发明进一步的改进在于:在波纹管内壁环槽内设有弹性负压环;所述负压环为圆环状构件,与波纹管内壁环槽内四氟内衬之间小间隙配合。
本发明更进一步的改进在于:所述负压环由弹性金属丝围成的环圈、包覆在环圈上的四氟外衬组成。
本发明更进一步的改进在于:所述环圈由弹簧钢丝围成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、波纹管内表面四氟内衬,外壁贴合橡胶外衬,形成复合保护层,使得波纹管具有较好的耐磨性,显著延长波纹管补偿器使用寿命。
2、在波纹管环槽内设有弹性负压环,由负压环压住四氟内衬,这样,即使在负压作用下四氟内衬不会变形,从而保证了波纹管补偿器的正常使用。
3、负压环的环圈外壁包覆有四氟外衬,在负压环与四氟内衬之间增加了一层保护层,显著延长衬四氟膨胀节的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的四氟、橡胶复合式波纹管补偿器,包括法兰1、波纹管2、四氟内衬3、橡胶外衬5;波纹管2与两端的法兰1固定连接,构成波纹管补偿结构;四氟内衬3贴合在波纹管2内表面;橡胶外衬5贴合在波纹管2外壁。
为了使四氟内衬在负压作用下不变形,在波纹管2内壁环槽内设有弹性负压环4;负压环4为圆环状构件,与波纹管2内壁环槽内四氟内衬3之间小间隙配合;本实施例中,负压环4由弹性金属丝围成的环圈4.2、包覆在环圈4.2上的四氟外衬4.1组成;环圈4.2由弹簧钢丝围成。

1.一种四氟、橡胶复合式波纹管补偿器,包括法兰(1)、波纹管(2)、四氟内衬(3);所述波纹管(2)与两端的法兰(1)固定连接,构成波纹管补偿结构;所述四氟内衬(3)贴合在波纹管(2)内表面;其特征在于:还包括橡胶外衬(5);所述橡胶外衬(5)贴合在波纹管(2)外壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四氟、橡胶复合式波纹管补偿器,其特征在于:在波纹管(2)内壁环槽内设有弹性负压环(4);所述负压环(4)为圆环状构件,与波纹管(2)内壁环槽内四氟内衬(3)之间小间隙配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的四氟、橡胶复合式波纹管补偿器,其特征在于:所述负压环(4)由弹性金属丝围成的环圈(4.2)、包覆在环圈(4.2)上的四氟外衬(4.1)组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的四氟、橡胶复合式波纹管补偿器,其特征在于:所述环圈(4.2)由弹簧钢丝围成。
