本发明公开了一种复合四氟内衬波纹管补偿器,包括法兰、波纹管、四氟内衬;波纹管与两端的法兰固定连接,构成波纹管补偿结构;四氟内衬贴合在波纹管内表面;四氟内衬由四氟衬板和四氟膜复合而成;在波纹管内壁环槽内设有弹性负压环;负压环为圆环状构件,与波纹管内壁环槽内四氟内衬之间小间隙配合;负压环由弹性金属丝围成的环圈、包覆在环圈上的四氟外衬组成。本发明能显著提高四氟内衬密度和延伸率,确保波纹管膨胀节的耐腐蚀性;由负压环压住四氟内衬,即使在负压作用下四氟内衬也不会变形,从而保证了衬四氟膨胀节的正常使用,使得本发明具有较长的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道安全设备,具体地说,涉及一种衬四氟波纹管膨胀节。
背景技术
现有衬四氟波纹管膨胀节包括法兰、波纹管、四氟内衬,波纹管与两端的法兰固定连接,构成波纹管补偿结构,四氟内衬贴合在波纹管内表面,四氟内衬是由四氟膜缠绕后烧结而成。这种衬四氟波纹管膨胀节不仅能用于管路系统,起到长度、温度、位置和角度补偿作用,而且由于其内衬四氟,使得其又具有一定的耐腐蚀性,可广泛地应用于输送腐蚀性介质的管路系统中。但这种衬四氟波纹管膨胀节存在着下列缺陷:由四氟膜缠绕后烧结而成的四氟内衬密度低,延伸率差,易有小裂纹,影响波纹管膨胀节的耐腐蚀性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能显著提高四氟内衬密度和延伸率,确保波纹管膨胀节的耐腐蚀性的复合四氟内衬波纹管补偿器。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
复合四氟内衬波纹管补偿器,包括法兰、波纹管、四氟内衬;所述波纹管与两端的法兰固定连接,构成波纹管补偿结构;所述四氟内衬贴合在波纹管内表面;其改进之处在于:所述四氟内衬由四氟衬板和四氟膜复合而成。
进一步的改进在于:在波纹管内壁环槽内设有弹性负压环;所述负压环为圆环状构件,与波纹管内壁环槽内四氟内衬之间小间隙配合。
进一步的改进在于:所述负压环由弹性金属丝围成的环圈、包覆在环圈上的四氟外衬组成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、四氟内衬由四氟衬板和四氟膜复合而成,这样能显著提高四氟内衬密度和延伸率,解决了现有技术中四氟膜缠绕后烧结而成的四氟内衬易有小裂纹,影响波纹管膨胀节的耐腐蚀性的问题。
2、在波纹管内壁环槽内设有弹性负压环,由负压环压住四氟内衬,这样,即使在负压作用下四氟内衬也不会变形,从而保证了衬四氟膨胀节的正常使用。
3、负压环的环圈外壁包覆有四氟外衬,在负压环与四氟内衬之间增加了一层保护层,显著延长衬四氟膨胀节的使用寿命。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的复合四氟内衬波纹管补偿器,包括法兰1、波纹管2、四氟内衬3;波纹管2与两端的法兰1固定连接,构成波纹管补偿结构;四氟内衬3贴合在波纹管2内表面;四氟内衬3由四氟衬板3.1和四氟膜3.2复合而成。
本实施例中,在波纹管2内壁环槽内设有弹性负压环4;负压环4为圆环状构件,与波纹管2内壁环槽内四氟内衬3之间小间隙配合;负压环4由弹性金属丝围成的环圈4.2、包覆在环圈4.2上的四氟外衬4.1组成。

1.一种复合四氟内衬波纹管补偿器,包括法兰(1)、波纹管(2)、四氟内衬(3);所述波纹管(2)与两端的法兰(1)固定连接,构成波纹管补偿结构;所述四氟内衬(3)贴合在波纹管(2)内表面;其特征在于:所述四氟内衬(3)由四氟衬板(3.1)和四氟膜(3.2)复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合四氟内衬波纹管补偿器,其特征在于:在波纹管(2)内壁环槽内设有弹性负压环(4);所述负压环(4)为圆环状构件,与波纹管(2)内壁环槽内四氟内衬(3)之间小间隙配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合四氟内衬波纹管补偿器,其特征在于:所述负压环(4)由弹性金属丝围成的环圈(4.2)、包覆在环圈(4.2)上的四氟外衬(4.1)组成。
