本发明公开了一种用于齿条铣钻的定位结构,其特征在于:齿条定位结构包括齿条底座、齿条固定增压缸、齿条固定增压块、齿条定位增压缸和齿条定位增压块,齿条底座的一侧固定有齿条挡块,齿条固定增压块位于齿条底座的一侧,齿条固定增压缸驱动齿条固定增压块水平移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条固定增压块和齿条挡块之间,齿条定位增压块位于齿条底座的上方,齿条定位增压块的下端设置有与齿条的齿形相配合的定位齿结构,齿条定位增压缸驱动齿条定位增压块竖直移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条定位增压块和齿条底座之间。本发明结构合理,自动化程度高,定位精准,运行稳定,避免人工定位的繁琐费时,提高了生产效率,适应于流水线不间断作业加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于齿条铣钻的定位结构。
背景技术
加工完齿形的齿条需要在侧面以及端面加工固定安装孔,现有的加工设备对齿条定位通常采用通用性的定位结构来定位,采用这种定位结构的加工设备在加工齿条的过程中,不仅装夹工序复杂,而且加工精度低,不适应于流水线不间断作业加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理,可实现自动装夹齿条,适应于流水线不间断作业加工的用于齿条铣钻的定位结构。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于齿条铣钻的定位结构,其特征在于:齿条定位结构包括齿条底座、齿条固定增压缸、齿条固定增压块、齿条定位增压缸和齿条定位增压块,齿条底座的一侧固定有齿条挡块,齿条固定增压块位于齿条底座的一侧,齿条固定增压缸驱动齿条固定增压块水平移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条固定增压块和齿条挡块之间,齿条定位增压块位于齿条底座的上方,齿条定位增压块的下端设置有与齿条的齿形相配合的定位齿结构,齿条定位增压缸驱动齿条定位增压块竖直移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条定位增压块和齿条底座之间。
本发明的工作过程如下:被输送至齿条底座上的齿条,在齿条固定增压缸和齿条定位增压缸的作用下,将齿条夹紧在齿条固定增压块和齿条挡块之间以及齿条定位增压块和齿条底座之间,其中齿条固定增压块限制了齿条水平方向上的移动,带有定位齿结构的齿条定位增压块可以很好地与齿条的齿形相配合,不仅可以实现对齿条的自动定位过程,而且还限制了齿条在竖直方向上的移动。
作为优选,所述齿条定位增压缸的活塞杆连接导向块,齿条定位增压块固定在导向块的下端,导向块设置于导向轨道内,该导向轨道由具有上开口和下开口的导轨箱以及固定在导轨箱的内壁上的导轨铜板构成,导轨铜板与导向块滑动配合,导向块在齿条定位增压缸的驱动下,在导向轨道内做上下往复运动。
采用这种结构,导向块可以非常顺滑而又平稳地往复运动,提高了定位机构的精度和稳定性,并且通过更换导向块上的齿条定位增压块,就可以适用于不同齿形尺寸的齿条。
作为优选,所述齿条挡块上开设有若干个间隔设置的缺口。设置该缺口,以适应齿条侧面钻孔位置较低的情况,避免对刀具进行钻孔的干扰。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:结构合理,自动化程度高,定位精准,运行稳定,避免人工定位的繁琐费时,提高了生产效率,适应于流水线不间断作业加工。

下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
参见图1-图2,本实施例用于齿条铣钻的定位结构,齿条定位结构包括齿条底座1、齿条固定增压缸2、齿条固定增压块3、齿条定位增压缸4和齿条定位增压块5,齿条底座1的一侧固定有齿条挡块11,齿条固定增压块3位于齿条底座1的一侧,齿条固定增压缸2驱动齿条固定增压块3水平移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条固定增压块3和齿条挡块11之间,齿条定位增压块5位于齿条底座1的上方,齿条定位增压块5的下端设置有与齿条的齿形相配合的定位齿结构,齿条定位增压缸4驱动齿条定位增压块5竖直移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条定位增压块5和齿条底座1之间,齿条定位增压缸4的活塞杆连接导向块6,齿条定位增压块5固定在导向块6的下端,导向块6设置于导向轨道内,该导向轨道由具有上开口和下开口的导轨箱7以及固定在导轨箱7的内壁上的导轨铜板8构成,导轨铜板8与导向块6滑动配合,导向块6在齿条定位增压缸4的驱动下,在导向轨道内做上下往复运动。齿条挡块11上开设有若干个间隔设置的缺口12。

1.一种用于齿条铣钻的定位结构,其特征在于:齿条定位结构包括齿条底座、齿条固定增压缸、齿条固定增压块、齿条定位增压缸和齿条定位增压块,齿条底座的一侧固定有齿条挡块,齿条固定增压块位于齿条底座的一侧,齿条固定增压缸驱动齿条固定增压块水平移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条固定增压块和齿条挡块之间,齿条定位增压块位于齿条底座的上方,齿条定位增压块的下端设置有与齿条的齿形相配合的定位齿结构,齿条定位增压缸驱动齿条定位增压块竖直移动,从而将齿条夹紧在齿条定位增压块和齿条底座之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于齿条铣钻的定位结构,其特征在于:所述齿条定位增压缸的活塞杆连接导向块,齿条定位增压块固定在导向块的下端,导向块设置于导向轨道内,该导向轨道由具有上开口和下开口的导轨箱以及固定在导轨箱的内壁上的导轨铜板构成,导轨铜板与导向块滑动配合,导向块在齿条定位增压缸的驱动下,在导向轨道内做上下往复运动。
