双向偏心曲轴中心孔加工夹具，主要是由中心孔加工导向板、联接杆、平垫、弹垫、螺母等组成。本发明将双向偏心曲轴放在两块中心孔加工导向板之间，利用联接杆、平垫、弹垫和螺母联接成一个整体，将这个整体装夹在钻床上，利用中心孔加工导向板迅速、准确地定位，在曲轴端面上钻出三个中心孔。

技术领域
本发明技术涉及一种双向偏心曲轴加工夹具，能方便、迅速、准确地加工出双向偏心曲轴的中心孔，利用双顶尖加工双向偏心曲轴。
背景技术
随着现代技术的发展，纺织机械有了较大的发展，在纺织机械中有一升降系统要用双向偏心曲轴，对于双向偏心曲轴必须保证双向偏心的轴线对主轴轴线的对称度，利用普通卧式车床进行加工，一般情况下难以达到加工精度、尺寸及技术要求。当然，双向偏心曲轴不仅在纺织机械上有，在其他机械上也有许多双向偏心曲轴。为此进行了一系列的技术攻关，能方便、迅速、准确地加工出双向偏心曲轴的中心孔，利用双顶尖加工双向偏心曲轴。本发明能便、迅速、准确地加工出双向偏心曲轴的中心孔。
发明内容
本发明针对双向偏心曲轴加工，为了保证双向偏心轴线对中心轴线的对称度要求，在利用普通卧式车床车削加工时，就需要定向准确的中心孔。本发明提供了能方便、迅速、准确地加工出双向偏心曲轴中心孔的夹具。
本发明采用的技术方案是：主要是由中心孔加工导向板、联接杆、平垫、弹垫、螺母等组成。将双向偏心曲轴放在两块中心孔加工导向板之间，利用联接杆、平垫、弹垫和螺母联接成一个整体。将这个整体装夹在钻床上，利用中心孔加工导向板迅速、准确地定位，在曲轴端面上钻出三个中心孔。然后取出双向偏心曲轴，利用双顶尖在普通车床上将双向偏心曲轴顶起，进行车削加工。
本发明的有益效果是：利用双向偏心曲轴中心孔加工夹具，能方便、迅速、准确地在曲轴端面钻出三个中心孔。

具体实施方式
将双向偏心曲轴(图1中1)放在中心孔加工导向板(图1中3)中间，通过联接杆(图1中2)、平垫(图1中4)、弹垫(图1中5)和螺母(图1中6)联接成一个整体、将这个整体固定在钻床上，钻头通过中心孔加工导向板(图1中3)能迅速、准确地定位，钻削加工出三个中心孔，利用双顶尖通过中心孔将双向偏心曲轴(图1中1)顶夹在普通车床上，完成双向偏心曲轴的车削加工。

1.双向偏心曲轴中心孔加工夹具，主要是由中心孔加工导向板、联接杆、平垫、弹垫、螺母等组成。其特征在于将双向偏心曲轴放在两块中心孔加工导向板之间，利用联接杆、平垫、弹垫和螺母联接成一个整体，将这个整体装夹在钻床上，利用中心孔加工导向板迅速、准确地定位，在曲轴端面上钻出三个中心孔。
