Technical Field
The invention relates to grinding and polishing equipment, in particular to an edge trimmer.
Background
In the production process of rubber products, in order to prevent rubber shortage, the rubber material filled in the die cavity is kept excessive to a certain extent, the die cavity is quickly filled with the rubber material at the die pressing and vulcanizing stage, the excessive rubber material overflows from the parting surface of the die or the joint of the excessive rubber material and the metal insert to form burrs, and once the burrs are formed, a complete product can be obtained only by trimming, so that the appearance of the product is neat and attractive.
Currently, manual trimming is mostly used, i.e. an operator holds a cutter to trim the flash gradually along the outer edge and/or the inner edge of the product. Particularly, for the relatively soft rubber member, it is difficult to perform a good fixation by a mechanical structure, thereby performing a rapid trimming. The manual trimming method is time-consuming, labor-consuming and low in efficiency, tooth marks and notches are easily left on the product body to cause scrapping, the quality is difficult to guarantee, and the consistency of the product is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a sealing ring trimmer which can rapidly trim a sealing ring.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical means adopted by the invention are as follows: a seal ring edger for edging a seal ring, comprising:
a body;
the clamp comprises a first chuck plate and a second chuck plate which are oppositely arranged, the first chuck plate is fixed on the machine body, and the second chuck plate is matched with the first chuck plate to clamp the sealing ring;
the control device is arranged on the machine body and connected with the second chuck, and the control device controls the opening and closing of the clamp by driving the second chuck;
the trimming piece comprises a first trimming piece and a second trimming piece, the first trimming piece is positioned between the first chuck plate and the second chuck plate, the first trimming piece corresponds to the rough edge of the inner ring of the sealing ring and is tightly attached to the rough edge of the inner ring of the sealing ring, and the first trimming piece moves circumferentially around the axis of the sealing ring; the second trimming piece corresponds to the rough edge of the outer ring of the sealing ring and is tightly attached to the rough edge of the outer ring of the sealing ring, and the second trimming piece moves circumferentially along the axis of the sealing ring; the first trimming piece, the second trimming piece and the sealing ring respectively slide relatively; and

The sealing ring trimmer clamps the sealing ring integrally through the first chuck and the second chuck, respectively clings to rough edges on the outer side and the inner side of the sealing ring through the first trimming piece and the second trimming piece, and moves along the axial line of the sealing ring in the circumferential direction, so that the sealing ring is trimmed. The mechanical operation of trimming is realized, and meanwhile, the sealing ring is integrally clamped, so that the sealing ring is prevented from being disturbed in the trimming process, and the adverse effect on the trimming effect is avoided.
Preferably, the first chuck and the second chuck clamp the seal ring, and at least one annular first groove and second groove corresponding to the shape of the seal ring are respectively arranged at the positions where the seal ring is clamped by the first chuck and the second chuck, and burrs of the seal ring are exposed when the seal ring is clamped by the first groove and the second groove. More preferably, the first chuck and the second chuck clamp the seal ring, and are respectively provided with a plurality of concentric annular first grooves and second grooves corresponding to the shapes of the seal rings with different sizes, and the first trimming member and the second trimming member can move to corresponding positions of burrs of the seal ring along the radial direction of the first groove. The arrangement of the first grooves and the second grooves and the arrangement that the first trimming piece and the second trimming piece can stretch and retract along the radial direction of the first grooves can enable the sealing ring trimming machine to be suitable for sealing rings with various sizes without frequently replacing the first chuck plate and the second chuck plate.
Preferably, the first and second trimming members are roller-shaped, and the axes of the roller-shaped first and second trimming members are parallel to the axis of the annular seal ring, and the first and second trimming members rotate along their own axes while performing annular circumferential movement. More preferably, the first trimmer member is circumferentially moved in the same direction as the direction of rotation thereof, and the second trimmer member is circumferentially moved in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation thereof. More preferably, the first chuck is provided with an outer shaft and an inner shaft which are coaxial, the inner shaft is located inside the outer shaft, the outer shaft and the inner shaft rotate along the axis of the first chuck, the outer shaft drives the first trimming member to rotate along the axis of the first chuck, and the inner shaft drives the first trimming member to rotate along the axis of the inner shaft.
The sealing ring trimmer basically realizes automatic trimming, and particularly solves the problem of difficult fixation of a soft rubber sealing ring. The sealing ring edge trimmer has the advantages of high edge trimming speed and high efficiency, and reduces the labor input.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a sealing ring edger 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention for edging a sealing ring includes a body 100, and a circular first chuck 110 is fixed to the body 100. A circular second chuck 120 is further disposed above the first chuck 110 in up-and-down correspondence to the first chuck 110. The first chuck 110 is provided with a first trimming piece 130 rotatable along an axis of the first chuck 110, and the second chuck 120 is provided with a second trimming piece 140 extending between the first chuck 110 and the second chuck 120 and rotatable along an axis of the second chuck 120. The machine body 100 is further provided with a power device 150 below the first chuck 110, and the machine body 100 is further provided with a control device 160 connected with the second chuck 120 above the second chuck 120.
The first chuck 110 is centrally provided with a rotatable first outer shaft 111 penetrating the first chuck 110, and an upper end of the first outer shaft 111 protrudes out of the first chuck 110 and is fixed with first rotary fins 112. The first rotary fin 112 is laterally retractable, and first trimming pieces 130 are respectively connected to two ends of the first rotary fin 112. The first outer shaft 111 rotates the first rotary fins 112 along the axis of the first chuck 110. The first outer shaft 111 is a hollow structure, and a first inner shaft 113 is disposed inside the first outer shaft 111. The first inner shaft 113 extends from the first outer shaft 111 at a lower end thereof and extends from the first outer shaft 111 at an upper end thereof. The first inner shaft 113 drives the first trimming blades 130 at two ends of the first rotating fin 112 to rotate along the axis thereof through the first transmission device 114.
The upper end of the second inner shaft 121 is fixed on the upper end of the second chuck 120, the upper end of the second inner shaft 121 is connected with the control device 160, and the second inner shaft 121 is controlled to extend and contract through the control device 160, so as to control the lifting and lowering of the second chuck 120. The second outer shaft 122 is sleeved outside the second inner shaft 121. The second outer shaft 122 is fixed with a second rotary fin 123, and the second outer shaft 122 drives the second rotary fin 123 to rotate along the axis of the second chuck 120. The second rotary fin 123 is connected to the second trimming piece 140 at both ends thereof, and the second trimming piece 140 is retractable and can extend between the first chuck 110 and the second chuck 120.
The upper surface of the first chuck 110 and the lower surface of the second chuck 120 are respectively provided with two concentric annular first grooves 115 and second grooves 124. The two grooves of the first groove 115 and the second groove 124 correspond to two sizes of seal rings respectively. The first groove 115 and the second groove 124 have a depth less than the cross-sectional radius of the seal ring to be clamped and expose a burr on the seal ring when clamped. The first trimming piece 130 corresponds to the inner side of the seal ring and the second trimming piece 140 corresponds to the outer side of the seal ring.
The power unit 150 includes a motor (not shown), a second transmission 151, a third transmission 152, and a fourth transmission 153. The second transmission 151 is connected to the first outer shaft 111 and drives the first outer shaft 111 to rotate. The third transmission 152 is connected to the first inner shaft 113 and drives the first inner shaft 113 to rotate. The fourth actuator 153 has two states of opening and closing. When the fourth transmission 153 is in the "on" state, the fourth transmission 153 is connected to the second outer shaft 122 and drives the second outer shaft 122 to rotate. When the fourth actuator 153 is in the on state, the fourth actuator 153 moves out of the path of the second chuck 120 ascending and descending.
In the seal ring edge trimmer 1000 of the present embodiment, the fourth transmission device 153 is driven to be in the on state by the power device 150 when the seal ring is trimmed, and then the second chuck 120 is pulled up by the control device 160. The sealing ring is placed in the first groove 115 with the corresponding size, and then the second chuck 120 is controlled by the control device 160 to fall on the first chuck 110, and the second groove 124 is matched with the first groove 115 corresponding to the first groove 115 to clamp and fix the sealing ring on the first chuck 110. The fourth transmission device 153 is driven by the power device 150 to be in an "on" state, and the first outer shaft 111, the first inner shaft 113 and the second outer shaft 122 are driven to rotate by the second transmission device 151, the third transmission device 152 and the fourth transmission device 153 respectively. The first outer shaft 111 drives the first trimming blade 130 to rotate slowly along the axis of the first chuck 110, the first inner shaft 113 drives the first trimming blade 130 to rotate along the axis in the same direction as the rotation direction of the first rotary fin 112 through the first transmission device 114, and the second outer shaft 122 drives the second trimming blade 140 to rotate quickly along the axis of the second chuck 120. Meanwhile, the first trimming piece 122 and the second trimming piece 140 are controlled to gradually approach the inner rough edge and the outer rough edge of the seal ring, and finally abut against the rough edge of the seal ring for trimming.
The sealing ring trimmer 1000 of the embodiment clamps the whole sealing ring through the first chuck 110 and the second chuck 120, and trims the burrs on the two sides of the sealing ring through the first trimming sheet 130 and the second trimming sheet 140 at the same time, so that the automatic trimming is basically realized, the trimming speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the manual input is reduced. The sealing ring is integrally clamped, so that the sealing ring is prevented from other disturbances, and trimming is prevented from being failed.
While the invention has been described with reference to the above disclosure and features, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications in the above constructions and materials can be made, including combinations of features disclosed herein either individually or in any combination, as appropriate, without departing from the spirit of the invention. Such variations and/or combinations are within the skill of the art to which the invention pertains and are within the scope of the following claims.
Claims (6)
1. A seal ring edger for edging a seal ring, comprising:
a body;
the clamp comprises a first chuck plate and a second chuck plate which are oppositely arranged, the first chuck plate is fixed on the machine body, and the second chuck plate and the first chuck plate are matched to clamp the sealing ring;
the control device is arranged on the machine body and connected with the second chuck, and the control device controls the opening and closing of the clamp by driving the second chuck;
the trimming piece comprises a first trimming piece and a second trimming piece, the first trimming piece is positioned between the first chuck plate and the second chuck plate, the first trimming piece corresponds to the rough edge of the inner ring of the sealing ring and is tightly attached to the rough edge of the inner ring of the sealing ring, and the first trimming piece moves circumferentially around the axis of the sealing ring; the second trimming piece corresponds to the burrs of the outer ring of the sealing ring and is tightly attached to the burrs of the outer ring of the sealing ring, and the second trimming piece moves circumferentially along the axis of the sealing ring; the first trimming part and the second trimming part respectively slide relative to the sealing ring; and
and the power device drives the first trimming piece and the second trimming piece to move.

The seal ring edger of claim 1, wherein: the first chuck plate and the second chuck plate clamp the part of the sealing ring are respectively provided with at least one annular first groove and at least one annular second groove corresponding to the shape of the sealing ring, and the first groove and the second groove clamp the sealing ring and expose burrs of the sealing ring.

The seal ring edger of claim 2, wherein: the first chuck plate and the second chuck plate clamp the part of the sealing ring are respectively provided with a plurality of concentric annular first grooves and second grooves corresponding to the shape of the sealing ring, and the first trimming piece and the second trimming piece can move to the corresponding positions of burrs of the sealing ring along the radial direction of the first grooves.

The seal ring edger of claim 1, wherein: the first trimming part and the second trimming part are in roller shapes, the axes of the first trimming part and the second trimming part in the roller shapes are parallel to the axis of the annular sealing ring, and the first trimming part and the second trimming part rotate along the axis of the first trimming part and the second trimming part while doing annular circumferential motion.
5. The seal ring edger of claim 4, wherein: the first trimming piece moves in the circumferential direction in the same direction as the rotation direction of the first trimming piece, and the second trimming piece moves in the circumferential direction in the opposite direction to the rotation direction of the second trimming piece.
6. The seal ring edger of claim 4, wherein: the first chuck is provided with a coaxial outer shaft and an inner shaft, the inner shaft is located inside the outer shaft, the outer shaft and the inner shaft rotate along the axis of the first chuck, the outer shaft drives the first trimming part to rotate along the axis of the first chuck, and the inner shaft drives the first trimming part to rotate along the axis of the first trimming part.
