本发明公开了一种多工位绕线机的绕线装置,包含机架、绕线臂组件、滑动线管、滑动连接块和固定线管;所述固定线管设置在机架上,滑动连接块可滑动地设置在固定线管上;所述滑动线管的一端可回转地连接在滑动连接块上,另一端与绕线臂组件相连接;所述滑动线管与固定线管相连通;所述滑动线管上设置有线管转动驱动装置,滑动连接块上设置有线管滑动驱动装置本发明的多工位绕线机的绕线装置,由线管转动驱动装置带动滑动线管旋转,线管滑动驱动装置带动滑动线管滑动,进而使滑动线管带动绕线臂组件旋转和滑动,使绕线臂组件可以配合相应的绕线模具进行绕线,满足了多工位绕线机的绕线要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绕线装置,具体地说是一种多工位绕线机的绕线装置。
背景技术
定子线圈是三相电机的重要组成部件之一,传统三相电机的线圈主要通过手工绕制,将线圈绕制在模具上,然后再卸模,工作量大,生产效率低,浪费大量人力,而且绕制的圈数精度较差;因此,人们开发了定子线圈绕线机,但一般的绕线机都只有一个绕线工位,加工效率依然较低;现针对上述情况研发了一种多工位绕线机,因此需要设计相应的绕线装置;传统单工位绕线机多为通过绕线模具自旋转进行绕线,而多工位绕线机在进行工位转换时,需要切换绕线模具,难以将绕线模具设计成自旋转式,因此,从相对运动的角度考虑,可将绕线装置设计为旋转式。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种多工位绕线机的绕线装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种多工位绕线机的绕线装置,包含机架、绕线臂组件、滑动线管、滑动连接块和固定线管;所述固定线管设置在机架上,滑动连接块可滑动地设置在固定线管上;所述滑动线管的一端可回转地连接在滑动连接块上,另一端与绕线臂组件相连接;所述滑动线管与固定线管相连通;所述滑动线管上设置有线管转动驱动装置,滑动连接块上设置有线管滑动驱动装置。
优选的,所述机架在靠近绕线臂组件处设置有三角架,三角架与机架滑动连接,滑动线管与绕线臂组件的连接处可转动地设置在三角架上;所述线管转动驱动装置为带传动机构,线管滑动驱动装置为丝杆传动机构。 
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的多工位绕线机的绕线装置,由线管转动驱动装置带动滑动线管旋转,线管滑动驱动装置带动滑动线管滑动,进而使滑动线管带动绕线臂组件旋转和滑动,使绕线臂组件可以配合相应的绕线模具进行绕线,满足了多工位绕线机的绕线要求。

如附图1所示,本发明所述的一种多工位绕线机的绕线装置,包含机架1、绕线臂组件2、滑动线管3、滑动连接块4和固定线管5;所述固定线管5设置在机架1上,滑动连接块4可滑动地设置在固定线管5上;所述滑动线管3的一端可回转地连接在滑动连接块4上,另一端与绕线臂组件2相连接;所述滑动线管3与固定线管5相连通;所述滑动线管3上设置有线管转动驱动装置6,滑动连接块4上设置有线管滑动驱动装置7;所述机架1在靠近绕线臂组件2处设置有三角架8,三角架8与机架1滑动连接,滑动线管3与绕线臂组件2的连接处可转动地设置在三角架8上;所述线管转动驱动装置6为带传动机构,带传动机构带动滑动线管3转动;所述线管滑动驱动装置7为丝杆传动机构,丝杆传动机构带动滑动线管3滑动。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的多工位绕线机的绕线装置,由线管转动驱动装置带动滑动线管旋转,线管滑动驱动装置带动滑动线管滑动,进而使滑动线管带动绕线臂组件旋转和滑动,使绕线臂组件可以配合相应的绕线模具进行绕线,满足了多工位绕线机的绕线要求。

1.一种多工位绕线机的绕线装置,其特征在于:包含机架(1)、绕线臂组件(2)、滑动线管(3)、滑动连接块(4)和固定线管(5);所述固定线管(5)设置在机架(1)上,滑动连接块(4)可滑动地设置在固定线管(5)上;所述滑动线管(3)的一端可回转地连接在滑动连接块(4)上,另一端与绕线臂组件(2)相连接;所述滑动线管(3)与固定线管(5)相连通;所述滑动线管(3)上设置有线管转动驱动装置(6),滑动连接块(4)上设置有线管滑动驱动装置(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多工位绕线机的绕线装置,其特征在于:所述机架(1)在靠近绕线臂组件(2)处设置有三角架(8),三角架(8)与机架(1)滑动连接,滑动线管(3)与绕线臂组件(2)的连接处可转动地设置在三角架(8)上;所述线管转动驱动装置(6)为带传动机构,线管滑动驱动装置(7)为丝杆传动机构。
