一种低流阻疏水阀,包括阀体和处于阀体内的阀瓣、阀杆、填料、压盖和防护圈。阀杆处于阀瓣的上方,阀体中部设有填料,下端设有密封组。压盖和防护圈固定在阀杆上。压盖处于填料的上端,防护圈处于压盖的上端。所述的阀体为Y型结构。本发明有益效果是:采用上述Y型阀体结构,和喷有钨铬钴合金的硬质涂层的阀瓣和阀座,能够降低流体阻力,保证阀门密封性能,提高阀门寿命。

一种低流阻疏水阀
 技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门结构,尤其是一种低流阻疏水阀。
背景技术
疏水阀以结构简单、工作行程小,启闭时间短等特点广泛地应用于石油化工、化工、煤气、天然气、液化石油气、暖通行业以及一般工业中。一般疏水阀的基本结构:依靠外力给阀杆的压力,带动阀瓣密封面与阀座密封面紧密贴合,阻止介质流通,实现开启或关闭,普通疏水阀采用的结构简单,流体的阻力大,开启和关闭需要的力比较大,在长期运行时,因阻力大,易磨损,容易发生泄漏,密封性能欠佳等问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种低流阻疏水阀,使得阀门易于开启关闭。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种低流阻疏水阀,包括阀体和处于阀体内的阀瓣、阀杆、填料、压盖和防护圈。阀杆处于阀瓣的上方,阀体中部设有填料,下端设有密封组。压盖和防护圈固定在阀杆上。压盖处于填料的上端,防护圈处于压盖的上端。所述的阀体为Y型结构。
优选的,所述的密封组由垫片和衬套组成,衬套处于垫片的上端。
优选的,阀杆的上端固定有驱动装置,来现阀门的启闭。
优选的,所述的阀瓣和阀体底座内部均喷有钨铬钴合金的硬质涂层,这种硬质涂层有优良的硬度和耐磨损性能,保证阀门密封好,提高阀门寿命。
优选的,所述的阀体为锻造成型。
优选的,阀杆与阀瓣之间为可拆卸连接,阀杆伸出阀体外。
优选的,在阀杆和阀体的上端连接处,设有O型圈,保证密封。
优选的,在阀体腔部上端设有排气孔及排油脂孔,用于废气的排除及日常维护。
本发明有益效果是:采用上述Y型阀体结构,和喷有钨铬钴合金的硬质涂层的阀瓣和阀座,能够降低流体阻力,保证阀门密封性能,提高阀门寿命。

如图1所示:一种低流阻疏水阀,包括阀体2和处于阀体2内的阀瓣3、阀杆4、填料7、压盖8和防护圈9。阀杆4处于阀瓣3的上方,阀体2中部设有填料7,下端设有密封组。压盖8和防护圈9固定在阀杆4上。压盖8处于填料7的上端,防护圈9处于压盖8的上端。所述的阀体2为Y型结构。所述的密封组由垫片5和衬套6组成,衬套6处于垫片5的上端。阀杆4的上端固定有驱动装置,来现阀门的启闭。所述的阀瓣3和阀体4底座内部均喷有钨铬钴合金的硬质涂层,这种硬质涂层有优良的硬度和耐磨损性能,保证阀门密封好,提高阀门寿命。所述的阀体2为锻造成型。阀杆4与阀瓣3之间为可拆卸连接,阀杆4伸出阀体2外。在阀杆4和阀体2的上端连接处,设有O型圈10,保证密封。在阀体2腔部上端设有排气孔11及排油脂孔12,用于废气的排除及日常维护。
实施例2
其结构与实施例1基本相同,只是阀体为铸造成型。
实施例3
其结构与实施例1基本相同,只是所述的阀瓣和阀体底座内部均喷有铬钼钨合金的硬质涂层。

1.一种低流阻疏水阀,其特征在于:包括阀体和处于阀体内的阀瓣、阀杆、填料、压盖和防护圈;阀杆处于阀瓣的上方,阀体中部设有填料,下端设有密封组,压盖和防护圈固定在阀杆上,压盖处于填料的上端,防护圈处于压盖的上端,所述的阀体为Y型结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种低流阻疏水阀,其特征在于:所述的密封组由垫片和衬套组成,衬套处于垫片的上端。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种低流阻疏水阀,其特征在于:所述的阀瓣和阀体底座内部均喷有钨铬钴合金的硬质涂层。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种低流阻疏水阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体为锻造成型。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种低流阻疏水阀,其特征在于:所述的阀杆与阀瓣之间为可拆卸连接,阀杆伸出阀体外。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种低流阻疏水阀,其特征在于:在阀杆和阀体的上端连接处,设有O型圈。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种低流阻疏水阀,其特征在于:在阀体腔部上端设有排气孔及排油脂孔。
