背景技术
现有的制作橡胶密封胶圈的工艺方法,包括混炼、挤出、硫化等工艺步骤,其中混炼步骤所采用的胶种为丁苯或天然橡胶,再配合硫磺、促进剂、氧化锌、硬脂酸、炭黑、轻钙、环烷油、防老剂等辅料。这种工艺制作的橡胶密封胶圈存在以下缺点:对介质和环境产生污染,耐候性、耐臭氧性、耐热性差,还缺乏良好的电绝缘性和耐化学介质腐蚀性。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种橡胶密封圈,耐热性显著增强,还具有良好的电绝缘性。

三元乙丙橡胶50-70份,促进剂3-8份,环烷油13-18份,1,2-聚丁二烯8-14份,四硫化双戊撑秋兰姆5-8份,炭黑10-20份,硫化促进剂4-6份,交联剂1-3份,偏苯三酸三辛酯2-4份。
