本发明公开了一种细沙混合搅拌箱，包括箱体，所述箱体内设有相互连通的搅拌槽与筛选槽，筛选槽的顶部设有进料口，筛选槽的底部设有第一出料口，第一出料口的下方设有导向面，导向面呈倾斜状，导向面与搅拌槽连通，筛选槽内设有第一过滤网与第二过滤网，筛选槽的侧壁设有振动电机，第一过滤网、第二过滤网分别与振动电机连接；搅拌槽的内底部设有搅拌叶片，搅拌叶片连接有搅拌轴，搅拌轴的端部设有搅拌电机，搅拌槽的侧壁设有第二出料口。本发明方便筛选细沙，制备水泥浆效率更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌箱，具体涉及一种细沙混合搅拌箱。 
背景技术
搅拌机是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转，将多种原料进行搅拌混合，使之成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的机器。 搅拌机分为好多种，有强制式搅拌机、单卧轴搅拌机、双卧轴搅拌机等等。注意事项：搅拌机及自动供料机，必须把里面清洗干净，尤其是冬天，这样能延长寿命。搅拌机即是混合机，因为混合机的通常作用就是混合搅拌各类干粉砂浆，故俗称搅拌机。现有的搅拌机不具有筛选细沙的功能，且结构复杂。 
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明提供了一种方便筛选细沙，制备水泥浆效率更高的细沙混合搅拌箱。 
为了实现上述目的，本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现： 
一种细沙混合搅拌箱，包括箱体，所述箱体内设有相互连通的搅拌槽与筛选槽，筛选槽的顶部设有进料口，筛选槽的底部设有第一出料口，第一出料口的下方设有导向面，导向面呈倾斜状，导向面与搅拌槽连通，筛选槽内设有第一过滤网与第二过滤网，筛选槽的侧壁设有振动电机，第一过滤网、第二过滤网分别与振动电机连接；搅拌槽的内底部设有搅拌叶片，搅拌叶片连接有搅拌轴，搅拌轴的端部设有搅拌电机，搅拌槽的侧壁设有第二出料口。
进一步地，所述第二出料口连接有盖子。 
进一步地，所述第一过滤网与第二过滤网呈平行布置。 
进一步地，所述第一过滤网与第二过滤网的形状大小相同。 
进一步地，所述筛选槽为圆筒状。 
本发明的有益效果：由于所述箱体内设有相互连通的搅拌槽与筛选槽，筛选槽的顶部设有进料口，筛选槽的底部设有第一出料口，第一出料口的下方设有导向面，导向面呈倾斜状，导向面与搅拌槽连通，筛选槽内设有第一过滤网与第二过滤网，筛选槽的侧壁设有振动电机，第一过滤网、第二过滤网分别与振动电机连接；搅拌槽的内底部设有搅拌叶片，搅拌叶片连接有搅拌轴，搅拌轴的端部设有搅拌电机，搅拌槽的侧壁设有第二出料口，所以可以将细沙倒入筛选槽内，通过第一过滤网与第二过滤网进行筛选，最后通过导向面进入搅拌槽，将水泥等倒入搅拌槽，搅拌电机通过搅拌轴控制搅拌叶片实现搅拌，从而制备得到水泥浆。

1.一种细沙混合搅拌箱，包括箱体，其特征在于：所述箱体内设有相互连通的搅拌槽与筛选槽，筛选槽的顶部设有进料口，筛选槽的底部设有第一出料口，第一出料口的下方设有导向面，导向面呈倾斜状，导向面与搅拌槽连通，筛选槽内设有第一过滤网与第二过滤网，筛选槽的侧壁设有振动电机，第一过滤网、第二过滤网分别与振动电机连接；搅拌槽的内底部设有搅拌叶片，搅拌叶片连接有搅拌轴，搅拌轴的端部设有搅拌电机，搅拌槽的侧壁设有第二出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的细沙混合搅拌箱，其特征在于：所述第二出料口连接有盖子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的细沙混合搅拌箱，其特征在于：所述第一过滤网与第二过滤网呈平行布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的细沙混合搅拌箱，其特征在于：所述第一过滤网与第二过滤网的形状大小相同。
