本发明涉及的是一种具有皙白、保湿、抗皱功效的柠檬特色皮肤贴膜及其制备方法。
背景技术:
目前化妆品市场皮肤贴膜品种繁杂,但主流为法国、韩国、日本等国外进口的品牌。这些所谓的名牌产品,虽然也时有功效不符或质量安全问题暴光,但因推销资本雄厚,市场影响大其售价比国产相似作用产品的价格要高出2—10倍,使消费者使用成本高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了提供一种可大大降低消费者使用成本,具有皙白、保湿、抗皱等功能,品质高,使用安全的柠檬特色皮肤贴膜。
本发明的另一个目的是为了提供这种柠檬特色皮肤贴膜的制备方法。

本发明柠檬特色皮肤贴膜,包括贴膜基础料液载体、贴膜基础料液,贴膜基础料液按重量百分比包括以下组分:
柠檬提取液 2.5—10,
羧乙基纤维素 2—6,
1.3—丁二醇 3—5,
氨基酸 10—5,
传明酸 2—4,
甘 油 1—4,
芦芭油 1—3,
VC己基醚 0.5—2,
苯氧乙醇 0.3—1,
甲 酯 0.05—0.2,
五胜肽 0.05—0.2,
六胜肽 0.05—0.2,
玻尿酸 0.02—0.1,
柠檬精油 0.02—0.05,
去离子水 余量。
上述的贴膜基础料液载体为蚕丝膜或水凝胶膜或有机植物纤维膜。
本发明柠檬特色皮肤贴膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制备柠檬精油: 在低于40℃的自然环境下,选取优质成熟、无腐烂变质的柠檬果,经净水清洗、捡选、软毛刷刷洗、淋洗后经针刺型喷水冷磨机刺破果面油包、分离,得油水混合液,油水混合液经离心机进行油水分离得到冷磨柠檬油,对冷磨柠檬油再进行脱色、纯化、灭菌,得到纯度为99.5%以上的柠檬精油,进入≤-18℃冷库贮存备用,这种柠檬精油的制备方法,不同于其它任何经加热蒸发、蒸馏提取方法,全过程是在低于40℃的自然环境温度下迅速完成,冷冻贮藏,因此能充分提取和保存柠檬果油的天然活性油分和挥发性香气,使之成为目前最纯正、品质最好的、为本发明所用的天然柠檬精油;
2)柠檬提取液的制备:选取优质成熟、无腐烂变质柠檬果,进行鼓泡清洗、捡选、分级、软毛刷清洗、灭菌、消毒处理,再经杯式榨汁机进行皮渣、籽、渣汁分离,然后对果汁进行精制、脱色、超滤获得纯柠檬提取液,只有这种方法获得的柠檬提取液才不含柠檬果汁外的其它成分,如穰、皮、籽等杂质成分,符合欧盟2012年最新柑橘类纯果汁标准;
3)去离子水的制备:对原料水(自来水)经过除铁、除锰、粗滤、除钙镁离子、活性炭脱色过滤、双级反渗透、臭氧灭菌后获得去离子水,贮存于不锈钢304级别以上贮罐备用:
4)贴膜基础料液的制备:
①按比例配料;
②将60—65%纯净水送入1号配料罐,在搅拌的条件下缓慢加入粉状羟乙基纤维素,加热至80℃—100℃,待其充分溶解为粘稠状液体,冷却至≤40℃;
③将35—40%纯净水加入2号配料罐,搅拌中依次加入柠檬提取液、柠檬精油、五胜肽、六胜肽、1.3—丁二醇、VC己基醚,加入氨基酸、传明酸、甘油、芦芭油、玻尿酸,充分混合均匀;
④甲酯经与苯氧乙醇在3号配料罐中充分混合溶解后送入2号配料罐,原料封闭搅拌均匀;
⑤将步骤④中加入2号配料罐中混合的原料泵送至全封闭搅拌中的1号配料罐,搅拌混合匀匀,泵送经过滤器后进入真空均质乳化机内,通过时间为1—3小时均质乳化,得到组织细腻的皮肤贴膜基础料液,然后将皮肤贴膜基础料液泵至不锈钢真空贮罐藏备用;
6)准备皮肤贴膜基础料液载体,可外购;
7)柠檬特色皮肤贴膜封装:在10万级卫生环境中将成型消毒后的皮肤贴膜基础料液载体放入铝塑复合袋内,注入皮肤贴膜基础料液,经封装机封口,得成品柠檬特色皮肤贴膜,入库;
上述的羧乙基纤维素、1.3—丁二醇、氨基酸、传明酸、VC己基醚、苯氧乙醇、甲酯、五胜肽、六胜肽、玻尿酸均分别为食用或药用或试剂级产品,甘油为采用纯度为99%以上的动植物油撕皂化提取的纯度为99%以上高纯度精甘油。
本发明柠檬特色皮肤贴膜中各组分的作用:
1、柠檬的养颜、保健作用,已通过教科书、多种传媒和大众使用经验所证明:柠檬提取液中富含有天然的柠檬果酸和维他命c、维他命p,柠檬多酚等多种营养和抗氧化物质,柠檬果酸能够软化皮肤表层细胞老化后的角质层,使之易于从活皮肤表面溶解、分离、洗脱并且对皮肤无任何伤害。丰富的维生素c能营养皮肤,防止和消除色素在皮肤表层的沉着,令肌肤变得润滑有光泽,在与已知具有营养、淡斑、皙白、保湿、抗皱功效的日用化工原料五胜肽、六胜肽、传明酸,VC己基醚的合理配方、协同作用下,对肌肤产生明显的淡化色素、湿润的作用,产生美白效果;
2、化学试剂级羟乙基纤维素具有良好的增稠、悬浮、分散、乳化、粘合、成膜、保护水分和提供保护胶体等特性,在本发明中是作为一种有效的成膜剂、粘合剂、增稠剂、稳定剂和分散剂配入;
3、1.3—丁二醇具有二元醇的反应性、无臭、无毒、水溶性好等特点,常出现的英文名称是:Butylene Glycol,别名又叫:1.3—二羟基丁烷,是多元醇的一种,十分广泛地被用在化妆品中做保湿剂和溶剂使用,在保湿方面,由于丁二醇是小分子多元醇类保湿成份,用于本贴膜保湿剂及溶剂,质地温和,能协助溶解污垢,可将水分留在角质层,在本产品中用于协同甘油,优点互补,主要起一定的保湿的作用,同时也有一定的抑菌作用;
4、氨基酸是构成蛋白质的最小单位,皮肤的弹性完全取决于人体中胶原蛋白的含量,而蛋白质是皮肤的组成部分。这使氨基酸的地位变得至关重要。它具有生物活性、能够完整穿透上皮细胞、可直接与真皮层纤维细胞发挥作用,主要体现在:氨基酸是蛋白质的组成部分,胶原蛋白的基本结构是由大约1000个氨基酸组成的非水溶性纤维状含糖蛋白质,阻止过多的二价金属离子与皮肤中的胶原蛋白发生交联作用,维持足够的胶原纤维和弹性纤维,具有减少皱纹、激活巨噬细胞的吞噬,排毒、解毒功能,可有效阻断外界有害物质对皮肤的侵害。提高皮肤抗过敏,提高皮肤免疫力,调节皮肤水分、平衡酸、碱度,改善敏感性皮肤的抗敏能力,氨基酸可与皮肤内二价金属离子发生螯合反应,激活皮肤细胞超氧化物岐化酶过氧化物的活性,祛除皮肤细胞过剩的自由基,可使肤质外观得到改善,减轻皱纹的发生。使皮肤柔滑,细腻富有弹性,有一定延缓皮肤衰老效果;
5、传明酸是一种蛋白酶抑制剂,是化妆品中常用并且在运用中被有效证明的皮肤怯斑、增白剂之一,能抑制蛋白酶对肽键水解的催化作用,从而阻止了如发炎性蛋白酶等酶的活性,进而抑制了黑斑部位的表皮细胞机能的混乱,并且抑制黑色素增强因子群,断绝因为紫外线照射而形成的黑色素发生的途径。让黑斑不再变浓、扩大及增加,合理运用在本配方中,能有效地防止和改善皮肤的色素沉积;
6、甘油又名丙三醇,是无色粘稠液体,具有甜味。吸水性很强,可与水混溶,甘油分子能与水分子形成氢键,故甘油具有吸水性。纯净的甘油能吸收40%的水分,搽在皮肤上能形成一层薄膜,有隔绝空气和防止水分蒸发的作用,还能吸收空气中的水分,用于本面中协同其他保湿原料能够对暴露在空气中的皮肤表面,保持柔软,富有弹性,不受尘埃、气候等损害而干燥,还有一定防止皮肤冻伤的的作用,安全性好,是化妆品中经常用做保湿剂和软化剂。甘油有工业用粗甘油、精甘油以及植物提取天然甘油和合成甘油之分,本发明适量选用纯度为99.5%以上的、从植物油皂化过程提取的医用级精甘油来增强保湿作用;
7、芦芭油外观为无色透明油状液体,水溶,pH值5~7;芦芭油因系聚甲基丙烯酸甘油酯而形成独特的笼型结构,使芦芭油同时兼具水溶皮肤柔润剂和油润皮肤柔润剂的长处,芦芭油具有锁水能力,是一种润湿平衡剂,稳定乳液和增粘剂,在本发明贴膜中作为多功能的保湿基质,增加皮肤润滑性、保湿性;
8、VC已基醚的化学名称:3—O—乙基抗坏血酸醚,分子式:C8H12O6,可抑制酪氨酸酶活性,抑制黑色素的形成,还原黑色素为无色,在化妆品中有卓越的抗氧化效果,确保维生素C的利用度,相对维生素C而言,维生素乙基醚非常稳定。耐光、耐热、耐酸、碱、耐盐蚀,和空气氧化,维生素C乙基醚进入真皮层后容易被酶分解而发挥维生素C的作用,直接参与胶原蛋白的合成,修复皮肤细胞活性,使胶原蛋白增加,从而使皮肤变得充盈富有弹性,使肌肤细腻光滑,在本发明贴膜中起高效美白肌肤作用;
9、苯氧乙醇具有优良的溶解性能,它能与不同类型的产品溶为一体,能用来增溶溶解多种原料和活性成分。苯氧乙醇与水(2.4%)和极性有机溶剂可混合,同时作为溶剂帮助皮肤贴膜基础中的不溶于水的成分更为有效的分解,在本发明中起溶解尼泊金甲酯和其他难溶的作用,同时起到防腐作用,保证和延长产品货架期;
10、甲酯:分为乙酰水杨酸甲酯和尼泊金甲酯等,本配方所用为尼泊金甲酯,又名羟基苯甲酸甲酯 ,白色结晶粉末或无色结晶,易溶于醇,醚和丙酮,微溶于水,沸点270—280℃。 由于它具有酚羟基结构,所以抗细菌性能比苯甲酸、山梨酸都强。其作用机制是:破坏微生物的细胞膜,使细胞内的蛋白质变性,并可抑制微生物细胞的呼吸酶类与电子传递酶类的活性,在本发明生产中是先将其与苯氧乙醇相溶解,再进入乳化罐与其他配料充分融合乳化,使皮肤贴膜能在保质期内起到有效保质作用;
11、玻尿酸:玻尿酸外观呈透明、具黏性的胶状物质,是一种高分子的多醣体,是由葡萄醛酸—N—乙酸氨基葡萄糖为双糖分子单位组成的直链高分子多醣,平均分子量介于10万到1000万道尔顿(质量单位)之间,玻尿酸不仅有保持皮肤弹性的功能,还能锁住大量水分子,对皮肤组织具有保湿润滑作用,使肌肤饱满有弹性。人体随着年龄的增长,当玻尿酸流失的速度比生长速度快时,肌肤也将渐渐变得缺乏水分,失去光泽弹性,长久下来便出现皱纹等老化现象。1克玻尿酸可以吸收500C.C的水分,相当于甘油500倍吸水能力。强大的保湿功能,让玻尿酸成为保湿热门成分。惊人的吸水能力,让玻尿酸成为公认的最佳保湿组分之一,在本发明中起重要的保湿作用;
12、五胜肽:含5个氨基酸的多肽叫五胜肽,胜肽经胶原蛋白水解而成,可起到促进胶原蛋白生成,增加皮肤厚度,从而在本发明中起到皮肤抗皱的作用;
13、六胜肽是一种类肉毒素成分,公认具有肉毒素全部功能,而不含任何毒性,主要成份是由六个氨基酸排列组合而成的生化产品.虽然常被和肉毒杆菌相提并论,它们的机制却完全不同.六胜肽可拦截肌肉收缩的信号,减轻肌肉收缩的力度,进而减轻皮肤细纹的深度和长度。五胜肽与之配用使本发明皮肤贴膜对皮肤抗皱、抗衰老作用更加明显;
14、柠檬精油含有天然的柠檬烯、柠檬醛等宜人的芳香成分,不仅具有镇静安神、舒缓紧张情绪、消除疲劳的作用,还具有协助携带本发明中的其他有效美白保湿抗皱成分因子分散渗入皮肤表层的所用,通过与羧乙基纤维素,1.3丁二醇、氨基酸、甘油、芦芭油 、甲酯、玻尿酸等功效成分的优化配伍,加之蚕丝膜的携液柔软服贴于皮肤部后,能充分发挥皮肤贴膜的美白保湿护肤作用;
15、本发明中所采用的经过粗滤—除铁—除锰—离子交换除重碳酸钙镁离子—进而经过双级反渗透得到小于等于5μs/cm低电导率纯净水。配入乳化液中使用,能够充分保证没有重金属成分参与皮肤贴膜基料、发生不良金属离子的分解、聚合和褐变反应,充分保证产品质量。
使用本发明柠檬特色皮肤贴膜时,贴膜基础料液轻薄自然贴服在人体皮肤面部且其上的贴膜基础料液能够作用于整个皮肤面部,对人体皮肤表面起到淡化色素沉着、淡斑、增白、保持滋润和抗皱的作用。
本发明利用国产柠檬原料,提取柠檬中广为大众所熟知的养颜保健功效元素、特别是高纯柠檬提取液和冷磨精制柠檬油、高纯度去离子制水等国际公认具有安全可靠作用的优质原材料,合理配方并通过能经得起GMP等国际产品生产规范进行过程控制,生产出品质高,使用安全,可与国外同类皮肤贴膜相抗衡的、具有柠檬特色、有皙白、保湿、抗皱等功效的,大大降低消费者使用成本的面贴膜或眼贴膜或手贴膜或足贴膜等。本发明为我国柠檬资源的高效利用、高附加值加工和产业链延伸, 走出一条新路。

本实施例1柠檬皙特色白保湿面贴膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1,柠檬精油的制备:在40℃以下自然条件下选取优质成熟、无腐烂变质的尤力克柠檬鲜果,经净水鼓泡清洗、捡选、软毛刷刷洗、清水喷淋、喷水针刺型冷磨刺破果面油包、果皮、汁、籽分离、获油水混合液、经离心机进行油水分离,得到冷磨柠檬油,对冷磨柠檬油再进行脱色、纯化、灭菌后得到纯度为99.8%无色透明的柠檬精油,并迅速进入—18℃冷库贮存备用;
2,柠檬提取液的制备:选取成熟、无腐烂变质优力克柠檬鲜果,进行水鼓泡清洗、捡选、分级、软毛刷清洗、清水淋洗、灭菌消毒处理、经杯式榨汁机同时分离果皮、渣、籽并取汁、对果汁进行精制、脱色、超滤,获得纯柠檬提取液,低于0℃泠藏备用;
3,去离子水的制备:用自来水经过除铁、除锰、粗滤、除钙镁离子、活性炭脱色、过滤、双级反渗透、臭氧灭菌后获得电导率低于5μs/cm的纯净水,贮存于不锈钢316卫生级镜面贮罐备用;
4,面贴膜基础料液制备:
①按比例配料;
②将65%的去离子纯净水送入1号配料罐,在搅拌的条件下缓慢加入粉状羟乙基纤维素、加热至85℃,待其充分溶解为粘稠状液体,冷却至室温;
③将35%去离子纯净水送入2号配料罐中,在搅拌中加入柠檬提取液、柠檬精油、氨基酸、传明酸、甘油、芦芭油、玻尿酸、五胜肽、六胜肽、1.3—丁二醇、VC己基醚;
④甲酯经与苯氧乙醇在3号配料罐中充分混合溶解后送入2号配料罐,与其它配料封闭混合搅拌均匀;
⑤将步骤④中2号配料罐中的混合的配料在密封搅拌的状态中泵送进1号配料罐中混合均匀,泵送经过滤器后进入真空均质乳化机内,经过时间为2.5小时均质乳化,得到组织细腻的面贴膜基础料液,然后将面贴膜基础料液泵至0℃不锈钢贮罐低温贮藏备用;
上述配方中所用成分,除柠檬提取液、柠檬精油和去离子纯净水为特殊自制外,其余均为在市场购买的食用、药用级或试剂级商品,其中的甘油系选用99.5%以上纯度的、从动植物油经皂化后盐析液中蒸发、蒸馏提取的纯度为99.8%的精甘油;
5,选用面贴膜基础料液载体为市售的天然蚕丝膜夹衬木纤维无纺布;
6,面贴膜封装:在10万级卫生环境中将成型消毒后的天然蚕丝膜夹衬木纤维无纺布折叠放入铝塑复合袋,注入面贴膜基础料液27ml,用封装机封口,然后进行装盒,塑封,装箱,得成品面贴膜入库。

上述的眼贴膜基础料液载体选用眼框形竹炭无纺布。
本实施例2柠檬特色皮肤贴膜的制备方法,除配料的变化,制备步骤与工序与实施例1基本相同,不同处是眼贴膜基础料液载体选用眼框形竹炭无纺布,眼贴膜基础料液注入量为15 ml。
根据上述两实施例制备的试用品20万片,经试用,无安全和质量问题,淡化色素沉着、淡斑、增白、保持湿润和抗皱效果好,同时大大降低了消费者的使用成本。
上述实施例是对本发明的上述内容作进一步的说明,但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于上述实施例。凡基于上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
Claims (4)
1.柠檬特色皮肤贴膜,包括贴膜基础料液、贴膜基础料液载体,贴膜基础料液按重量百分比包括以下组分:
柠檬提取液 2.5—10,
羧乙基纤维素 2—6,
1.3—丁二醇 3—5,
氨基酸 2—5,
传明酸 2—4,
甘 油 1—4,
芦芭油 1—3,
VC己基醚 0.5—2,
苯氧乙醇 0.3—1,
甲 酯 0.05—0.2,
五胜肽 0.05—0.2,
六胜肽 0.05—0.2,
玻尿酸 0.02—0.1,
柠檬精油 0.02—0.05,
去离子水 余量。
2.如权利要求1所述的柠檬特色皮肤贴膜,其特征在于羧乙基纤维素、1.3—丁二醇、氨基酸、传明酸、VC己基醚、苯氧乙醇、甲酯、五胜肽、六胜肽、玻尿酸均分别为食用或药用或试剂级产品,甘油为采用纯度为99%以上的动植物油经皂化提取的纯度为99%以上的高纯度精甘油。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的柠檬特色皮肤贴膜,其特征在于贴膜基础料液载体为蚕丝膜或水凝胶膜或有机植物纤维膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的柠檬特色皮肤贴膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)柠檬精油的制备:在低于40℃的自然环境下选取成熟无腐烂变质的柠檬果,经净水清洗、捡选、软毛刷刷洗、淋洗后经在针刺型喷水冷磨机刺破果面油包、获油水混合液,再经离心机进行油水分离得到冷磨柠檬油,对冷磨柠檬油进行脱色、纯化、灭菌后得到柠檬精油,并立即进入≤-18℃冷库贮存备用;
2)柠檬提取液的制备:选取优质成熟新鲜无腐烂、变质柠檬果,进行鼓泡清洗、捡选、分级、软毛刷清洗、清水淋洗、灭菌消毒处理、再经杯式榨汁机进行皮渣、籽、渣汁分离,然后对果汁进行精制、脱色、超滤、获得纯柠檬提取液;
3)去离子水的制备:对原料水经过除铁、除锰、粗滤、除钙镁离子、活性炭脱色、过滤、双级反渗透、臭氧灭菌后获得去离子水,贮存于不锈钢304级别以上贮罐备用;
4)贴膜基础料液的制备:
①按比例配料;
②将60—65%去离子水送入1号配料罐,在搅拌的条件下缓慢加入粉状羟乙基纤维素,加热至80℃~100℃,待其充分溶解为粘稠状液体,温度逐步降低至≤40℃;
③将35—40%去离子纯净水送入2号配料罐,搅拌中依次加入柠檬提取液、柠檬精油、五胜肽、六胜肽、1.3—丁二醇、VC己基醚,加入氨基酸、传明酸、甘油、芦芭油、玻尿酸,充分混合均匀;
④将甲酯与苯氧乙醇在3号配料罐中充分搅拌溶解混合后送入2号配料罐,原料搅拌均匀;
⑤将步骤④中加入2号配料罐中混合的原料泵送至全封闭搅拌中的1号配料罐,搅拌混合均匀,泵送经过滤器后进入真空均质乳化机内,经过时间为1—3小时的均质乳化,得到贴膜基础料液,再将贴膜基础料液泵至不锈钢真空贮罐备用;
5)准备皮肤贴膜基础料液载体;
6)柠檬特色皮肤贴膜制备封装:在10万级卫生环境中将成型、消毒后的贴膜基础料液载体放入铝塑复合袋,注入皮肤贴膜基础料液,封装机封口,得成品柠檬特色品皮肤贴膜入库。
