技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有聚碳酸酯(PC)数据页的机器可读护照,该数据页与由在书本装订过程期间被缝入护照的柔软的且有挠性的纤维网状物制成的一体折页层压。
背景技术
护照是一种由包含数页纸张以及覆盖材料构成的小册子的形式,每张片材具有正面和反面,每面包括两页。纸张沿页之间的线相互连接,将覆盖材料附到小册子外部,并且在纸张中形成折痕以形成小册子的背面。一般纸张沿中线缝合在一起。
机器可读护照需要被永久地附有刚性板状材料或至少部分由合成材料构成的材料的集合(层压)。刚性材料包含允许嵌入个人(传记)信息并且被扫描仪读取的IC组件;这不仅加速检查,而且还通过防止护照伪造而增强安全性。由于刚性材料部不可弯曲,所以其不能够以与其他纸张相同的方法被缝合、钉合或折叠于护照中。
6,213,702号美国专利公开了一种用于制造诸如护照的小册子的方法,其中小册子被永久地附有包含IC组件的刚性板。该公开的方法包括在小册子中附加嵌条,其能够以与纸张被相互附接的相同方式附于小册子中,并且机械地将刚性板附于嵌条。板和嵌条之间的连接具有允许几乎完全自由选择两部分的材料的机械性质。如图1所示,通过夹紧/封装来实现机械附接,通过提供有穿孔9的嵌条2,提供有局部突起12的合成条8,其中合成条8被放置于嵌条2的一侧,并且板1在另一侧,并且其中条的局部突起化学地或物理地与板连接。显然,上述公开的方法复杂。

发明内容
本发明的一个方案提供一种多层个性化页。在一个实施例中,多层个性化页包括PET网状物/PU折页层;具有芯片天线层的PC镶嵌件,所述芯片天线层具有电子组件,所述电子组件具有护照持有者的个人数据;两个具有原图(artwork)的PC核心层;以及两个PC覆盖层;其中在所述PET网状物/PU折页层的一面上顺序地布置有所述两个具有原图的PC核心层之一以及所述两个PC覆盖层之一;并且在所述PET网状物/PU折页层的另一面上顺序地布置有所述具有芯片天线层的PC镶嵌件、所述两个具有原图的PC核心层之一以及所述两个PC覆盖层之一,使得全部的层被层压于所述多层个性化页中;并且其中所述PET网状物/PU折页层的一部分没有被任何PC层覆盖,使得没有被覆盖的部分形成折页,使得所述折页使所述多层个性化页能够与纸张缝合或钉合在一起;在缝合或钉合之后,所述折页允许所述多层个性化页折叠于小册子中。

PET网状物/PU/PC折页层;
两个具有原图的PC核心层;以及
两个PC覆盖层;
其中在所述PET网状物/PU/PC折页层的一面上顺序地布置有所述两个具有原图的PC核心层之一以及所述两个PC覆盖层之一,并且在所述PET网状物/PU/PC折页层的另一面上顺序地布置有所述两个具有原图的PC核心层之一以及所述两个PC覆盖层之一;并且
其中所述电子组件被布置在所述PET网状物/PU/PC折页层的层和所述两个具有原图的PC核心层中的任意一个的层之间,使得全部的层被层压成所述多层个性化页;并且
其中所述PET网状物/PU/PC折页层的一部分没有被任何PC层覆盖,使得没有被覆盖的部分形成折页,使得所述折页使所述多层个性化页能够与纸张缝合或钉合在一起;在缝合或钉合之后,所述折页允许所述多层个性化页折叠于小册子中。
5.如权利要求4所述的多层个性化页,进一步包括布置于所述两个PC覆盖层中的任意一个之上的一附加PC覆盖层。
6.如权利要求4所述的多层个性化页,其中所述PET网状物/PU/PC折页层包含多个切口以适合于所述电子组件。
7.一种护照,其包括多张纸张以及如权利要求4所述的多层个性化页,其中所述纸张以及个性化页被缝合于所述护照的小册子中。
