本发明提供一种耐磨性聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料及其生产方法。本发明的耐磨性聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料,包括聚氯乙烯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二碱式硫酸铅、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、碳酸钙,其特征是:各组分的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯20-30份、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯10-15份、二碱式硫酸铅1-3份、三氧化二锑1-3份、氢氧化铝2-5份、硼酸锌2-5份、碳酸钙2-5份。本发明生产的料粒耐磨性好,同时热稳定性好,抗老化性能佳。

耐磨性聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料及其生产方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种耐磨性聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料及其生产方法,属于化工新材料技术领域。
背景技术:
电缆料生产的关键是产品配方,因为各项指标具有相互制约关系,既要使粒料质量合格,又要使投料成本最低,所以各种助剂的添加量有一个最佳配比。一些情况下电缆在使用的过程中经常移动,发生摩擦,导致电缆容易发生磨损漏电。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题一种耐磨性聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料及其生产方法,生产的料粒耐磨性能好,同时热稳定性好,抗老化性能佳。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
耐磨性聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料,包括聚氯乙烯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二碱式硫酸铅、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、碳酸钙,各组分的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯20-30份、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯10-15份、二碱式硫酸铅1-3份、三氧化二锑1-3份、氢氧化铝2-5份、硼酸锌2-5份、碳酸钙2-5份。
上述耐磨性聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料的制备方法,该方法为:按重量份数将各组分加入高混机中在85℃-95℃的温度下混炼后挤出造粒:挤出机温度为80℃、120℃、160℃、170℃,机头165℃;挤出机螺杆转速25转/分;机头过滤网80目、120目各一层;风冷采用风压0.07MPa、风量2250m3/h,功率7.5kw的离心式通风机。
 有益效果:
本发明生产的料粒耐磨性好,同时热稳定性好,抗老化性能佳。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
耐磨性聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料,包括聚氯乙烯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二碱式硫酸铅、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、碳酸钙,各组分的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯30份、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯15份、二碱式硫酸铅1份、三氧化二锑1份、氢氧化铝2份、硼酸锌5份、碳酸钙5份。
上述耐磨性聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料的制备方法,该方法为:按重量份数将各组分加入高混机中在85℃-95℃的温度下混炼后挤出造粒:挤出机温度为80℃、120℃、160℃、170℃,机头165℃;挤出机螺杆转速25转/分;机头过滤网80目、120目各一层;风冷采用风压0.07MPa、风量2250m3/h,功率7.5kw的离心式通风机。

本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯25份、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯12份、二碱式硫酸铅2份、三氧化二锑2份、氢氧化铝4份、硼酸锌4份、碳酸钙4份。
实施例4:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯28份、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯12份、二碱式硫酸铅2份、三氧化二锑2份、氢氧化铝4份、硼酸锌4份、碳酸钙4份。

1.一种耐磨性聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆料,包括聚氯乙烯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二碱式硫酸铅、三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、碳酸钙,其特征是:各组分的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯100份、偏苯三酸三辛酯20-30份、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯10-15份、二碱式硫酸铅1-3份、三氧化二锑1-3份、氢氧化铝2-5份、硼酸锌2-5份、碳酸钙2-5份。
