Abstract

本发明涉及焊接材料技术领域,公开了一种树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料,包括:70~85份磷铜粉;0.2~1份助熔剂;余量为粘接剂。本发明树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料在焊接过程中不必添加熔剂,保证了焊接质量;且在加工过程中铜粉不会氧化;加热温度较之传统合金焊料可降低50~100℃。本发明还公开了所述钎焊料的制备方法,工艺简单,适宜工业化大规模生产。

一种树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及焊接材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种主要用于铜以及铜合金的新型树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料及其制备方法。
背景技术
当前,空调机、冷冻机、电冰箱等的制冷系统的铜与铜管接头的焊接主要采用磷铜合金焊条钎焊。在钎焊过程中,为保证焊料的充分填充,需要将焊接温度提高到合金熔点温度以上约100~150摄氏度。因此,通常的铜材钎焊过程,加热温度都在900摄氏度左右,能耗较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种润湿性好,钎焊过程能耗低的树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料。
本发明所采用的技术方案是提供一种树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料,按重量份计包括以下组分:70~85份磷铜粉;0.2~1份助熔剂;余量为粘接剂。
本发明还提供所述树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将磷铜粉与助熔剂、粘接剂混合均匀,采用螺杆挤出机制成颗粒,再经过注塑或者压缩成型,制成所需形状的焊料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明方法所制备树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料在焊接过程中不必添加熔剂,保证了焊接质量;且在加工过程中铜粉不会氧化;加热温度较之传统合金焊料可降低50~100℃,且润湿性良好。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料按重量份计包括以下组分:70~85份磷铜粉;0.2~1份助熔剂;余量为粘接剂。
其中,磷铜粉为粒径5~30μm的球状体颗粒;所述磷铜粉优选经过烷基硫醇或者聚乙烯吡咯烷酮进行表面修饰后覆有保护层的胶质磷铜粉颗粒。
助熔剂由0.2~0.5重量份的硼砂和0.1~0.5重量份的碳酸钠组成。粘接剂为热稳定性较差的热塑性树脂,优选热分解温度低于300摄氏度的热塑性树脂,如聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯。
本发明树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将磷铜粉与熔接剂、助熔剂、粘接剂混合均匀,采用螺杆挤出机制成颗粒,再经过注塑或者压缩成型,制成所需形状的焊料。所述钎焊料的形状包括丝、条、球、膏。
以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
经过十八烷基硫醇表面修饰的Cu-P-Sn-Ni合金粉85wt%;硼砂0.2wt%;碳酸钠0.4wt%;余量为聚乙烯树脂。将以上成分混合均匀,采用螺杆挤出机制成塑料颗粒,再经过注塑或者压缩成型,制成所需形状的焊料。
实施例2
经过十八烷基硫醇表面修饰的Cu-P-Sn-Ni合金粉75wt%;硼砂0.1wt%;碳酸钠0.5wt%;余量为聚乙烯树脂。将以上成分混合均匀,采用螺杆挤出机制成塑料颗粒,再经过注塑或者压缩成型,制成所需形状的焊料。
实施例3
经过十八烷基硫醇表面修饰的Cu-P-Sn-Ni合金粉80wt%;硼砂0.3wt%;碳酸钠0.3wt%;余量为聚乙烯树脂。将以上成分混合均匀,采用螺杆挤出机制成塑料颗粒,再经过注塑或者压缩成型,制成所需形状的焊料。
本发明树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料以树脂包裹磷铜粉制成一种塑料焊料。在焊接过程中,树脂首先熔融带动细小的磷铜粉体流动填充到焊缝的缝隙中,再进一步加热,其中高分子材料发生热分解。当加热温度达到磷铜粉体熔点时,磷铜粉体熔化完成焊接。在焊接过程中不必添加熔剂,焊接质量优异;且在加工过程中铜粉不会氧化;加热温度较之传统合金焊料可降低50~100℃。最优工作环境为在还原性气氛保护炉中进行焊接。

Claims (8)

1.一种树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料,其特征在于,所述钎焊料按重量份计包括以下组分:70~85份磷铜粉;0.2~1份助熔剂;余量为粘接剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料,其特征在于,所述磷铜粉为粒径5~30μm的球状体颗粒。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料,其特征在于,
所述磷铜粉为表面覆有烷基硫醇或者聚乙烯吡咯烷酮保护层的胶质磷铜粉颗
粒。
4.如权利要求1所述一种树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料,其特征在于,所述助熔剂由0.1~0.5重量份的硼砂和0.1~0.5重量份的碳酸钠组成。
5.如权利要求1所述一种树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料,其特征在于,所述粘接剂为热分解温度低于300摄氏度的热塑性树脂。
6.如权利要求1所述一种树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料,其特征在于,所述粘接剂为聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯。
7.如权利要求1~6任意一项所述的树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料的制备方法,
包括以下步骤:将磷铜粉与助熔剂、粘接剂混合均匀,采用螺杆挤出机制成颗粒,再经过注塑或者压缩成型,制成所需形状的钎焊料。
8.如权利要求7所述的树脂粘接磷铜粉钎焊料,其特征在于,所述钎焊料的形状包括丝、条、球、膏。
