技术领域
本发明涉及一种矫形膝关节支架,其中至少一个股骨臂具有长度调节机构;并且其中对至少一个臂的长度调节产生所述至少一个股骨臂或另一个股骨臂的内侧-外侧角运动。
背景技术
本发明涉及的这种类型的矫形膝关节支架从美国专利6,981,957已知,本发明的发明人是该美国专利的共同发明人。该关节支架的长度调节机构包括在至少一个股骨臂上的滑动机构,滑动机构为槽状引导件和滑动件的形式,滑动件能够通过螺钉固定在沿着该槽状引导件的长度的选定位置处,螺钉延伸通过在相应股骨臂的相对侧之间的槽状引导件的槽。因此,需要下述工具,即能够根据滑动件的实施方式以及是否在一个或两个股骨臂上配备有长度调节机构而调节一个到四个螺钉的工具。
转让给OSSUR HF的主题为“可调节人体工程学支架(AdjustableErgonomic Brace)”的美国专利No.7,534,220公开了一种人体工程学膝关节支架,该膝关节支架包括:用于沿着上腿延伸的上支柱;和用于沿着下腿延伸的下支柱,上支柱和上支柱中的每个支柱具有由伸缩滑动机构组成的长度调节机构,其中使用与支柱中的接纳孔接合的旋钮(screw-in knob)来固定长度(一旦设定)。因而,不需要工具来固定或者释放长度调节机构。但是,如果旋钮不够紧或者在使用中松动(back off),则长度调节机构的滑动件可能会自由移动。
转让给DJ Orthopedics有限责任公司的主题为“具有长度可调节支撑件的矫正支架(Orthopedic brace having length-adjustable supports)”的美国专利No.7,128,723公开了一种矫形支架,该矫形支架包括第一长度可调节支撑件、第二长度可调节支撑件和用于长度调节的弹簧偏置按钮。每个长度调节支撑件包括纵向通道和位于通道中的滑动立件(sliding upright)。每个滑动立件包括多个通孔,并且每个通道的底包括弹簧偏置按钮。弹簧偏置按钮还在下端上包括保持突片。操作者按压按钮,并且然后在按钮下端上的保持突片延伸穿过孔。按钮能够与每个孔接合,使得按钮相对于通道而可靠地(positively)锁定立件的位置。当按钮被按压时,立件能够在通道中滑动。但是,该机构的缺点是,按钮与物体(例如桌腿)的接触能够导致非故意的释放。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,改进上述膝关节支架的长度调节机构,使得能够对股骨臂的长度进行调节而无需使用工具,并且其实现方式简单,在使用中不会释放该调节机构。
通过提供一种长度调节机构来实现该目的,该长度调节机构包括具有圆形制动板的肘节锁定机构,制动板具有弹性臂和控制杆,弹性臂和控制杆用于将制动板的制动器接合在支柱的凹口中。特别地,杆的按压动作推动圆形制动器板,导致弹性臂被压缩,从而制动器移动进入到支柱的半圆形凹口中,以防止支柱的轴向移动(锁定位置),而杆的释放使弹性臂能够将制动器从凹口抬离,以使能够进行轴向调节(释放位置)。

具体实施方式
首先,值得注意的是,图中示出的矫形膝关节支架仅仅是说明性的实例,并且下面对本发明的描述应当被视为可应用于多种其他类型的膝关节支架,例如可用于上文中提及的美国专利6,981,957、7,128,723和7,534,220的膝关节支架。从图中可见,通常,膝关节支架1具有:上交叉件3,上交叉件3连接内侧(medial)和外侧(1ateral)股骨臂5;下交叉件7,下交叉件7连接内侧和外侧胫骨臂9;和多中心铰链机构11,多中心铰链机构11连接外侧股骨臂和胫骨臂,并且连接内侧股骨臂和胫骨臂。此外,类似美国专利6,981,957,在多中心铰链机构11和股骨臂5之间设置有单中心铰链13。没有示出上后侧护带和下后侧护带,上后侧护带和下后侧护带连接到交叉件的内侧和外侧以及/或者内侧和外侧股骨和胫骨臂,以将支架保持在穿戴者腿部上。
在上述情况下,现将描述本发明中的长度调节机构16。
从图3和4中可见长度调节机构16的主要元件。其中示出了:滑动件18,滑动件18能够在股骨臂5的接纳件20中滑动;制动元件22,制动元件22被接纳在滑动件18的轨道24中,制动元件22通过螺钉26被固定到连接件28;连接件28,连接件28被可移动地接纳在包围物(surround)30的贯通开口30a中,并通过弹性销34联接到锁定杆32。还示出了双柄装置36,双柄装置36为任选的,并且在图16和17中示出的后操作支架的长度调节机构中已经省略双柄装置36。
从图12可见,制动元件22由板22a、通孔22b、一对制动件22c和一对弹簧指22d构成,连接件通过螺钉26被保持在通孔22b中。图13示出了:螺纹开口28a,螺钉26可旋入到螺纹开口28a中;以及用于弹性销34的孔28b,孔28b将弹性销34连接到锁定杆32。图14示出了用于弹性销34的接纳件32a。这些接纳件具有形成在其上的偏心件32b。如从图15中显而易见,轨道24与一排凹槽38侧接。这些凹槽与制动元件22的制动件22c匹配,而轨道24的尺寸和形状适于引导形成通孔22b的壁表面,制动件22c从通孔22b向外延伸。
当锁定杆32被抬高到图5所示的位置中时,偏心件32b从连接件28上移开,允许弹簧指22d抬高制动元件22,由此使制动件22c与凹槽38脱离(图7),并且允许滑动件18在接纳件20中移动。但是,杆32从图5位置摆动到图6位置中时,偏心件32c导致连接件28被向外拉出,由此导致连接件28抵抗弹簧指22d的力而拉动制动元件22,并且压缩弹簧指22d,从而制动件22c接合在一对凹槽38中(图8)。由于上止点肘接(toggling)杆,杆被保持在适当的位置且与固定的制动件接合。在锁定位置中,由于位于包围物30内,防止意外释放该锁定。
如前文所述,图16和17示出了变型的长度调节机构16,该长度调节机构16在操作上与已经描述的相同。该实施例的主要不同在于:上文提及的缺少任选的手柄,以及股骨臂5'被不同地构造用于后操作支架。图17还示出了,当不需要更精确调节时,可以设置更少的凹槽38。
图18示出了变型的包围物130,包围物130具有用于锁定机构的变型的锁定杆131。包围物130和锁定杆131与在图11(a)和11(b)以及图14(a)到(d)中所示的相应构造的主要不同分别在于:在锁定杆131中设置开口131c,并且在包围物130中设置协同开口130c,用于一旦由医生进行设定,就固定长度调节机构116的长度。特别地,当锁定杆131在向下的位置中(例如图6和16示出)将调节器锁定在设定的位置中时,能够将紧固螺钉紧固为延伸穿过包围物130的开口130c进入到锁定杆131内的开口131c中,由此防止锁定杆131被抬高,并且防止医生或用户意外重新设定由医生设定的调节器的位置。
图19和20是另一变型的长度调节器的内侧和外侧的透视图,该长度调节器在操作上与上文已经描述的那些长度调节器相同。该实施例的主要不同在于:滑动件118的属性、制动元件122以及为接纳件120设置盖板。
首先,为了更充分地稳定滑动件118,代替例如图4、7和8中示出的支架,在该优选的装置中,盖板140附接到股骨臂5,在接纳件120上延伸而形成通道,滑动件118能够在该通道内移动,并且当锁定杆131拉动制动元件122时,使由于施加的张紧力引起的弯曲最小化。
另外,制动元件122的构造与图12中示出的不同,板122a为矩形而非圆形,代替从界限孔22b的壁的侧面突伸的弹簧指22d,弯曲的板状构件被形成为板122a的延伸部分。该结构更容易生产,并且是将制动件122c抬高而与滑动件118的凹槽138脱离的有效方式。在这一点上,如从图20中更容易见到,代替图12中示出的大的半圆形制动件22c,制动元件122设置有多个更小的制动件122c,更小的制动件122c能够与滑动件118的互补的更小凹槽138接合,由此提供更精确的调节度。

Claims (5)

1.一种膝关节支架,其中一对股骨臂中的至少一个股骨臂具有长度调节机构,所述长度调节机构包括:
滑动件,所述滑动件连接到所述至少一个股骨臂的第一部分,所述滑动件具有轨道,多对制动凹槽沿着所述轨道的长度间隔开,
接纳件,所述接纳件连接到所述至少一个股骨臂的第二部分,并且所述滑动件能够在长度方向上移位,用于改变所述至少一个股骨臂的长度,
制动元件,所述制动元件被接纳在所述滑动件的所述轨道中,所述制动机构具有至少一对制动件,所述至少一对制动件能够接合在至少一对制动凹槽中,用于固定所述至少一个股骨臂的部件的相对于彼此的位置,以及
肘节机构,所述肘节机构连接到所述制动元件,并且所述肘节机构具有第一位置和第二位置,在所述第一位置中,所述至少一对制动件锁定接合在所述至少一对制动凹槽中,并且在第二位置中,释放所述至少一对制动件,用于使其移动而从至少一对制动凹槽脱离,以便能够调节所述至少一个股骨臂的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节支架,其中所述制动元件具有偏置构件,所述偏置构件能够与所述轨道接合,用于当所述肘节机构移动进入到所述第二位置时,迫使所述制动件从所述制动凹槽脱离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节支架,其中所述偏置构件包括连接到所述制动元件的弹簧指或者板状构件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节支架,其中所述至少一对制动件包括多对制动件,并且所述至少一对制动槽包括多对制动槽,所述多对制动件能够与所述多对制动槽接合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节支架,还包括盖板,所述盖板连接到所述至少一个股骨臂的第二部分,使得以下述方式覆盖所述接纳件,即,形成通道,所述滑动件能够在所述通道内移动。
