Abstract
本发明属于机载供氧技术,涉及一种机载氧气系统氧气释放指示器。其特征在于:它由壳体(1)、彩色塑料膜片(2)和挡圈(3)构成。本发明提供了一种结构简单、体积小、重量轻、工作稳定可靠的机载氧气系统氧气释放指示器;使飞行员能够用肉眼观察到是否进行了放气动作。

技术领域
本发明属于机载供氧技术,涉及一种机载氧气系统氧气释放指示器。
背景技术
当机载氧气系统内的压力超压时,需要将压力进行释放。目前机载氧气系统的氧气释放采用的是安全活门,当氧气系统内的压力达到安全活门打开压力时自动进行氧气的释放。其缺点是:不能用肉眼观察到是否进行了放气动作,使飞行员难以确认机载氧气系统内的压力是否处于正常范围内。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种结构简单、体积小、重量轻、工作稳定可靠的机载氧气系统氧气释放指示器,以便使飞行员能够用肉眼观察到是否进行了放气动作。
本发明的技术方案是:一种机载氧气系统氧气释放指示器,其特征在于:它由壳体1、彩色塑料膜片2和挡圈3构成;壳体1上带有安装法兰1b,在壳体1的上表面有一个圆形凸台1a,在壳体1的下表面有带外螺纹的接嘴1c,壳体1的贯通内孔为两级台阶孔,该两级台阶孔的孔径从上到下依次减小,最上面直径最大的孔是安装孔1d,在安装孔1d的内圆柱面上有环形的挡圈安装槽,邻接安装孔1d的是蓄压孔1e,最下面直径最小的孔是接嘴内孔1f,彩色塑料膜片2安装在安装孔1d内,彩色塑料膜片2的下表面与安装孔1d和蓄压孔1e之间的台阶端面贴合,挡圈3安装在挡圈安装槽内压住彩色塑料膜片2上表面的边缘。
本发明的优点是:提供了一种结构简单、体积小、重量轻、工作稳定可靠的机载氧气系统氧气释放指示器;使飞行员能够用肉眼观察到是否进行了放氧动作。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步详细说明。参见图1,一种机载氧气系统氧气释放指示器,其特征在于:它由壳体1、彩色塑料膜片2和挡圈3构成;壳体1上带有安装法兰1b,在壳体1的上表面有一个圆形凸台1a,在壳体1的下表面有带外螺纹的接嘴1c,壳体1的贯通内孔为两级台阶孔,该两级台阶孔的孔径从上到下依次减小,最上面直径最大的孔是安装孔1d,在安装孔1d的内圆柱面上有环形的挡圈安装槽,邻接安装孔1d的是蓄压孔1e,最下面直径最小的孔是接嘴内孔1f,彩色塑料膜片2安装在安装孔1d内,彩色塑料膜片2的下表面与安装孔1d和蓄压孔1e之间的台阶端面贴合,挡圈3安装在挡圈安装槽内压住彩色塑料膜片2上表面的边缘。
所说的彩色塑料膜片2的厚度为0.4mm~0.7mm。
本发明的工作原理是:机载氧气系统氧气释放指示器的安装法兰1b固定在飞机蒙皮上,指示器的接嘴1c通过管路与安全活门的出气口连通。当安全活门释放压力时,气体通过接嘴内孔1f进入蓄压孔1e,若输入气体压力大于彩色膜片2最大承受力时,彩色膜片2发生爆破,气路导通,实现氧气的释放,同时彩色膜片脱离壳体1,使飞行员能直观地看到氧气释放动作。
本发明的一个实施例,所说的彩色塑料膜片2的厚度为0.6mm,当输入气体压力不小于0.7MPa时,彩色膜片2发生爆破。

1.一种机载氧气系统氧气释放指示器,其特征在于:它由壳体(1)、彩色塑料膜片(2)和挡圈(3)构成;壳体(1)上带有安装法兰(1b),在壳体(1)的上表面有一个圆形凸台(1a),在壳体(1)的下表面有带外螺纹的接嘴(1c),壳体(1)的贯通内孔为两级台阶孔,该两级台阶孔的孔径从上到下依次减小,最上面直径最大的孔是安装孔(1d),在安装孔(1d)的内圆柱面上有环形的挡圈安装槽,邻接安装孔(1d)的是蓄压孔(1e),最下面直径最小的孔是接嘴内孔(1f),彩色塑料膜片(2)安装在安装孔(1d)内,彩色塑料膜片(2)的下表面与安装孔(1d)和蓄压孔(1e)之间的台阶端面贴合,挡圈(3)安装在挡圈安装槽内压住彩色塑料膜片(2)上表面的边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机载氧气系统氧气释放指示器,其特征在于:所说的彩色塑料膜片(2)的厚度为0.4mm~0.7mm。
