本发明公开了一种ABS颗粒上料器的换向器，所述的ABS颗粒上料器的换向器包含一中空的换向盘和一换向手柄，所述的换向盘的底部设有一环形的密封胶圈，一固定螺杆分别贯穿所述的换向盘和密封胶圈，并与一支撑轴承座相连接，所述的换向盘的边缘设有一对弧形的换向斜槽，所述的密封胶圈的侧壁上设有一卡合环槽。本发明的ABS颗粒上料器的换向器利用换向盘上的一对弧形的换向斜槽，如果使用者需要进行换料生产，仅仅需要拨动换向手柄，使得上料器中的气道拨片的方向发送改变，即可以让上料器进行换料，简单方便，仅仅一台上料器即可以完成，大大降低了生产成本。该ABS颗粒上料器的换向器结构简单，改造方便，实用性强。

本发明涉及一种塑料挤出设备，更确切地说，是一种ABS颗粒上料器的换向器。
背景技术
在挤出机进行生产时，需要利用上料器将料槽中的ABS颗粒抽至挤出机的料仓中。由于不同的产品需要不同的ABS颗粒配方，因此，使用者需要准备多套上料器来进行上料，成本较高。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种ABS颗粒上料器的换向器。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种ABS颗粒上料器的换向器，所述的ABS颗粒上料器的换向器包含一中空的换向盘和一换向手柄，所述的换向盘的底部设有一环形的密封胶圈，一固定螺杆分别贯穿所述的换向盘和密封胶圈，并与一支撑轴承座相连接，所述的换向盘的边缘设有一对弧形的换向斜槽，所述的密封胶圈的侧壁上设有一卡合环槽。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的密封胶圈为硅胶制成。
本发明的ABS颗粒上料器的换向器利用换向盘上的一对弧形的换向斜槽，如果使用者需要进行换料生产，仅仅需要拨动换向手柄，使得上料器中的气道拨片的方向发送改变，即可以让上料器进行换料，简单方便，仅仅一台上料器即可以完成，大大降低了生产成本。该ABS颗粒上料器的换向器结构简单，改造方便，实用性强。

如图1至图4所示，本发明的ABS颗粒上料器的换向器1包含一中空的换向盘2和一换向手柄3，该换向盘2的底部设有一环形的密封胶圈4，一固定螺杆5分别贯穿该换向盘2和密封胶圈4，并与一支撑轴承座6相连接，该换向盘2的边缘设有一对弧形的换向斜槽21，该密封胶圈4的侧壁上设有一卡合环槽41。
该密封胶圈4为硅胶制成。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种ABS颗粒上料器的换向器，其特征在于，所述的ABS颗粒上料器的换向器（1）包含一中空的换向盘（2）和一换向手柄（3），所述的换向盘（2）的底部设有一环形的密封胶圈（4），一固定螺杆（5）分别贯穿所述的换向盘（2）和密封胶圈（4），并与一支撑轴承座（6）相连接，所述的换向盘（2）的边缘设有一对弧形的换向斜槽（21），所述的密封胶圈（4）的侧壁上设有一卡合环槽（41）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的ABS颗粒上料器的换向器，其特征在于，所述的密封胶圈（4）为硅胶制成。
