 本发明涉及一种盖子，特别涉及一种扇形盖子。
背景技术
盖子是指器皿、敞口物品顶部的遮盖器物，一般为圆形或方形，能够遮蔽灰尘和污染物。 马口铁盖及塑料盖，印刷商标专利盖，各类铝盖、吕塑结合盖等。盒子：可以装东西，可以拿起放下且移动的一种物体。一方面盒子用来盛放物品，另一方面盒子也为了方便物品的运输，增加产品的美观。现有的盖子结构简单，不具有散热功能，且安装不方便。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种安装方便，使用方便，具有散热功能的扇形盖子。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种扇形盖子，包括由塑料材料制成的盖体，所述盖体呈扇形形状，盖体连接有连接块，连接块与盖体为一体结构，盖体上设有安装柱，盖体上设有加强块，加强块中设有若干散热孔，散热孔为梯形形状，盖体的边缘上设有翻边，翻边中设有第一散热槽与第二散热槽，连接块上设有卡柱，连接块上设有卡槽。
进一步地，所述连接块上设有凹槽。
进一步地，所述连接块呈矩形形状。
进一步地，所述加强块与盖体为一体结构。
进一步地，所述第一散热槽与第二散热槽的形状大小相同。
采用上述技术方案的扇形盖子，由于所述盖体呈扇形形状，盖体连接有连接块，连接块与盖体为一体结构，盖体上设有安装柱，盖体上设有加强块，加强块中设有若干散热孔，散热孔为梯形形状，盖体的边缘上设有翻边，翻边中设有第一散热槽与第二散热槽，连接块上设有卡柱，连接块上设有卡槽；所以通过安装柱与卡柱可以使该盖子安装在盒体上，通过翻边扣住盒体，该盖子与呈扇形形状的盒体匹配，第一散热槽与第二散热槽具有散热功能，散热孔可以进一步地使该盖子散热效率提高，卡槽可以方便观察看该盖子内的部件。由于所述连接块上设有凹槽，所以在不改变连接块强度的同时大大节省了材料。由于所述加强块与盖体为一体结构，所以连接强度增强。由于所述第一散热槽与第二散热槽的形状大小相同，所以散热均匀。

如图1至图2所示，一种扇形盖子，包括由塑料材料制成的盖体1，盖体1呈扇形形状，盖体1连接有连接块8，连接块8与盖体1为一体结构，盖体1上设有安装柱6，盖体1上设有加强块2，加强块2中设有若干散热孔7，散热孔7为梯形形状，盖体1的边缘上设有翻边3，翻边3中设有第一散热槽4与第二散热槽5，连接块8上设有卡柱9，连接块8上设有卡槽10，连接块8上设有凹槽11，连接块8呈矩形形状，加强块2与盖体1为一体结构，第一散热槽4与第二散热槽5的形状大小相同。
本发明扇形盖子，通过安装柱6与卡柱9可以使该盖子安装在盒体上，通过翻边3扣住盒体，该盖子与呈扇形形状的盒体匹配，保证了密闭性，第一散热槽4与第二散热槽5具有散热功能，散热孔7可以进一步地使该盖子散热效率提高，卡槽10可以方便观察看该盖子内的部件。
