本发明公开了一种激光拼焊磨具,包括底板,支架,刀具机构,所述刀具机构包括刀架、刀架两侧对称设置的刀具以及设置在刀架内且带动刀具往返直线运动的传动机构,所述支架上设置有用于驱动刀具机构上下移动的驱动部件,所述底板两侧设置有一对固定待焊钢板的异形压条,所述异形压条连接有驱动其左右移动的驱动部件,所述底板上位于刀具正下方还开设有一条凹槽,所述凹槽中间设置有用于检测焊缝大小的传感器,所述激光拼焊磨具通过刀具机构对两侧的待焊钢板同时打磨,保证了打磨效果一致,并通过传感器检测,保证了两块钢板打磨后能有较高的配合度,提高拼焊后的焊接质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及激光拼焊领域,尤其设计一种激光拼焊磨具。
背景技术
激光拼焊是将两张或两张以上不同厚度或不同材质的钢板通过激光焊接成一整块的毛坯件,在进行拼焊过程中两块用于拼焊的钢板的待焊接边的粗糙程度和配合程度,直接影响焊接的质量,如果两块钢板配合度差,会降价焊接的强度,甚至可能产生焊板开裂的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供可将两块钢板打磨成配合度较高的钢板的激光拼焊磨具。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种激光拼焊磨具,包括底板,支架,刀具机构,所述刀具机构包括刀架、刀架两侧对称设置的刀具以及设置在刀架内且带动刀具往返直线运动以对待焊钢板焊接边进行打磨的传动机构,所述支架上设置有用于驱动刀具机构上下移动的驱动部件,所述底板两侧设置有一对固定待焊钢板的异形压条,所述异形压条连接有驱动其左右移动的驱动部件,所述底板上位于刀具正下方还开设有一条凹槽,所述凹槽中间设置有用于检测焊缝大小的传感器。
进一步的,所述凹槽内对称的设置有两块隔板,将凹槽分割为中间的传感器槽和两侧的废料槽。
进一步的,所述驱动部件均为驱动气缸或驱动油缸。
本发明的有益效果为:所述激光拼焊磨具,支架上连接的刀具机构的机架 两侧对称的设置有刀具,可同时对底板上固定的两块钢板进行打磨,不但打磨效率高,且可以保证打磨效果一致,且所述底板的凹槽内设置有检测焊缝的传感器,打磨结束后,可通过驱动部件将两块钢板拼接起来,通过传感器检测焊缝大小,从而得出两块钢板的配合度好坏,如焊缝较大,可进一步打磨,并检测,直到达标为止,另外所述凹槽通过隔板将废料槽和放置传感器的槽分开,防止打磨产生的废料对传感器检测产生影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1至图3所示,所述激光拼焊磨具包括底板1、支架2和刀具机构3,所述底板1的左右两侧对称的设置有一对固定待焊钢板的异形压条5,所述异形压条5均连接有驱动其左右移动的驱动气缸4,用于将异形压条5上固定的待焊钢板拼合或分开,所述固定在底板1上的支架2上固定有用于驱动刀具机构3上下移动的驱动气缸4,所述驱动气缸4的驱动轴穿过支架2并与刀具机构3的刀架31固定连接,所述刀具机构3还包括刀架31两侧对称设置的刀具32和设置在刀架31内且驱动刀具32前后往返直线运动以对待焊钢板焊接边进行打磨的传动机构,所述刀具机构3的正下方的底板1上还开有一凹槽11,所述凹槽11中间设置有一检测将两块待焊钢板拼合时焊缝大小的传感器6,凹槽11内传 感器6的两侧各设置有一块隔板7,通过两块隔板7将凹槽11分为中间的传感器槽和两侧的废料槽,所述打磨时产生的废料进入废料槽,防止打磨废料对传感器检测产生影响。
所述激光拼焊磨具使用时,先将两块待焊的钢板通过底板1上设置的异形压条5进行固定,驱动气缸4驱动异形压条5带动待焊钢板拼合在一起,通过凹槽11内的传感器6进行检测,如果焊缝检测不达标,则先驱动异形压条5带动待焊钢板分开,使待焊钢板的焊接边位于凹槽11内,再由固定在支架2上的驱动气缸4驱动刀具机构3下降,对两侧的焊接边同时进行打磨,打磨一段时间后,将刀具机构3升起,再次将待焊钢板拼合,并通过传感器6进行检测,检测不达标继续打磨,反之、如果检测达标,则可进行下一步继续焊接。
所述激光拼焊磨具所用的驱动气缸4均可由驱动油缸代替。

1.一种激光拼焊磨具,包括底板、支架、刀具机构,所述刀具机构包括刀架、刀架两侧对称设置的刀具以及设置在刀架内且带动刀具往返直线运动以对待焊钢板焊接边进行打磨的传动机构,其特征在于:所述支架上设置有用于驱动刀具机构上下移动的驱动部件,所述底板两侧设置有一对固定待焊钢板的异形压条,所述异形压条连接有驱动其左右移动的驱动部件,所述底板上位于刀具正下方还开设有一条凹槽,所述凹槽中间设置有用于检测焊缝大小的传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光拼焊磨具,其特征在于:所述凹槽内对称的设置有两块隔板,将凹槽分割为中间的传感器槽和两侧的废料槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的激光拼焊磨具,其特征在于:所述驱动部件均为驱动气缸或驱动油缸。
