Abstract

本发明涉及柴油机涡流燃烧室的一种连接通道,该通道的形状在其长度方向从上至下为渐缩变截面形状,扩大了涡流室内和主燃烧室内的混合区域,同时减轻了主燃烧室内燃气对气缸壁的碰撞和吹洗,从而减少了气体流动损失,改善了燃油与空气的混合过程和燃烧过程,降低了柴油机的比油耗,降低了烟度和NOx成分,还提高了柴油机的平均有效压力Pe。

Description

本发明涉及柴油机涡流燃烧室的一种连接通道。涡流燃烧室位于柴油机气缸盖底部,活塞之顶部,参见附图1,它由两部分组成,上部为燃烧腔(1),下部为连接通道(2)。此外,主燃烧室是由活塞(4)与气缸(5)之间的余隙容积(3)组成,连接通道(2)将涡流室的燃烧腔(1)与主燃烧室(3)沟通。压缩过程中,压缩空气由主燃烧室(3)经此通道(2)进入燃烧腔(1)形成有组织的涡流运动,加强了混合气的形成。燃烧过程中燃气由燃烧腔(1)经此通道(2)进入主燃烧室(3),加强了主燃烧室内(3)的第二次混合。由于气流高速经过通道(2),产生强烈的节流面损耗能量。由此可见连接通道的结构形式对混合气的形成和燃烧、对能量的有效利用和工作性能起着重要作用。
目前国内外柴油机涡流燃烧室的连接通道截面形状有多种型式,如平键型(见附图1,A向视图的上图)、和豆形(见附图1,A向视图的下图),且沿通道长度方向为等截面形状。于1988年2月7日公开的题为“涡流燃烧室镶块”86105755号申请专利公开了另一种涡流燃烧室镶块的连接通道,它在其长度方向自上至下为渐扩的园弧截面形状,能使燃气沿渐扩的连接通道喷至主燃烧室。本发明是又一种形式的涡流燃烧室连接通道。
下面将结合附图2对本发明详细描述如下:
附图2所示涡流燃烧室连接通道(2)的形状特点是通道长度L方向从上至下为渐缩的变截面形状其目的是使柴油机在压缩过程中压缩气流经通道沿渐扩的截面进入燃烧室腔,增大了燃油和空气的空间混合区域,並能使较多的燃油滴达到燃烧室腔(1)的壁面。在燃烧过程中使燃气沿渐缩的通道(2)更集中地喷向主燃烧室(3),並沿活塞(4)的凹槽分岔进入主燃烧室,它一方面扩大了在主燃烧室(3)内的二次混合区域。同时又减轻燃气对气缸(5)壁面的碰撞和吹洗。而86105755号申请的气体流动过程与本发明相反。因此其高负荷排烟浓度较高,平均有效压力较低。另外本发明与附图1中等截面通道相比也具有能量损失少,排烟浓度低,废气中NOX含量低。平均有效压力高、工作柔和等优点。
本发明的通道(2)可用机械加工的方法制成,它比等截面的通道要增加一道加工渐缩口的工序。若采用精密铸造的方法加工通道(2)可大大节约加工工时,工艺也很简单。
本发明在S195柴油机上验证。柴油机的标定点比油耗、部分负荷比油耗较原机的等截面通道低2~5克/马力·小时。平均有效压力Pe有所提高。排气成分中NOX含量也减小。

Claims (2)

1、柴油机涡流燃烧室的连接通道,其特征是各种截面形状连接通道的长度L方向从上至下为渐缩的变截面形状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的连接通道其特征是形成各种截面形状和变截面形状所采用的精密铸造加工方法。
