Description

Air conditioner control system and method for controlling operation of air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electric power, in particular to an air conditioner control system and a method for controlling the operation of an air conditioner.
Background
With the rapid increase of the economy of China, the power consumption of various industries is also increased. Particularly in summer, the contradiction between power supply and demand is particularly prominent due to the use of refrigeration equipment such as an air conditioner. At present, the shortage of power supply mainly manifests as low load rate of a power grid (i.e. the ratio of the average load of the power grid to the designed maximum load of the power grid), large peak-valley difference of the load of the power grid, serious shortage of peak power and the like. In order to solve the problem of power supply shortage as much as possible, while increasing the power input, the limited power can be effectively used by means of improving the power utilization efficiency, transferring peak load, and the like by reasonably implementing demand side management.
One conventional method is to connect an air conditioning control system to a power dispatching system, so that the air conditioning control system can obtain a power grid load of the power dispatching system, and centrally and uniformly control the operating states (such as on/off) of a plurality of controlled air conditioners according to the magnitude of the power grid load. For example, when the load of the power grid is greater than a certain value, the controlled air conditioner is controlled to be switched into a preset load reduction running state (a closing state or a speed reduction and frequency reduction running state); when the load of the power grid is reduced and is lower than a certain value, the control on the controlled air conditioner is released, so that the load of the power grid is kept relatively stable, and the purposes of peak regulation and energy saving are achieved.
However, the inventor of the present invention finds that, in practical application, the existing air conditioning control mode makes the power grid easy to damage and affects the equipment connected to the power grid; after analysis, the reason is found to be that the centralized unified control mode treats all the controlled air conditioners in the controlled area uniformly, controls all the controlled air conditioners to switch to load reduction operation and releases the control on all the controlled air conditioners; when the control of each controlled air conditioner is released at the same time, a new power utilization peak can be caused, the impact on a power grid is large, the abnormality of power utilization equipment can be caused, and a tripping phenomenon can be caused in a part of areas to influence the power utilization of users.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a method for controlling the operation of the air conditioner to prevent the power grid from being greatly impacted.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of examples of preferred embodiments. It should be noted, however, that the numerous details set forth in the description are merely for the purpose of providing the reader with a thorough understanding of one or more aspects of the present invention, which may be practiced without these specific details.
As used in this application, the terms "module," "system," and the like are intended to include a computer-related entity, such as but not limited to hardware, firmware, a combination of hardware and software, or software in execution. For example, a module may be, but is not limited to: a process running on a processor, an object, an executable, a thread of execution, a program, and/or a computer. For example, an application running on a computing device and the computing device may both be a module. One or more modules may reside within a process and/or thread of execution and a module may be localized on one computer and/or distributed between two or more computers.
In the technical scheme of the invention, before the peak load period of the power grid is reached, the peak load control of the power grid is carried out on some air conditioners (the air conditioners are controlled to enter a load reduction running state) according to the monitored power grid load of the power grid dispatching system; after the load peak period of the power grid passes, the air conditioners are subjected to the control-releasing recovery operation in batches; thereby avoiding new power consumption peak caused by centralized control of each controlled air conditioner; further, the impact on the power grid can be avoided, and the situations that the power utilization equipment is abnormal and the user cannot normally use the power due to a new power utilization peak are avoided.
The technical scheme of the invention is explained in detail in the following with the accompanying drawings. The architecture diagram of the air conditioner control system arranged in the power grid dispatching system in the embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 1, and specifically comprises the following steps: air conditioner operation control device 101, electric wire netting load monitoring device 102.
After receiving the start notification sent by the air conditioner operation control device 101, the grid load monitoring device 102 monitors grid load information of the grid dispatching system.
After the regulation start time is reached, the air conditioner operation control device 101 determines a power grid control strategy at a power grid load peak period according to the power grid load monitored by the power grid load monitoring device 102, and performs power grid load peak control on each controlled air conditioner related to the power grid control strategy; and after the adjustable control end time is up, gradually releasing the control of each controlled air conditioner according to a preset control releasing strategy.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a flow of a method for controlling an air conditioner to operate according to grid load information acquired by the system in an air conditioner control system specifically includes the following steps:
s201: and after the regulation and control starting time is up, the air-conditioning control system monitors the power grid load of the power grid dispatching system.
Specifically, the regulation start time is a time point set before the start time of the load peak period of the power grid; for example half an hour before the start time of the peak load period of the grid. The peak period of the power grid load is determined by the air conditioner operation control device 101 in the air conditioner control system according to a power grid load-time curve recorded in the power grid dispatching system, and specifically, a time period in the power grid load-time curve, in which the power grid load is higher than a set threshold, may be determined as the peak period of the power grid load. Alternatively, the grid load peak period is specified by the superordinate unit.
The air conditioner operation control device 101 in the air conditioner control system can determine the regulation start time and the regulation end time according to the information of the grid load peak period (including the start time and the end time of the grid load peak period), and sends a start notice to the grid load monitoring device 102 in the air conditioner control system after the regulation start time is reached; and after receiving the starting notice, the power grid load monitoring device monitors the power grid load of the power grid dispatching system.
S202: and the air-conditioning control system determines a power grid control strategy in the peak period of the power grid load according to the monitored power grid load.
Specifically, one method for determining the power grid control strategy during the peak period of the power grid load by the air conditioner operation control device 101 in the air conditioner control system according to the power grid load monitored by the power grid load monitoring device 102 in the air conditioner control system is as follows: comparing the monitored power grid load with a preset load early warning value; if the monitored power grid load is larger than the load early warning value, determining the number (not zero) of controlled air conditioners related to the power grid control strategy and related controlled air conditioners according to the difference value of the monitored power grid load and the load early warning value; generally, the larger the difference between the monitored power grid load and the load early warning value is, the larger the number of controlled air conditioners related to the determined power grid control strategy is. And if the monitored power grid load is less than or equal to the load early warning value, determining that the power grid control strategy is not to perform power grid load peak control, namely the number of the related controlled air conditioners is zero.
Wherein, the technical personnel in the field can set the load early warning value in advance according to the actual demand. For example, the grid load when the grid voltage is lower than the standard grid voltage set value is determined as the load early warning value.
S203: and the air conditioner control system performs power grid load peak control on each controlled air conditioner related to the power grid control strategy so as to reduce the power grid load.
Specifically, the air conditioner control system controls each controlled air conditioner related to the power grid control strategy to be switched into a load reduction operation state so as to reduce the power grid load of the power grid dispatching system, and obtains the current operation state of the controlled air conditioner to be used as the operation state of the controlled air conditioner before regulation and control for recording. The controlled air conditioner is controlled to be switched into a load reduction operation state, namely the controlled air conditioner is controlled to be turned off, or the controlled air conditioner is controlled to be in a speed reduction and frequency reduction (namely the set speed and the set frequency are reduced) operation. And when the controlled air conditioner is subjected to power grid load peak control, for each controlled air conditioner related to the established control strategy, acquiring the operation state of the controlled air conditioner at the current time as the operation state before the control of the controlled air conditioner, and recording the operation state.
In practical application, generally, an air conditioner control system groups the controlled air conditioners related to the determined power grid control strategy, and one grouping method is to randomly divide a set number of the controlled air conditioners into one group; for example, 10 controlled air conditioners are randomly divided into one group.
The other grouping method is that for each controlled air conditioner, the weight of the controlled air conditioner is determined according to the average power consumption and the average load of the controlled air conditioner in a plurality of times of power grid load peak periods before the current power grid load peak period; after the weights of the controlled air conditioners are sorted, the set number of controlled air conditioners are divided into a group in sequence from front to back. Specifically, if the average power consumption of a controlled air conditioner in several grid load peak periods in the historical period is x, and the average load of the controlled air conditioner in several grid load peak periods in the historical period is y, the weight F of the controlled air conditioner may be: f ═ kx + hy; and k is a weight coefficient of the average power consumption of the controlled air conditioner in the historical grid load peak period, and h is a weight coefficient of the average load of the controlled air conditioner in the historical grid load peak period. The larger the average power consumption and the average load of the controlled air conditioner are, the larger the weight of the controlled air conditioner is. In this way, after the weights of the controlled air conditioners are determined, the weights of the controlled air conditioners are sorted, and a set number of the controlled air conditioners are sequentially divided into one group from front to back, for example, the controlled air conditioners with the sorting order of 1-10 are divided into one group, the controlled air conditioners with the sorting order of 11-20 are divided into one group, and the like.
S204: and after the regulation and control ending time is up, the air conditioner control system carries out the operation of the controlled recovery on a group of controlled air conditioners at set time intervals.
Specifically, the regulation and control end time is a time point set after the end time of the load peak period of the power grid; for example half an hour after the end time of the peak load period of the grid. In this step, after the control end time is reached, the air-conditioning operation control device 101 in the air-conditioning control system performs the control release recovery operation on a group of controlled air conditioners at set time intervals, specifically: and for each controlled air conditioner in the group of controlled air conditioners, controlling the controlled air conditioner to be switched into the pre-control operation state of the controlled air conditioner according to the recorded pre-control operation state of the controlled air conditioner.
Further, after the control end time is reached, the air-conditioning operation control device 101 in the air-conditioning control system performs the control-releasing recovery operation on a group of controlled air conditioners at set time intervals, which may further be: and after determining the control-releasing recovery sequence of each group of controlled air conditioners according to the preset priority of each group of controlled air conditioners, performing control-releasing recovery operation on one group of controlled air conditioners at intervals of a set time period according to the determined control-releasing recovery sequence. Wherein, the higher the priority, the more forward the control-releasing recovery sequence; and the set time period may specifically be 5 minutes, or 10 minutes.
In fact, the priority of each group of controlled air conditioners may be set empirically by those skilled in the art. In addition, if the controlled air conditioners are grouped based on the weight of the controlled air conditioners, the priority of each group of controlled air conditioners may be: an air conditioner operation control device 101 in the air conditioner control system sets the priority of the group of controlled air conditioners according to the average value of the weights of the controlled air conditioners in the group of controlled air conditioners; that is, the larger the average value of the weights of the respective controlled air conditioners in a group of controlled air conditioners, the lower the priority of the group of controlled air conditioners. Therefore, the weight of the controlled air conditioner can reflect the power consumption and the load of the controlled air conditioner in the power grid load peak period of the historical period, and generally, the longer the time after the power grid load peak period is finished, the lower the power grid load is, therefore, the mode of performing the controlled recovery operation on the controlled air conditioner group with the high priority first and then performing the controlled recovery operation on the controlled air conditioner group with the low priority is adopted, namely, the controlled air conditioner with the low power consumption and the low load is firstly subjected to controlled recovery, and then the mode of performing the controlled recovery on the controlled air conditioner with the high power consumption and the high load is adopted, so that the situation that a new power consumption peak appears just after the power grid load peak period and a large impact is caused to the power grid can be avoided, and due to the existence of the stepped power price, the mode can save the power consumption cost of the controlled air conditioners with the high power consumption and the high load as much as.
Further, after the regulation and control end time is reached, the air-conditioning operation control device 101 in the air-conditioning control system may send an end notification to the grid load monitoring device 102, and after the grid load monitoring device 102 receives the end notification, the monitoring of the grid load of the grid scheduling system is ended.
As shown in fig. 3, the internal structure block diagram of the air conditioner operation control device 101 specifically includes: the system comprises a regulation and control time monitoring module 301, a power grid control strategy determining module 302, a power grid load regulation and control module 303 and an air conditioner control and recovery module 304.

Further, the regulation and control time monitoring module 301 may also send an end notification to the grid load monitoring apparatus 102 after the regulation and control end time is reached.

Specifically, the grid load regulation and control module 304 is specifically configured to, for each controlled air conditioner related to the grid control policy, control the controlled air conditioner to be turned off or control the controlled air conditioner to perform speed reduction and frequency reduction operation, and obtain a current operation state of the controlled air conditioner, and record the current operation state as a pre-regulation operation state of the controlled air conditioner.

Further, the air-conditioning operation control device 101 may further include: an air conditioner grouping module 305 and a priority determination module 306.
The air conditioner grouping module 305 is configured to group the controlled air conditioners related to the grid control policy determined by the grid control policy determining module 302: for each controlled air conditioner, determining the weight of the controlled air conditioner according to the average power consumption and the average load of the controlled air conditioner in a plurality of times of power grid load peak periods before the current power grid load peak period; after the weights of the controlled air conditioners are sorted, the set number of controlled air conditioners are divided into a group in sequence from front to back.
The priority determining module 306 is configured to set, for each group of controlled air conditioners divided by the air conditioner grouping module 305, a priority of the group of controlled air conditioners according to a weighted average of the controlled air conditioners in the group of controlled air conditioners.
Correspondingly, the air conditioning control recovery module 304 is specifically configured to, after receiving the end notification sent by the control time monitoring module 301, determine a control removal recovery sequence of each group of controlled air conditioners according to the priority of each group of controlled air conditioners determined by the priority determination module 306, and then sequentially perform control removal recovery operation on one group of controlled air conditioners at intervals of a set time period according to the determined control removal recovery sequence.
In the technical scheme of the invention, after the regulation and control time is up, the air conditioner control system determines a power grid regulation and control strategy according to the power grid load of the power grid dispatching system, and performs power grid load peak control on the controlled air conditioner related to the power grid regulation and control strategy (controls the controlled air conditioner to enter a load reduction operation state); and after the regulation and control end time is up, the controlled air conditioners are subjected to the control-releasing recovery operation in batches, so that a new power utilization peak caused by centralized control of each controlled air conditioner is avoided, further impact on a power grid is avoided, and the situations that power utilization equipment is abnormal and users cannot normally use power due to the new power utilization peak are avoided.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.
