Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling power supply of an air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s10: and under the condition that the current of the air conditioner is higher than the current threshold value, if the voltage drop value of the air conditioner is larger than a preset value, controlling the solar energy storage device and an external power supply of the air conditioner to supply power to the air conditioner.
Wherein, the solar energy storage device is electrically connected with the air conditioner.
The solar energy storage device is used for converting solar energy into electric energy to be stored. The solar energy storage device comprises a solar panel and an energy storage component, wherein the solar panel is arranged in an outdoor environment with sufficient illumination and converts solar energy into electric energy, and the energy storage component charges by utilizing the energy generated by the solar panel and supplies power to the air conditioner under a specific condition.
When the voltage provided by the power grid is reduced, the air conditioner is in an undervoltage compensation state, the current of the air conditioner is relatively increased, and if the air conditioner is operated in the undervoltage compensation state for a long time, the internal temperature of the air conditioner is overhigh, so that the air conditioner is shut down.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the current of the air conditioner is higher than the current threshold value, the voltage drop value of the air conditioner is obtained, and if the voltage drop value of the air conditioner is larger than the preset value, the solar energy storage device and the external power supply of the air conditioner are controlled to supply power to the air conditioner together, so that the voltage of the air conditioner is compensated, the loss of the air conditioner caused by voltage fluctuation is effectively reduced, and the working effect of the air conditioner is improved.
The current threshold is the maximum current which can keep the air conditioner running normally, and different current thresholds are provided for different modes or set temperatures of the air conditioner. When the current of the air conditioner exceeds the current threshold value during operation, the air conditioner may be in an abnormal working state, which affects the working effect and even generates abnormal loss.
The preset value is the maximum voltage fluctuation value which can enable the air conditioner to keep normal operation, and when the voltage drop value of the air conditioner is larger than the preset value, the voltage fluctuation of the air conditioner is larger, and the operation of components of the air conditioner can be possibly influenced.
The power supply control method of the air conditioning system provided by the embodiment of the invention can acquire the current of the air conditioner in real time, and also can acquire the current of the air conditioner at intervals, for example, the current of the air conditioner is acquired every 1min, and whether the current exceeds a current threshold value is judged.
Under the condition that the current of the air conditioner is higher than the current threshold value, whether the current change of the air conditioner is caused by voltage fluctuation is judged by comparing the voltage drop value of the air conditioner with a preset value, if the voltage drop value of the air conditioner is larger than the preset value, the voltage of the air conditioner is compensated, and the solar energy storage device and an external power supply of the air conditioner supply power to the air conditioner together.
In another embodiment, under the condition that the current of the air conditioner is higher than the current threshold, if the voltage of the air conditioner is smaller than the voltage threshold, the solar energy storage device and the external power supply of the air conditioner are controlled to supply power to the air conditioner. And judging whether the current change of the air conditioner is caused by voltage fluctuation or not by comparing the voltage of the air conditioner with a voltage threshold value. The voltage threshold is the minimum voltage which can enable the air conditioner to keep normal operation, when the voltage of the air conditioner is smaller than the voltage threshold, the current change of the air conditioner is caused by voltage fluctuation, the voltage of the air conditioner is compensated at the moment, and the solar energy storage device and an external power supply of the air conditioner supply power to the air conditioner together.
According to the power supply control method of the air conditioning system, provided by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the current of the air conditioner is higher than the current threshold value, the voltage drop value of the air conditioner is determined to be larger than or equal to the preset value, and the solar energy storage device and the external power supply of the air conditioner are controlled to supply power to the air conditioner, so that the electric energy source of the air conditioner is increased, the voltage of the air conditioner is compensated, the influence of the voltage fluctuation of a power grid on the air conditioner is reduced, and the air conditioner can still normally run under the abnormal working condition.
The power supply control method of the air conditioning system provided by the embodiment of the invention can control the external power supplies of the solar energy storage device and the air conditioner to supply power to the same component, and can also control the external power supplies of the solar energy storage device and the air conditioner to supply power to different components respectively.
For example, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the controlling the solar energy storage device and the external power source of the air conditioner to supply power to the air conditioner comprises:
s11: and under the condition that the voltage of the air conditioner is less than the preset voltage, controlling the solar energy storage device to supply power to the power utilization part of the air conditioner, and controlling an external power supply of the air conditioner to supply power to a compressor of the air conditioner.
The electric parts include each electric load of the air conditioner, such as a compressor, a fan, a motor and other components.
The preset voltage is a preset voltage value, and when the voltage of the air conditioner is smaller than the preset voltage, the air conditioner is in a low-voltage running state, and the power supply of the air conditioner is insufficient.
Under the condition that the voltage drop value of the air conditioner is larger than the preset value, the voltage of the air conditioner is compared with the preset voltage, if the voltage of the air conditioner is smaller than the preset voltage, the solar energy storage device is controlled to supply power to power utilization components of the air conditioner, and in order to guarantee the working effect of the air conditioner, an external power supply of the air conditioner is controlled to supply power only to a compressor of the air conditioner, so that the influence on the refrigerating/heating effect of the air conditioner is reduced. That is, the compressor of the air conditioner is powered by the solar energy storage device and the external power supply together, and other electric loads except the compressor in the air conditioner are powered by the solar energy storage device.
And if the voltage of the air conditioner is smaller than the preset voltage, the voltage compensation demand is relatively high, so that the external power supply of the air conditioner is controlled to supply power only to the compressor of the air conditioner, the reduction of the energy consumption speed of the solar energy storage device is facilitated, the service time of the solar energy storage device is prolonged, and the power supply efficiency of the solar energy storage device is improved.
Of course, if the voltage of the air conditioner is less than the preset voltage, the solar energy storage device can be controlled to supply power only to the compressor of the air conditioner, the external power supply of the air conditioner is controlled to supply power to other electric loads except the compressor, and the air conditioner can be subjected to voltage compensation.
Further, control solar energy storage device and air conditioner's external power supply and supply power to the air conditioner, still include:
s12: and under the condition that the voltage of the air conditioner is greater than or equal to the preset voltage, controlling the solar energy storage device and the external power supply to supply power to the electric component.
Under the condition that the voltage drop value of the air conditioner is larger than the preset value, if the voltage of the air conditioner is larger than or equal to the preset voltage, the voltage of the air conditioner drops, but the influence on the operation of the air conditioner is relatively small, and the voltage compensation demand is relatively low, so that the energy consumption of the solar energy storage device is also low, and therefore the solar energy storage device and the external power supply are controlled to jointly supply power to all power loads of the air conditioner so as to perform voltage compensation on the air conditioner.
Further, the preset voltage is greater than or equal to 180V and less than or equal to 186V. For example, the preset voltage may be 180V, 183V, 186V, etc.
The preset value is more than or equal to 10V and less than or equal to 15V. For example, the preset value may be 10V, 13V, 15V, or the like.
In one embodiment, according to fig. 3, when the air conditioning system is in operation, the air conditioning system power supply control is performed according to the following steps:
step S20: judging whether the current of the air conditioner is higher than a current threshold value, if so, executing step S21, otherwise, executing step S22;
step S21: judging whether the voltage drop value of the air conditioner is larger than a preset value, if so, executing step S23, otherwise, executing step S22;
step S22: controlling the air conditioner to continue to operate according to the current line;
step S23: judging whether the voltage of the air conditioner is smaller than a preset voltage, if so, executing step S24, otherwise, executing step S25;
step S24: controlling the solar energy storage device to supply power to the power utilization part of the air conditioner, and controlling an external power supply of the air conditioner to supply power to a compressor of the air conditioner;
step S25: and controlling the solar energy storage device and the external power supply to supply power to the electric component.
By utilizing the process, the electric energy source of the air conditioner is increased, the voltage of the air conditioner is compensated, the influence of the voltage fluctuation of a power grid on the air conditioner is reduced, and the air conditioner can still normally operate under the abnormal working condition.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a power supply control device of the air conditioning system, which comprises a control unit, wherein the control unit is used for controlling the solar energy storage device and an external power supply of the air conditioner to supply power to the air conditioner under the condition that the current of the air conditioner is higher than the current threshold value and if the voltage drop value of the air conditioner is greater than the preset value.
