本发明公开了一种具有手动应急驱动结构的耐磨蝶阀,包括蝶阀、偏摆式驱动机构、动力缸和手动应急机构;偏摆式驱动机构设置在蝶阀顶端;动力缸连接在偏摆式驱动机构的右端;手动应急机构包括手轮、衬套、限位螺钉,手轮与动力缸活塞杆同轴线;活塞杆左端杆身外壁设有矩形螺纹,与手轮螺纹连接;衬套间隙套合在手轮向右延伸的轴套上;衬套固定连接在壳体左端;手轮轴套外壁设有径向环槽,限位螺钉径向贯穿衬套外壁,其端部伸入手轮轴套外壁的径向环槽中,构成手轮轴向限位结构;蝶阀阀板的密封表面上设有耐磨层。本发明结构简单,制造成本低,操作快捷、方便,手动应急驱动时能将蝶阀固定在需要的开启位置,阀板耐磨性好,蝶阀使用寿命长。

具有手动应急驱动结构的耐磨蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压或气动驱动的蝶阀,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种设有手动应急机构的蝶阀。
背景技术
液压或气动驱动的蝶阀因具有省力、操作方便的特点,被广泛应用于船舶管网中或一些需远程控制的工业管网中,现有液压或气动驱动的蝶阀在正常状态下,可以实现远程控制介质的流通或截止,但在停电时,因无动力驱动,则无法改变阀门的工作状态。此时,如需改变阀门的工作状态,则需将液压或气动驱动装置拆除,然后手动转动阀杆,改变蝶阀的工作状态,但这一过程费时、费事,及时性差。中国专利公开号CN201582408U的专利“蝶阀手动应急驱动装置”中公开了一种蝶阀手动应急驱动装置:由齿轮齿条机构实现手动应急驱动,这种结构可以实现蝶阀的应急驱动,但其缺陷在于:齿轮齿条机构结构复杂,制造精度高,制造成本高。中国专利公开号CN201582407U的专利“蝶阀应急手动结构”中公开了另一种蝶阀手动应急驱动装置:由螺旋机构实现手动应急驱动,这种结构可以实现蝶阀的应急驱动,但其缺陷在于:需手动应急驱动前需将人工螺旋机构螺杆轴与活塞杆螺纹连接,无需手动应急驱动时,还需人工将螺旋机构螺杆轴与活塞杆脱开,这样操作十分复杂,费时费事,遇到紧急情况时容易误事。另外,这两个专利的技术方案中,均无法在手动应急驱动时将蝶阀开启固定在需要的位置。另一方面,现有技术的蝶阀阀板密封表面磨损较快,直接影响着蝶阀的密封性和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种结构简单,制造成本低,操作快捷、方便,手动应急驱动时能将蝶阀固定在需要的开启位置,阀板耐磨性好的具有手动应急驱动结构的耐磨蝶阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
具有手动应急驱动结构的耐磨蝶阀,包括蝶阀、偏摆式驱动机构、动力缸;所述偏摆式驱动机构设置在蝶阀顶端;所述动力缸连接在偏摆式驱动机构的右端;所述偏摆式驱动机构包括固定连接在蝶阀顶端的壳体、内置在壳体内腔中的拔叉;所述拔叉固定连接在蝶阀阀杆端部,构成偏摆机构;所述动力缸通过向左伸出的活塞杆中部侧面径向连接的销轴与拔叉开口槽的间隙配合,构成驱动机构;所述动力缸两端设有卸荷接管;其改进之处在于:还包括手动应急机构;所述手动应急机构包括手轮、衬套、限位螺钉;所述手轮与活塞杆同轴线;所述活塞杆左端杆身外壁设有矩形螺纹,与手轮螺纹连接;所述衬套套合在手轮向右延伸的轴套上,与轴套间隙配合;所述衬套嵌装并固定连接在壳体左端;所述手轮向右延伸轴套外壁设有径向环槽,所述限位螺钉径向贯穿衬套外壁,其端部伸入手轮向右延伸轴套外壁的径向环槽中,构成手轮轴向限位结构;所述蝶阀阀板的密封表面上设有耐磨层。
作为上述方案的优选方案,所述蝶阀阀板密封表面的耐磨层为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
发生意外情况需要立即调整蝶阀的工作状态时,先打开动力缸两端的卸荷接管,然后旋转手轮驱动活塞杆轴向位移,由活塞杆驱动偏摆机构带动阀杆转动,从而快速实现蝶阀的快速开启或关闭;如果需要将蝶阀固定在需要的开启位置,则在蝶阀开启到这个位置时,调整限位螺钉,用限位螺钉端部顶住手轮向右延伸轴套的径向环槽,手轮无法转动,则蝶阀固定在需要的开启位置。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.结构简单,制造成本低。
2.只要转动手轮就能实现手动应急驱动,操作方便、快捷。
3.手动应急驱动时能将蝶阀固定在需要的开启位置。
4.蝶阀阀板的密封表面上设有耐磨层,使阀板具有较好的耐磨性。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的具有手动应急驱动结构的耐磨蝶阀,包括蝶阀3、偏摆式驱动机构2、动力缸1和手动应急机构4;偏摆式驱动机构2设置在蝶阀3顶端;动力缸1连接在偏摆式驱动机构2的右端;偏摆式驱动机构2包括固定连接在蝶阀3顶端的壳体2.1、内置在壳体2.1内腔中的拔叉2.2;拔叉2.2固定连接在蝶阀3阀杆3.1端部,构成偏摆机构;动力缸1通过向左伸出的活塞杆1.4中部侧面径向连接的销轴1.3与拔叉2.2开口槽的间隙配合,构成驱动机构;动力缸1两端设有卸荷接管1.1。
手动应急机构4包括手轮4.1、衬套4.3、限位螺钉4.2;手轮4.1与活塞杆1.4同轴线;活塞杆1.4左端杆身外壁设有矩形螺纹,与手轮4.1螺纹连接;衬套4.3套合在手轮4.1向右延伸的轴套上,与轴套间隙配合;衬套4.3嵌装并固定连接在壳体2.1左端;手轮4.1向右延伸轴套外壁设有径向环槽4.4,限位螺钉4.2径向贯穿衬套4.3外壁,其端部伸入手轮4.1向右延伸轴套外壁的径向环槽4.4中,构成手轮4.1轴向限位结构。
蝶阀3阀板的密封表面上设有耐磨层,本实施例中,蝶阀3阀板密封表面的耐磨层为聚四氟乙烯复合层。

1.一种具有手动应急驱动结构的耐磨蝶阀,包括蝶阀(3)、偏摆式驱动机构(2)、动力缸(1);所述偏摆式驱动机构(2)设置在蝶阀(3)顶端;所述动力缸(1)连接在偏摆式驱动机构(2)的右端;所述偏摆式驱动机构(2)包括固定连接在蝶阀(3)顶端的壳体(2.1)、内置在壳体(2.1)内腔中的拔叉(2.2);所述拔叉(2.2)固定连接在蝶阀(3)阀杆(3.1)端部,构成偏摆机构;所述动力缸(1)通过向左伸出的活塞杆(1.4)中部侧面径向连接的销轴(1.3)与拔叉(2.2)开口槽的间隙配合,构成驱动机构;所述动力缸(1)两端设有卸荷接管(1.1);其特征在于:还包括手动应急机构(4);所述手动应急机构(4)包括手轮(4.1)、衬套(4.3)、限位螺钉(4.2);所述手轮(4.1)与活塞杆(1.4)同轴线;所述活塞杆(1.4)左端杆身外壁设有矩形螺纹,与手轮(4.1)螺纹连接;所述衬套(4.3)套合在手轮(4.1)向右延伸的轴套上,与轴套间隙配合;所述衬套(4.3)嵌装并固定连接在壳体(2.1)左端;所述手轮(4.1)向右延伸轴套外壁设有径向环槽(4.4),所述限位螺钉(4.2)径向贯穿衬套(4.3)外壁,其端部伸入手轮(4.1)向右延伸轴套外壁的径向环槽(4.4)中,构成手轮(4.1)轴向限位结构;所述蝶阀(3)阀板的密封表面上设有耐磨层。
