本发明涉及药物制剂技术领域，具体涉及一种抗疲劳的药酒及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着社会的发展，生活压力、就业压力增加，越来越多的人在生活和工作中感到疲劳，疲劳是一种亚健康状态，严重影响生活质量。临床应用于缓解体力疲劳的药物和补品很多，但这些品种有的含有激素，毒副作用较大，而且不方便服用，或没有经过药理验证，迄今为止，人们一直在寻找一种制作简单、服用方便、无副作用的抗疲劳的药酒。
发明内容
发明目的：为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种抗疲劳的药酒。
技术方案：本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的：
一种具有抗疲劳功效的药酒，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：兰花参20-30份、对坐叶30-40份、鹿仙草15-25份、马豆草30-40份、黄芪20-30份和甘草10-30份。
所述一种具有抗疲劳功效的药酒，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：兰花参25份、对坐叶35份、鹿仙草20份、马豆草35份、黄芪25份和甘草20份。
所述具有抗疲劳功效的药酒，制备方法为：取药材合并，加35-40度白酒浸泡20天，白酒的用量为药材重量的20倍，即得。
所述具有抗疲劳功效的药酒在制备具有抗疲劳功效药酒中的应用。
兰花参为桔梗科植物兰花参的根或带根全草，对坐叶为茜草科植物对坐叶HedyotisuncinellaHook.etArn的干燥全草，鹿仙草为蛇菰科蛇菰属植物筒鞘蛇菰BalanophorainvolucrataHook.f.的全草，马豆草为豆科野豌豆属植物救荒野豌豆ViciasativaL.，以全草入药。
有益效果：
从中医理论看，本方中兰花参和对坐叶为君药，兰花参补益心脾，对坐叶祛风湿健脾胃，鹿仙草和马豆草为臣药，其中鹿仙草壮阳补肾，止血生肌，马豆草拔胧攻毒、活血化瘀，共同促进君药的抗疲劳作用，诸药相合，共奏壮阳、益气、活血作用，用于缓解体力疲劳。本发明处方设计合理，配伍严谨。组成为中药材，无毒副作用，价格便宜。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例形式，对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明，但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例，凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
1、制备实施例1
取兰花参25份、对坐叶35份、鹿仙草20份、马豆草35份、黄芪25份和甘草20份合并，加35度白酒浸泡20天，白酒的用量为药材重量的20倍，即得。
2、抗疲劳的药效学研究
实验动物：昆明种小鼠，雄性，体重18-22g，上海斯莱克实验动物有限公司提供，生产许可证：SCXK(沪)2007-0005。
实验药物：按上述实施例1的制备方法制备，规格为0.05g/ml。
阳性药西洋参含片，厦门福来了保健食品有限公司，国食健字G20040446，批号：20130513。规格：每粒装1.25g。病人使用一般每次2粒，每日2次，即人日用量5g，相当于每只20g小鼠用量为5*0.0026＝0.013g，按每公斤小鼠算，即阳性药组给予西洋参含片0.65g/kg。
实验过程：选健康小鼠50只，随机分出10只作为正常组，其余40只小鼠，随机分成4组：高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、阳性药西洋参含片组，其中3个剂量组分别给0.8、0.4、0.2ml的药酒、西洋参含片组按上述剂量灌胃给药，正常组给0.2ml的水，每天上午1次，连续30d，进行小鼠负重游泳试验，小鼠尾部负小鼠体重5％的铅皮，放入水温为25℃，水深35cm的游泳箱中，用秒表记录自游泳至力竭死亡的时间，各组数据以均值±标准差表示，组间进行t测验。结果见表1
表1.本药酒对小鼠负重游泳试验的影响(n＝10)
注:同正常组相比*p<0.05**<0.01，同阳性药组相比#p<0.05
结论：本药酒与正常组比较，明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间，说明本发明具有抗疲劳作用，与阳性药比较，时间延长，说明本发明抗疲劳效果优于阳性药。

1.一种具有抗疲劳功效的药酒，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料药制备得到：兰花参20-30份、对坐叶30-40份、鹿仙草15-25份、马豆草30-40份、黄芪20-30份和甘草10-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述一种具有抗疲劳功效的药酒，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料药制备得到：兰花参25份、对坐叶35份、鹿仙草20份、马豆草35份、黄芪25份和甘草20份。
3.如权利要求1所述具有抗疲劳功效的药酒，其特征在于，制备方法为：取药材合并，加35-40度白酒浸泡20天，白酒的用量为药材重量的20倍，即得。
